Life is always going to be bringing us challenges, twists and turns, but no matter where you are on your journey, here are 3 powerful reminders that are always worth remembering-
1. Stay Hydrated
Stress and anxiety can put a lot of strain on the body. While exercising, meditating and eating well is always important, it can be hard to keep on top of these things when you are going through a rough patch.
One quick solution to support your wellbeing however, is staying hydrated. Drinking lots of water is not only beneficial to your body’s cellular processes but it can also boost your energy levels and clear your mind.
Water can also help to flush out heavy emotions and help to detoxify any stagnant energy that may be lingering in the etheric body.
If you are going through a challenging period remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
2. Don’t Think, Feel
Part of our human gifts in this life is being able to understand and rationalize things using our logical mind.
While this is an incredible skill to have, sometimes it is important to remember that not everything can be understood from this place of thinking.
Sometimes, no matter how hard you try things are just not going to make sense on a logical or practical level. When this occurs, it is important to stop thinking and start feeling instead.
Our feelings are powerful guidance tools that can actually be far more effective than trying to understanding things from a place of logic. The trick with using our feelings as a guide is to not let our logical mind analyze or interfere with the process.
To do this, simply calm your mind using your breath and then tune into your true feelings. You may just be surprised as to what comes up and how you can use it to guide you.
3. Know Everything Will Make Sense in the End
When you are in the midst of a challenging life period it can be tricky to find the gratitude and understand why things are unfolding the way that they are.
Often the most challenging periods of our lives lead us to the most rewarding places, but it can be hard to see this when going through the motions.
When life is no longer making sense to you, it is often a sign that huge growth and transformation is underway. During this process it is important to step out of the chaos for a moment or two and acknowledge that things will all make sense in the end.
There is always an ending and always a resolution that will arise and the more you can trust that, the easier it will be to moving through the process.
Remember that things always work out and there is already a resolution to all of your problems, all you have to do is keep moving forward.
These are very exciting times as well as extremely challenging ones. Changes continue to accelerate on personal as well as external fronts, and will continue to do so. This veil lifting meme has come on strong. It’s in our collective consciousness. It’s the awakening morphing as we said it would and will continue to do.
On the external front, the BREXIT issue is very indicative of the growing effects of recent events, even if it’s engineered to try and bring on a new globalist plan. The point is people are getting a sense of empowerment and involvement. When these openings arise they lead to more awakenings of the spirit as related issues come to light.
I see and feel it here in Spain, as there are a lot of Brits here and they’re talking about it quite a bit and recalculating many things as a result, as are all other nationalities here in Europe. It affects trade, freedom of movement and places of residence the most immediately.
People are already on the defensive with the monetary manipulations and the underlying issue of disappearlng national cultures with the migration agenda in full swing, so the cumulative effect of these issues is precipitating new viewpoints and understandings about what’s going on.
Populations are also being battered about by these escalating false flags and ginned up fear with the resulting militarization of their otherwise peaceful nations. They’re seeing through all this more and more. That’s pretty powerful. It’s all backfiring as they get more and more desperate to gain control, and people aren’t buying into it nearly as much.
The Break Though Is Under Way – And It’s Very Personal
The truth is bubbling through this lifting veil and changing the playing field in more ways than we can even clearly identify. It’s a shift – ultimately in consciousness that is affecting the entire planet and everything and everyone in and on it.
The most profound manifestations are what’s happening in people’s personal lives. I’ve been going through a major shift the past 10 months with very personal ramifications coming at me full speed and from all sides. The thing is, I’m hearing this from every quarter. My own children, close friends, readers and commenters on the site, people I’m meeting, and just perusing the consciousness oriented web sites.
The shift is hitting the fan. And it’s all for good.
It’s really remarkable how lives are being impacted. And it’s clearly what’s most important – that we make the personal changes that are being required of us to prepare us for what’s ahead, as well as in fulfilling our essential roles as sovereign awakened souls and awake and responsible inhabitants of this glorious planet.
Y-Ray Eyes – Just Wait To See What You’re Gonna See!
What’s thrilling about these changes is what is being revealed to us. Not only in our general outlook as that will continually keep morphing, but our self perception and how we view those about us that closely influence our lives.
You’ll see yourself, first of all, warts and all as the layers peel off. But it’s revealing your real shining self. It’s all good. I get into this in other articles but you know what I’m talking about. Transformation is a painful but necessary process.
Don’t fight it. In fact, pursue it.
The wild stuff I’ve been experiencing the past several months and which continues to step up is seeing not only myself, but other people differently. Especially the ones I thought I “knew”. Things get revealed to you. Brace yourself, a lot of it comes as a shocker or sideways revelation, but trust what your heart is telling you. And respond accordingly as you’re led.
It’s an ongoing adjustment process but quite a thrilling experience. It’ll make you draw close to some and distance yourself from others as your newly revealed self comes to the surface.
The Bombastic Bullshit Factor
There’s a lot of complete bullshit getting thrown around, and pointless, distracting and time and energy wasting drama. It’ll be cloaked in anything from morphed new age type spiritual rigamarole, a very toxic infection going around, to shallow amusements with no lasting value that also drain the spirit and distract from deeper relationships grounded in reality.
You’ll also see other people you don’t know differently. It’s sort of like having x-ray eyes that are waking up and activating. It gives you a lot more compassion to realize what people are trapped in, as well as an increasing disdain for destructive behavior and deliberate ignorance.
Events and news morph too. You’ll be able to more easily resist areas of information that you once tolerated and even sought after. Go with it. As we detoxify it gets easier and easier and we naturally spend more time on connecting with nature and relaxing as well as working on spiritual grounding, essential to our health and survival, especially now in these increasingly turbulent times, both socially and spiritually.
Hyperdimensional Stuff
This can’t be emphasized enough. Without awareness of this aspect we’re sitting ducks. Almost if not all of our problems are influenced by hyperdimensional energies and entities. We’re under attack now more than ever and as the veil lifts, but we’re going to be able to identify these pestering spirit influences at work.
That’s why grounding work in order to stay firmly planted in reality is so very important.
But it’s all for our good and growth, so react consciously. Again, the Wetiko information is very empowering in this regard. We need to understand what is going on in this important hyperdimensional aspect and there’s a lot of great information regarding this available.
But nothing takes the place of vigilance. If we’re “on call” we’re much more likely to nip things in the bud before we get entangled and things really become complicated and confusing. That’s why I wrote about social contracts and co-dependence recently, because these can be activated before we know it. It’s bad enough the ones we’re aware of and already disengaging from, but why bring on more problems for ourselves if we can avoid them?
Can I Help?
Co-dependency often manifests in trying to help others in the wrong way and with the wrong motives driving us. Maybe we’re drawing others to ourselves, or working out old issues with wanting to feel needed. It could be a lot of things.
This phrase “can I help?” has become a joke with my closest friends. We talk about all these things I’m writing about here a lot which really helps heighten awareness of it. But if you can laugh when you catch yourself doing it it’s a real good sign! Issues like this are a manifestation of previous trauma and tragedy in our lives and may not seem so funny at times, but we can get past it.
We just need to see it for what it is.
That takes some “homework” but it’s an essential part of our growth. Wrong, binding social contracts are another extension of co-dependency. It’s that thing that reaches out and attaches in completely unhealthy ways. It reminds me of the quote:
“Thoughts are not the problem… it’s the thing that goes out and grabs them and makes them ‘yours’ that’s the problem.”- Jack O’keeffe
Watch Your Thoughts – And Everything Else
That quote above is like anything in us that seeks attachment. And let me tell you, hyperdimensionals LOVE attachment! Besides what basic attachments to to bind up personally, attachment is how these entities and influences work and even travel from person to person. So watch out where you hang out, who you’re with and what you think. Do regular energetic cleansing. All this may seem a tall order but it’s the nature of the beast right now.
Actually it always has been.
“Eternal vigilance is the price of freedom” is a lot deeper than we thought. But it’s not that complicated. It will take some tough decisions to let go of compromised situations. The answer is usually clear and easy but the execution can be tough. Some things take more time to unravel and disconnect from than others. But we all can do it.
Unveil Yourself
I’m dwelling on these personal aspects because self-healing is the most profound manifestation of this lifting of the veil. And once we’re whole we’re way more effective in helping to change the vibrational level of our environment. That’s the most effective thing any of us can do.
It’s also where these other forces and issues can’t touch us, and that awakening process continues to self replicate and raise in not just frequency, but power and speed. Besides, it’s the unknown territory we all crave to find and explore and dwell in.
And it’s at all of our fingertips.
Now that’s empowering. We’re in the midst of a planetary shift that’s being energetically charged, and as we respond and resonate it works synergistically to compound this wonderful change exponentially.
Keep on. It’s an individual fight, but we each help each other massively by overcoming.
We’re undergoing an amazing transformation. Absolutely diametrically opposed to the constant, gradual attempt by elitists to shut down humanity via eons of engineered subjugation, we’re being consciously and vibrationally liberated by the very nature of the Universe in spite of all their efforts.
It’s not readily apparent to most, but it’s very clearly there.
It’s subtle and yet obvious at the same time. Knowledge of this change or shift in consciousness is experiential. It appears in the form of social trends and changes, but once someone crosses that threshold of awakening they’re already living in that new reality. To what degree it affects their lifestyle will of course vary from person to person, but change they will. As will the lives they in turn affect.
And so it unfolds.
It’s Beyond Explanation
First of all, the natural mind, earthbound logic and reasoning, will not explain the important things in life. Explain love for example. Thankfully it’s wonderfully beyond words, as is all the important stuff. Really, words hardly suffice for real communication but are rather a limited means of information transfer. It’s only in our lower level density words take on such importance. And it’s there they’re more a limiting and confining aspect of the matrix than a help.
They certainly never quite cut the mustard when it comes to conveying Truth or true conscious awareness. In the words of Lao Tzu:
“Existence is beyond the power of words
To define:
Terms may be used
But are none of them absolute.
In the beginning of heaven and earth there were no words,
Words came out of the womb of matter;
And whether a man dispassionately
Sees to the core of life
Or passionately
Sees the surface,
The core and the surface
Are essentially the same,
Words making them seem different
Only to express appearance.
If name be needed, wonder names them both:
From wonder into wonder
Existence opens.”
– Lao Tzu
Symptoms of the Shift
The point above being we’ll be witnessing physical changes as this shift takes place, but the true esoteric nature of the important inner change in humanity is hard to quantify. However, it’s not impossible amongst those who are experiencing this changeover. There’s a lot of chatter about this as some say we’re moving into a new dimension and others think it’s a move to another timeline.
I don’t know what it is. But I’m experiencing this vibrational change as well, most profoundly in an intuitive sense. I just know it because it’s happening to me, and then I read about and see it in others, as is the case of so many in the awakened community. While this is by no means complete, here are a few symptoms various people are experiencing to varying degrees, myself included.
–A different sense of time. In most cases people are noticing time seems to be compressing, with the feeling that it’s moving quicker and quicker. There seems to be less time in a day, a week, a month and before you know it another year just flew by. This has been proven to be true in a physical sense, but not nearly as profound as this fleeting experience so many are experiencing.
–Sensory changes. Some are experiencing heightened senses of smell and hearing, or fleeting shifts in what they’re looking at.
–Paranormal experiences. Many are seeing shadow figures or fleeting ephemeral movements, often out of the corner of the eye. Some are seeing morphing entities they’ve never seen before, and several have reported having a sense of transparency come over them personally.
–Strange sleep cycles and increased dream activity. This has been huge for me and I know many others. Every night there’s a new “movie” playing or several short ones. Some of the dreams don’t even feel like dreams, but just stepping into a another parallel world.
–Relationship changes. Many things that have been suppressed seem to be coming to the surface for many. This is a good thing, although it can be disruptive while the information gets processed and reconciliation is reached.
–A sense of letting go. The past and previous attachments seem to be falling away. And oh so naturally. It’s like letting go of a robe you were wearing and just leaving it behind as you walk towards to this gorgeous landscape, much like the picture at the top of moving into a wonderful, natural world.
–Increased openness to change and new truths. While this is a fundamental element to waking up, this aspect I find is stepping up big time. There’s a wonderful bleed-over effect as I see it, where various information fields are merging. Maybe it’s just increased tolerance of differing takes from lightworkers to social activists, but the meld is on and it’s a beautiful thing.
–Moving away from dwelling on the dark side. While it’s important to expose the tricks and lies of these feudal would-be overlords, the trend is moving towards emphasizing encouragement and positive solutions. Nothing wrong with a good rant at the right time or particularly perceptive exposes and take downs, but it’s becoming increasingly important to dwell on the bright side and work to strengthen this new awareness with positive, affirming words and actions. And it’s happening naturally, which to me is again this vibrational change we’re all experiencing working through each of us to manifest this evolving change in humanity.
Anyway, those are just a few aspects and if you’d like to add your experiences and observations below it would be fun to chat about.
But it’s real. And fantastic!
Don’t Be Too Surprised…
…When strange things happen to you. They will. Learn to roll with it. Personally, I think the power of expectancy is huge. It has pulling power. When you’re aware of and even look around for these manifestations, whether a kind of voice in your mind’s ear, a strong intuitive pull, a fleeting glimpse of something, or another amazing synchronicity, it’s a blast! But for some it goes way past that. But we all have that potential.
I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. And it’s way more than just the power of intention, which is cool enough in itself. Universe is just waiting to be manifest through each of us more and more and continually. No angst there, just amazing potential waiting to be discovered by anyone and everyone.
And don’t be surprised if your life gets “disrupted”. This isn’t all puppies and flowers. This changeover comes with some expense.
Some are getting hit with health challenges they’ve never had, or work or money issues, or as I mentioned about relationship issues. Some are very anxious and nervous suddenly and need to learn to get a sounder grip on their spirituality. That or detach from crap in their lives that Universe is trying shake them free of. There are lots of things going on.
The Matrix is Crumbling
This ugly matrix that we’ve been shoe horned into is a very complex, controlling nasty thing. And it can’t hold up by the very manufactured nature of it. It’s not real, it’s created, by ugly forces to harness and abuse others for its own satisfaction. No way it can last in the face of an inherently loving and natural creative Universe.
Much like earth. As hard as they try to control it for their own devices, Gaia will win out in the long run.
This is the reason they’re working feverishly to clamp down on humanity. And it always backfires. Little do they know they’re accelerating their own downfall and humanity’s awakening. The more freedoms they take away the more wake up to what they had and want back. More than that, the more step back and ask how things got this way and how far back does this go.
That, my friends, is the recipe for awakening. You got questions? Universe has answers!
Yugas, Yogis and Cycles of Awakening
Did you know Buddha, Lao Tzu, Mahavira, Zoroaster and Heracletus were all contemporaries? That was the wake up of their day! Between 500 and 600 BC their awakening hit and like the 100th monkey it was spontaneous in different parts of the world! Siddhartha Gautama who become the Buddha was teaching in India the same time Mahavira was expounding Jainism, both radical departures from the spiritual teachings of their day, both teaching about transcendence to an all connected oneness, with Jainism emphasizing non-violence and respect for all living things.
Around the same time the teachings of Lao Tzu summarized in the amazing Tao Te Ching were changing the direction and consciousness of China and eventually the entire world. Meanwhile over in Persia there was Zoroaster teaching a new spirituality, while in Greece the pre-Socratic philosophers Heraclitus and Parmenodes and others were having an awakening of their own, espousing very esoteric teachings on the timeless and constantly changing nature of the Universe. These later morphed into the more heady Socratic discourses and philosophies, pulling further and further away from the transcendental dimension and inter-connectivity and oneness of the Universe espoused by the pre-Socratic teachers.
Pythagoras also lived in this time, believed to have had many mystical and alchemical insights and teachings that have been passed down through the mystery schools.
These were all within 100 years of each other, overlapping lifetimes, several apparently teaching simultaneously. Again, these “coincidental” awakenings prove the wave idea, where waves of vibrational change are somehow amplified by both Universe and the receptivity of those who awaken.
And these waves of awakening have corresponding planetary and galactic alignments. There are teachings from many cultures regarding these planetary and stellar based timelines divided into epochs, yugas or cycles of some sort. In each scenario we see the waxing and waning of season-like cycles, some even within others.
Clearly the momentous galactic alignment and shift out of the Piscean age we’re experiencing is both symbolic and largely causal of our awakening and changeover into a new, golden era, the one foretold by many a seer. After all, it’s a cycle.
Or should I say a spiral? Hmm.
Perfectly Put
I’ll end this with some quintessential David Icke, where he’s speaking about this wonderful shift we’re undergoing.
This awakening is for everyone! So pass it on!
Thank you, David. Your years of loving work have changed the world!
Something that is not particularly widely known about the mind-body connection today is that, since the early 1940s, a genuine microbiological framework for understanding the power of suggestion, intention, and belief has been developing.
In this article we will look at some of this work as it relates to previously unexplainable “spontaneous” alterations to the genomes of living people — and the physiological and psychospiritual transformations that often accompany them. Moreover, we will cast an eye to the concept of systematic conscious intervention in our own evolution, using the transformative capacities of sound to re-write non-coding “junk” DNA, and return our consciousness to its natural harmonic state and unity awareness.
It is time to re-tune ourselves to the frequencies of wholeness, abundance, serenity, and bliss that are our birthright, but which our current mutant paradigm has veered us away from. Let us hack the Matrix with a sonic mind-virus of holistic consciousness.
If We Don’t Understand It, Then It’s “Junk”
As most readers would know, the vast majority of our DNA “text” is not used in the coding of proteins and enzymes; it is non-coding, and scientists generally don’t have any idea what its purpose is. Thus, in their infinite wisdom, they initially dubbed it “junk DNA”. How much of our DNA is junk? About 95 to 98 per cent (some scientific estimates go as high as 99 per cent) — rather a lot of waste for Nature to hang onto, I think you will agree.
Since it is not responsible for constructing our basic physical form, its purpose has remained mysterious to conventional mindsets until very recently. We now know that a large portion of that “junk” DNA is made up of mobile genetic elements (transposons and retrotransposons) or “jumping DNA”, which can rewrite and activate – or deactivate – certain genetic codes. Jumping DNA reportedly makes up as much as half of the total DNA nucleotides.[1]
Another major portion of the non-protein-coding regions of the genome is comprised of variable-number, tandemly repeating sequences known as “satellite DNA”. Microbiologist William Brown believes that through specific conformational arrangements, satellite DNA interfaces with the so-called “morphic field”; various conformations have specific resonances with the morphic field and can therefore tune into different information programs. Since satellite DNA is very specific to each person, each of us tunes into a distinct and unique morphogenetic pattern.[2]
It seems likely that both jumping DNA and satellite DNA interface with the morphic field, thus responding to alterations in one’s state of consciousness. Satellite DNA’s ability to expand its number of repeating sequences means an increase in the information-carrying capacity of DNA. As a fractal antenna, DNA interacts with the vacuum/aether (terms which are synonymous in this context with zero-point field/implicate order/time-space), transducing the zero-point energy which interacts with our consciousness. A greater interaction between our DNA and the torsion and/or scalar forces in the vacuum might equate to expanded consciousness, while a lesser interactivity would result in a contracted awareness. Thus, “certain modular arrangements of DNA would be more conducive to conscious awareness”.[3]
In the 1990s, a team of Russian linguists led by Dr Peter Gariaev discovered that the genetic code in “junk” DNA follows uniform grammar and usage rules virtually identical to those of human language. It turns out that the “junk” was laden with the intimations of intelligence, purpose and meaning – a perspective forbidden by fundamentalist Darwinism. This ground-breaking research followed Jeff Delrow’s discovery in 1990 that the four nucleotides (A, T, G and C) of DNA inherently form fractal structures closely related to human speech patterns.[4] Within non-coding DNA segments, scientists have found large numbers of “endlessly repeated sequences with no apparent meaning, and even palindromes, which are words or sentences which can be read in either direction”.[5]
More recently (June 2014), it was reported that scientists at the Wyoming Institute of Technology, working with linguists and philologists from Bob Jones University in South Carolina, had made further compelling linguistic breakthroughs. Linguistic professors at BJU were working on translating decoded DNA segments that WIT was providing. They discovered that the language in the “junk” was indistinguishable from ancient Aramaic, and parts of the script it contained were at times remarkably close in composition to verse found in the bible — and, at times, contained direct biblical quotes.
On the human gene PYGB, Phosporomylase Glycogen, a non-coding transposon holds a linguistic sequence that translates as “At first break of day, God formed sky and land”. This bears a stunning similarity to Genesis 1:1 “In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth”. Gene Bmp3 has a retrotransposon sequence which translates to the well-known 1 Corinthians 6:19 “Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own”.[6]
Thus, human language seems to have emerged from the grammatical and syntactical structures within our very own DNA — the massive “junk” portion, no less! — hence there is no substance to the notion that there was some kind of “natural” linear progression from the primitive form of pre-linguistic communication in the animal kingdom to human language. It was a quantum leap right out of the aether/vacuum/implicate order – possibly with some outside “help”.[7]
The Gariaev group’s pioneering DNA research accounts for the power of hypnosis (and potentially most other psi phenomena, or “hypercommunication”). One of the basic assumptions made by the Gariaev team is that “the genome has a capacity for quasi-consciousness so that DNA ‘words’ produce and help in the recognition of semantically meaningful phrases.”[8] Because the structures of DNA base pairs and of language are so similar, we can alter our own genetics by simply using words and sentences, as has been experimentally proven. Live DNA “will always react to language-modulated laser rays and even to radio waves, if the proper frequencies are being used. This finally and scientifically explains why affirmations, autogenous training, hypnosis and the like can have such strong effects of humans and their bodies”.[9]
One of the more famous cases of hypnotically induced genetic alteration was documented circa 1951 at the Queen Victoria Hospital in West Sussex, England. It involved the cure of Brocq’s disease in a teenage boy. His skin was dry, hardened and reptile-like, and it cracked and bled easily. Using hypnotic suggestion, anaesthetist and hypnotist Dr. Albert A. Mason remedied the condition in a matter of weeks — a miracle at the time. Since Brocq’s disease is a genetic condition, eliciting a cure meant that Mason had effectively reprogrammed the boy’s genes – which scientists of the time “knew” was impossible. The boy’s hardened skin fell away, exposing soft, healthy flesh which remained so thereafter.
Today we know that by using correct light and sound frequencies — as well as words — we can activate some of our mobile DNA to “re-code” certain portions of the genome, thus effecting a physical transformation at the most fundamental biological level.
DNA, Wormholes and Torsion Fields
During 1984–85, Gariaev made a startling discovery. He found that an in-vitro DNA sample in a test tube had the ability to attract and harness coherent laser light, causing it to spiral along the DNA helix. This alone was an unexpected (and paradigm-shifting) discovery, but it wasn’t all. After the DNA sample and all the apparatus were removed, the photons continued to spiral as if the DNA was still there. This was dubbed the “DNA phantom effect”, and it signified that some “new” scalar/torsion field structure had been excited from the vacuum/aether, and was entraining the light even in the absence of the DNA!
This effect has been observed to last for up to a month, showing that this new field structure possesses remarkable persistence and stability. Even after blowing the phantom away with gaseous nitrogen, it returns within 5–8 minutes. Gariaev et al. also remark that “sound waves radiated by the DNA molecules were registered in these experiments”, showing that DNA doesn’t only absorb and emit light (as is well established) but also radio frequencies and phonons as well.[10]
Our DNA harnesses both sound and light in its moment-by-moment operations, but, more than this, it “punches holes” in space-time, opening a window to time-space/the time domain. To put it another way, our DNA creates “magnetised wormholes” in the fabric of space — “tunnel connections between entirely different areas in the universe through which information can be transmitted outside of space and time. The DNA attracts these bits of information and passes them on to our consciousness.”[11] Most of us know this process as intuition or psychic insight. Ordinary human memory would also operate on similar principles, since available evidence indicates that our memories are stored not in our brains but in the aetheric/implicate/time-space field structures which envelop our bodies (a.k.a., the “auric fields”).[12]
Various researchers have theorised that the energy occupying time-space/aether which is responsible for these phenomena is twisting/spiralling torsion energy. The “magnetised wormholes” mentioned above could also be described as “torsion fields” or “vortices”. A torsion field is a self-sustaining vortex in the aether/time-space which is innately non-electromagnetic — though it can produce EM effects such as light. By spinning, a vortex can excite photons or virtual photons out of the fabric of space/aether, and static torsion/scalar fields can harness and store light within them (as we see with the DNA phantom effect).[13]
Sol Luckman, developer of the sound-based Regenetics healing and transformation method, considers qi/prana/orgone to be the light-based effect of torsion fields. In Conscious Healing, he describes torsion energy as “universal creative consciousness or subspace energy (Aether) experiencing itself in time… Torsion energy in the form of a ‘life-wave’… interfacing with and modifying potential DNA’s transposons is the driving force behind the evolution of human consciousness and physiology.”[14]
The first research generally credited with the discovery of this “fifth force” — torsion — is that that done in the late 1800s by Russian professor N. P. Myshkin.[15] Einstein’s colleague Dr. Elie Cartan first coined the term “torsion” in 1913 in reference to this force’s twisting movement through the fabric of space-time, but his important work was virtually buried by the rampant success and notoriety of Einstein’s theories.
In the 1950s — the same decade in which Dr. James Watson and Francis Crick discovered the helical structure of DNA — pioneering Russian scientist Dr. Nikolai A. Kozyrev (1908–1983) conclusively proved the existence of this torsion energy, demonstrating that, like time (and not dissimilarly to DNA), it flows in a sacred geometric spiral,[16] as I detail in my book The Grand Illusion – Book 1. Russian scientists are reported to have written thousands of papers on the subject in the 1990s alone, and, more recently, award-winning physicist Nassim Haramein, along with his colleague Dr. Elizabeth A. Rauscher, has re-worked Einstein’s field equations with the inclusion of torque and coriolis effects.
Torsion Fields, Mental Intention, and Healing
If your “soul” is in fact a torsion field or vortex in the fabric of space, or a structure of multiple nested vortices as described by seers and mystics, then your consciousness, by definition, must survive the demise of your physical body; it existed in the aether/vacuum/time-space/implicate order/zero point field before you ever obtained a body. This is exactly the perspective shared by physicist Fred Alan Wolf, who refers to the vacuum of space as “the home of the soul” from which the material world was actually born.[17]
Interestingly, the work of scientists Gennady Shipov and Burkhard Heim “established that torsion generators allow us not only to replicate all ‘phenomena’ demonstrated by so-called ‘psychics’, but they were also able to demonstrate effects that were never demonstrated by any ‘psychic’.”[18] This “transcendent force” that is intrinsically unrestricted by the bounds of our space-time (and which, in the form of torsion/scalar waves, effectively operates billions of times beyond the speed of light) can account for the well documented remote healing phenomenon demonstrated in many studies, as well as more localized, short-range psychokinetic effects. (For a much more comprehensive exposition on such mind-matter interactions, check out my book.)
Cell biologist Dr. Glen Rein discovered experimentally that anger, fear and similar emotions have the power to contract a DNA molecule, compressing it. On the other hand, emotions such as joy, gratitude and love unwind or decompress DNA exposed to them. This effect could be created on samples up to half a mile away from the “sender” of the emotion.[19] Years earlier in Russia, remote-influence experiments with human targets presaged Rein’s results and proved that remote human intention could be used to affect physiological and conscious processes in a distant human target, as well as to send telepathic messages.[20]
Pertinently, in another series of Rein’s experiments, those with coherent electrocardiograms could wind or unwind DNA samples (not extracted from their own bodies) at will, while those with incoherent heart energy could not. Furthermore, in these experiments, simply feeling love-based emotions was not enough to affect the DNA samples: theintent to alter them had to be present. The effect was achieved up to half a mile away in an experiment using Lew Childre. Another experiment using Russian healer Valerie Sadyrin replicated the effect with Sadyrin stationed thousands of miles away in Russia (Rein’s experimental setup being in California),[21] thus indicating that, although coherent EM heart energy does act locally within the body, it also has a non-EM (torsion/scalar) component that acts nonlocally, entangling healers with their “healees” (via time-space/aether/implicate order). Ipso facto, DNA is a “torsion antenna”, a biological “bridge” between our space-time and time-space/aether.
Thus, Rein’s research links torsion to life-affirming emotions — in particular unconditional love, which propels both our individual and collective evolution. “Only the love-based emotions stimulate DNA to decompress so that messenger RNA can access codes for healing”. Negative emotional states compress the DNA helix, “severely limiting access to genetic information necessary for healing as well as evolution”.[22]
Sounds like DNA Activation
We have recently entered into what Larry Dossey, MD, has dubbed “Era III” medicine. Era III medicine is concerned with the primacy of bioenergetic consciousness in the sound domain (time-space/aether/implicate order) in healing and transformation, whereas “Era II” epigenetics was primarily restricted to the light domain of our space-time, and “Era I” was myopically based solely on physico-chemical considerations — a boon for Big Pharma.[23] Era III acknowledges that since consciousness is fundamentally non-local, not only can your thoughts influence your own physiology, but someone else’s as well, regardless of distance — as per the aforementioned early Russian remote-influence experiments and Rein’s more recent work.[24]
As the Gariaev group has shown, sound and light can be utilised to rewrite the genetic code. The group even went so far as to be able to turn frog embryos into salamander embryos by electronically recording one species’ DNA informational patterns and then re-transmitting them to the other species. The resulting salamanders could even mate and produce baby salamanders.[25]
Specific sound frequencies: herein lays the power of Luckman’s DNA activation method. Some of you may be aware that our mathematically structured DNA is “tuned” to the ancient Solfeggio scale; it is resonant with it. According to mathematicians Marko Rodin and Victor Showell, this scale constructs the entire universe. Len Horowitz, DMD, comments that the “creationistic dynamics of matter have their source in pure acoustic spirit”,[26] which is vividly demonstrated (analogically) by the work of the late Dr. Hans Jenny. By vibrating a mass of solid particles on a metal plate at certain frequencies, Jenny caused those particles to arrange spontaneously into specific geometric forms. Alternatively, the vibration of these loose particles suspended in a fluid could be seen to create nested geometric figures — the Platonic solids, in point of fact [27] — hence Horowitz’s point about matter being created by “sonic” frequencies in the “spiritual” domain. Because the ground of reality is fundamentally holographic, it assembles the manifest universe fractally in a self-referencing manner in which geometric forms such as the Platonic solids can be nested within one another.
By simply utilising the specific, correctly tuned vowel chanting technique — the most important ingredient — and a 528 Hertz Solfeggio tuning fork (as detailed in Luckman’s recent book Potentiate Your DNA), some of your mobile genetic elements can be activated to harness greater amounts of torsion energy in time-space/aether. With the Regenetics method, the activation of potential DNA occurs incrementally as one goes through the different stages of Potentiation, Articulation, Elucidation, and, lastly, Transcension.) Potentiation, the first phase of the Regenetics technique, specifically employs the “mi” note of 528 Hz, which has been used by molecular biologists to repair genetic defects [28] and is also known simply as “Love Hertz”. (Subsequent activations incorporate more of the Solfeggio tones.)
The result of this total process (the Regenetics Method), which unfolds over a minimum of 27 months, is a gentle and progressive kundalini awakening and healing of the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies/layers of the psyche. Allergies disappear, old injuries repair, serious diseases may vanish, the body detoxifies, emotional baggage is purged, and a sense of peace and well-being develop. Some people begin to sense their fundamental interconnectedness with creation, a development that reaches its fullest fruition with the completion of the final stage, after the prefrontal lobes have been awakened through the third activation (Elucidation), which targets the emotional body.[29] This is apparently essential for a sense of “God realization” and the state of serenity and peace this brings.
A close friend of mine, whose Articulation (the second activation, which targets the mental body) I recently performed, showed immediate and profound alterations in her psychology that completely blew me away. With her mental body harmonically restored, her clarity and self-awareness bloomed. Without the usual mental frenetics and resultant stress/emotional rollercoaster, her ability to access her own wisdom skyrocketed, and she no longer suffers the dramatic ups and downs that plagued her for the last 20+ years.
For my part, immediately following my own Potentiation,[30] I noticed my damaged rotator cuffs felt subtly different. Within a few weeks, they had improved very significantly. Seven months later, I experienced virtually no pain in them and could comfortably lie on my side to sleep at night — something I had not been able to do for about 12 years previously, no matter how positive I tried to be or how determined I was to heal them myself. Before doing my own Potentiation, even swinging my arms back and forth across my chest caused sharp, stabbing pains in my shoulders — but no more. After several months I also experienced a spontaneous detox process (primarily through my sinuses), and my food sensitivities show some improvement.
With the DNA acting like a tuning fork and resonating with the vowel chant and Solfeggio frequency, the “errors” in the sonic torsion field blueprints (in time-space) for our biology are corrected. At the biological level, the jumping DNA shift to “rewrite” the gene code for the better, as previously dormant codons are switched on, while others may be switched off, in order to improve healing mechanisms and so on. Consciousness researcher Stephen Linsteadt has reported that, at the 528 Hz frequency, “the clustered water molecules that surround and support the DNA structure form a perfect six-sided hexagon”[31] —meaning that you are apparently generating your own internal cymatic effect as you perform your own Potentiation!
“In theory”, writes Horowitz, “phase-locking your body to [the] 528 Hz frequency sends the most powerful healing energy in the universe to your DNA’s amino acid sequence, which vibrates in a glycoprotein matrix of structured water, depends heavily on the 528 Hz frequency not just for its physical structure but also for its bioelectrical and bioacoustic functions.”[32]
A New Kind of Human?
Microbiologist Dr. Colm Kelleher has studied “junk” DNA for years. He states that transposons are known to be engines of evolution, explaining that the most plausible mechanism for initiating a rapid, large-scale change in physical structure, even the emergence of a new species, is a “simultaneous transposition burst”. He speculates that similar mechanisms might also be involved in a kundalini experience.[33]
Kundalini, a real physical energy, as I show in my book, has always been held in high esteem by mystics and seers because of its ability to awaken higher consciousness and vivify and restore the physical body. It upgrades the bioenergy system. The principal function of kundalini in occult development is reputedly to pass through the etheric chakras and vivify them so that they bring astral experiences through into the physical consciousness.[34] An enhancement of the chakras at the etheric level will naturally have positive physical side-effects, as the etheric body is an energetic duplicate of the physical and in fact is considered to be of the “physical” density in its own right (unlike the astral/mental/spiritual energies).
Retired theoretical physicist Dr. Amit Goswami states in Physics of the Soul that the raising of the kundalini seems to unleash the dormant capacities of consciousness for making new representations of the vital (etheric) body onto the physical body. “There is evidence. People in whom kundalini has risen and been properly integrated undergo extraordinary bodily changes (for example, the development of nodules on the body that [form] the figure of a serpent).”[35] Kundalini experiencers also often describe an incredible white light enveloping their consciousness, as the plasma-like kundalini rises up the spine and explodes into the head and the crown chakra. The result in the moment is often a state of expansive bliss.
One salient point to any researcher of these topics has to be that there are similar elements in the aftermath of DNA and kundalini activation as compared to the near-death experience (NDE). Aside from biophysical alterations (an effect shared by all groups), many near-death experiencers (NDEers) have reported that they experience a deeper sense of connectedness with all things, higher levels of empathy, decreased competitiveness and egotism, elimination of the fear of death, and a greater sense of peace and contentment. The spontaneous resolution or disappearance of serious diseases and allergies falls under the category of biophysical transformation, which is correlated with kundalini awakening as well as DNA activation. NDEer Mellen-Thomas Benedict, for example, had an inoperable brain tumour prior to his 90-minute NDE. Post-NDE, his cancer was simply gone: it had vanished.[36]
NDEers also find quite often that their psychic faculties are put into overdrive post-NDE, whether they like it or not! In her book Transformed by the Light, Dr. Cherie Sutherland offers the case studies of 50 Australian NDEers, at least one of whom reported that post-NDE they had become so telepathic that they were picking up on the internal monologues of people around them — totally unintentionally.[37]
Dr. Kenneth Ring hypothesised in the 1990s that NDEers actually do undergo a kundalini awakening, and he marshalled some impressive evidence in support of the notion in The Omega Project.[38] We might speculate whether the NDE can also spontaneously precipitate the sealing of the “fragmentary body” (the energy defect in the second chakra) by revealing to people their true nature as immortal “spirit” or infinite consciousness and an integral part of the cosmos, thus remedying their “separation consciousness” as well as other personal issues around self-loathing, guilt, and so forth. Certainly, the experience of contacting a force of cosmic love, compassion and total, unconditional acceptance is powerfully healing for many NDEers. Perhaps not surprisingly, many find that they spontaneously develop powerful healing faculties, even to the extent that they give up their careers to become energy healers!
This suggests the activation of previously dormant sections of DNA (codons) involved in the transmission and mediation of electromagnetic energy and torsion forces. In 1996, Kelleher cloned a stretch of human DNA from activated human T-cells and found it to consist of a tandem array of transposon sequences “arranged like beads on a string”. It was the perfect structure that he had envisioned for accomplishing “a large-scale speciation-type change”. Kelleher predicts that people who have undergone NDEs or have meditated for long periods “should have a higher transcriptional level of this transposon casette”.[39]
Available NDE case studies seem to support his contention. Many NDEers appear to represent a new kind of human being: one not just infinitely more metaphysically aware than the “average” person but one who is also more “switched on”, genetically and psychically speaking. Overall, NDEers seem to show an unusually high level of intuitive activation, not unlike kundalini-awakened individuals.
Additionally, I suspect that such people have actually activated a third (or more) strand of DNA, and no longer function on the bare minimum level of two strands (look where that has gotten us!). My partner Aimee, during her own Potentiation, experienced mental imagery that was very suggestive of a third strand being activated – or should we say re-connected? This is a notion I will return to in a future article elaborating on these important themes, which appear over and over in “New Age” material, including Barbara Marciniak’s compelling Bringers of the Dawn, which posits that we are supposed to be functioning on twelve strands (!) Not long ago, I met an innovative Australian scientist who had a DNA sample studied and was informed that he had at least six functional strands, which the stunned scientists in question had never seen before. This was kept quiet, obviously.
Speculative Conclusions and Visions for the Future
In 2003, the Encyclopedia of DNA Elements (“Encode”) genome research project was launched. Pooling the resources of over 400 scientists over thirty-two laboratories throughout the UK, US, Spain, Singapore, and Japan, it is the largest research project into the human genome yet conducted. In early September 2012, scientists from the Encode project confirmed, after having analyzed all 3 billion pairs of genetic code comprising our DNA, that far more of it is biologically active than had been widely believed: at least 80% is in fact performing a specific function, confirming that most non-protein-coding “junk” DNA isn’t junk at all.
Perhaps more importantly in the context of the foregoing discussion, these scientists have also identified 4 million “switch genes”, which are sections of DNA that control when genes are switched on or off in cells. These can even be a long way from the actual gene they control (if you’re talking about an uncoiled DNA strand). Many switches are linked to changes in risk levels for various diseases and disorders,[40] and we have the field of epigenetics to thank for proving that local environmental triggers (including stress) are ultimately more important in determining the activation or silencing of certain genes – and therefore our biological health – than inherent genetic defects, which account only for about 5% of all diseases.
It is only natural to conclude that mobile DNA elements/transposons, comprising as much as half of our roughly 98% “junk” DNA, are involved in mediating the functions of at least some of these 4 million “switch genes”. In addition, mobile DNA (and satellite DNA too, if Brown is correct) appear to interface with our consciousness in the aether/time-space/implicate order. This means that Era III metagenetic modalities such as the sound-based Regenetics Method, where the facilitator can be located thousands of miles from the treatment recipient, can be effective in influencing genetic expression regardless of healer-healee proximity. In the time-space domain that consciousness occupies, distance is meaningless.
Thanks to the innovative work of researchers in fields as diverse as shamanism, epigenetics, thanatology, psychiatry, molecular biology, hypnosis, kinesiology, occultism and more, we may have identified four major ways to activate our latent jumping DNA to effect dramatic personal transformation and even conscious evolution: hypnosis, DNA activation with vowel chants and Solfeggio frequencies, kundalini awakening, and NDEs (the latter three all apparently involve kundalini activation to varying degrees, and reach deeper into the multiple levels of one’s being). This is to say nothing of the astrophysical processes which can influence planetary microbiology, over which we as individuals seemingly have little control — a tangent of discussion we lack space for here.
Thus, with the extinction of bottom-up Darwinian “DNA primacy”, we can and must relinquish the moribund notion that our genetic inheritance is a done deal which we can no more change than the Earth’s orbital pathway around the Sun. The various lines of research discussed herein reveal that in using vowels and targeted light and sound frequencies to deliberately change our genetic expression in a controlled fashion, we can also change our consciousness — and vice versa. We can change our consciousness and, in turn, alter genetic expression (more or less permanently) and the torsion field templates that underlie the light-based human auric fields. No longer can a human be conceived of as a powerless little Darwinian “meat computer” at the mercy of the random forces of “natural selection”. We can massively intervene in and accelerate our evolution on this Earth, and, using sound as our ally, evolve beyond ‘man’ into the next stage of humankind, as Nietzsche once implored us to do.
If you’re like most of us, you’ve had a period in your life where you just felt stuck. Have you ever wondered what you’re doing with your life? Do questions such as, “Where am I”? and “How did I get here?” strike a particular nerve with you? If the answer is yes, chances are, you’re stuck.
Now if you’re one of the lucky ones, who feel like everything in life is going exactly as you planned, then congrats to you, soak it up, but read on. The likelihood is that you, too, will at some point in your life feel stuck.
Here are 9 things to remember for those occasions when you’re feeling stuck. Save this list and refer back to it as needed, because it can be hard to see your way out when you’re right in the thick of it.
9 Things to Remember When You’re Feeling Stuck
1. Acknowledge and accept that you are feeling stuck.
This is the first and most important thing to remember. Like anything in life, the key is knowing where you are on your journey and then appreciating that reality.
We all know when we are stuck but sometimes it can be hard to accept. Being stuck is an inner feeling. It feels stagnant, demotivating, and even oppressive. Perhaps this is why it can be so hard to admit when we’re feeling stuck. Yes, it’s uncomfortable and can lead to feelings of sadness and depression… but, so what? Welcome to the feeling spectrum of life! Let yourself be in the ‘stuckness’ without resisting it. Shift your relationship by being aware of it without judgment. Once we can acknowledge that we are feeling stuck, it is then that we have the power to get ourselves unstuck.
2. Being stuck is a feeling that comes from within.
When we feel stuck, often our first instinct is to look outside of ourselves for somewhere (or someone) to blame. In reality, we ought to be looking at how we’re feeling, what we’re thinking, and how we plan to respond. Your life is your responsibility. While you can’t always change what’s outside of you, you can certainly change your perception of it. And the funny thing is, when you change the way you look at things, the things themselves begin to change.
3. Being stuck is often a symptom.
It is a symptom that your life is about to change, or that an internal change is needed. It could be a change of heart or even just a change of perspective. But the point in either case is that what you are doing is no longer working for you. Imagine yourself as a river, flowing into a great ocean. Often, a river grows narrower and appears to lack movement, just before it breaks through to the larger body of water. The same happens to us as we prepare for a breakthrough. Our flow must contract before it can expand. And the contraction is equally important to the expansion.
4. Being stuck serves a spiritual purpose.
Like all times of stillness, it is fertile ground for transformation to occur. Being stuck is an invitation to grow. We know that what worked before no longer works and it’s up to us to see where we can open up and let go. If the point of life is the same as the point of a story, then the point of life is character transformation.
5. Don’t waste your white space.
This is your opportunity to grow – a time for introspection and reflection. So don’t waste it! Just because you don’t think anything is going on in your life, doesn’t mean the Universe is not at work. Don’t underestimate the times in your life when it seems like you’re not moving forward. Think of the white space as your garden in preparation for your blossoming. What is occurring IN you is just as important, if not more important, than what is happening THROUGH you. Anyone can grow horizontally as they acquire more and more material things. But it takes courage to grow vertically, deeper and deeper into yourself. This kind of growth is far more rare. And it’s the only growth that really counts.
6. Life is not a story about you.
This is one of the hardest lessons for people to learn. But once you understand it, it can be incredibly freeing. This is not your story. Life is not about you. Rather, you are part of a much larger story, one in which you are not in control. You don’t know the theme, the climax, or resolution. You are one of many characters. So let go, and enjoy the ride. Believe that you are exactly where you’re supposed to be. Trust that life will reveal answers at the pace which life wishes to do so. While you feel like running, the Universe may be on a stroll.
7. Let go of others’ opinions.
Care about what others think and you will always be their prisoner. Your freedom lies not in the physical space around you, but in your mind. As long as you cling to other people’s definitions of truth, beauty, and happiness, you will always be chained. Thoughts that begin with, “I have to…” or “I really should…” reveal where we feel most obligated to direct our energy. Write your own definitions. Finish your own sentences. Find your own way. And most importantly, listen to your spirit. It knows what you need.
8. Tomorrow could be your last day.
So what are you waiting for? Often when we are stuck, we’re secretly waiting for something to happen. We wonder when the winds will change in our favor. We do this, instead of embracing the present as it is and acknowledging the change that needs to occur within us. What is keeping you from moving forward? If not fear and anxiety, then what? Insecurities? Comfort? Laziness? What is your excuse? We all have one; whether we are cognizant of it or not. And when we begin to make more excuses then we do steps, we fall into the familiar pit called “Stuck”.
9. You’re not as stuck you might think.
A lot of us come out of school wanting to change the world but then we get into the middle of it and find it’s harder than we thought. We can no longer see that shore in the distance. The land behind us stops getting smaller and the land in front of us isn’t getting any larger. We wonder if our ship is moving at all. But did you know that with each passing six months, nearly every cell in your body dies and another is formed in its place? The human body is constantly recreating itself. You are not who you were last August. You are already changing more than you know. Which means you’re not as stuck as you may think you are!
About the author:
Whitney Anthony is a writer from Raleigh, NC. In addition to writing, she loves singing and performing and is the author of the Vehicle of Wisdom blog.
When I have lectured about Earth and the people who inhabit it attaining transformation and moving to a higher dimension, there is one thing that bothered me: the people who were “left behind” on the Old Earth, and those who evolved and moved to the New Earth.
I have talked and written about transformation and the theory of parallel universes and lives that are created by our thoughts and decisions. One theory I have raised is any time an individual has to make a decision, they usually have more than once choice or option. They have to decide one way or another. This is what I call “coming to a crossroad.”
Each time we make a decision another universe or dimension is instantly created, so the other choice can also become a reality, and another “you” can come into existence. We are not aware of these other parts of “us,” but nonetheless, transformation is taking place. These newly created selves are all just as real as the present lives we are focused on.
It is up to the people of Earth, both the Old Earththat is driven by karma, and the New Earth, which is free of attachments, to make a choice. One Earth will go in one direction, and the other Earth in another. Choosing higher consciousness empowers a single individual’s transformation and has the power to change entire worlds for the better.
The energy to inspire transformation is growing stronger. It is physically affecting our bodies. Our frequency and vibration is being altered. I believe it is ultimately up to us what we choose and decide, and which Earth we gravitate toward by using our free will.
The choice for transformation is ours, and all possible worlds are waiting to be explored.
Ever tried to make a change in your life only to fail or come up short on motivation? We all have. What we’ve learned at HeartMath is that when you really want to change, reinforcement will come from your heart. Your heart wants to get out of the negative trap and not have to endure the hurt, resentment and anguish anymore of not making the change you say you want. When you’re ready, your heart will motivate you to improve your relationship, save your job, lose weight or write that book.
What many people don’t realize is that love is integral to motivation. Feelings of care and appreciation move you out of old hurts and resentments as you realize you don’t need to hang onto them as security any longer. Love makes it possible for you to shift to the wide-angle lens of perception. Take Shauna for instance. She was constantly annoyed by her parents. Every time she visited them, she felt her anger triggered. Then Shauna fell in love. Riding high and feeling great about herself, she saw her parents in a new way. Their reactions no longer bothered her. Instead of making her want to run a hundred miles, their reactions slipped off her like water off a duck’s back. Why?
When you’re in love, you open your heart more. The hormones released from being in love give you a more cushioned response to situations. You can build that same cushion from within. You don’t need to wait to fall in love. Learning how to self-generate more love in your system creates that cushion — so you don’t react as quickly to people or events with an angry survival response but respond with a centered response. The heart tools build security — a cushion of inside reinforcement — and inner security is what gives you the power to change.
The heart is really about transformation. That’s part of nature’s design. Your heart is what transforms the physiology of anger that drains your system into the physiology of love that gives you wholeness and effectiveness. You achieve this by replacing angry emotions with real care. Feelings of care and appreciation are the building blocks for love that you build inside yourself. When you replace the anger with care, you choose a more effective emotion. Care transforms perception. Care is an ingredient of intelligence that causes your entire system to work more harmoniously and respond more effectively to resistances that come up in life. Care gives you rhythm. Life happens, negative things happen. Self-generated care enables you to move through the resistances and inconveniences of life with more intelligence and less energy.
For example, say you are in a crowded airport and late getting to your plane. You start to anxiously push your way through the crowd, bumping into luggage and people, frustrated because you can’t move as fast as you need to. You’re angry at whoever is in your way. Your head is driving you. If you stop and use a heart tool, get centered in your heart, and find an attitude of appreciation or care, your flow changes. You see the openings in the throng and feel your way through in a rhythm, dancing around obstacles, getting to your gate with minimum energy expenditure. That’s what tuning to your heart rhythm can do.
The heart rhythm is subtle. To find a smooth rhythm when you need it requires a new reference place inside from which you respond — a heart-intelligent place. That reference place will feel different from your mechanical head, and you’ll come to recognize it. So how do you tell the difference? See my previous post, “Distinguishing Mind from Heart.”
My heart has led me to change, as well. I knew I needed to go to bed earlier to get more sleep. I had been staying up late to have more time for me after a full day and often evening of work. I’d be tired in the morning and not as clear during the day, but it was hard to break out of that. When I finally got sick, I had a talk with my heart. It gave me a very clear feeling that I needed to turn off the TV and stop earlier and have that time to journal, meditate and create quality time for myself. Those self-care activities were far more rewarding than what I had been doing that I thought was rewarding. That quality time for myself refreshed me and felt really good. I find that if I do something nurturing – not just mind-stimulating – for me – it keeps my heart open and is fulfilling. Using “my time” to connect with my heart and having a creative dialogue between my heart and head inspires and empowers other positive changes in my life.
Shift your attention to the area of your heart and breathe slowly and deeply.
Activate and sustain a genuine feeling of appreciation or care for the thing you want to change.
Radiate these feelings of care and appreciation toward yourself and your intention for five minutes or longer.
When you catch your mind wandering, simply refocus your attention on the heart area and reconnect with feelings of care and appreciation or other heart qualities.
Notice how this extended radiation of care has affected your body, emotions and thinking.
As you complete your Heart Lock-In, be receptive to your heart’s intuitive guidance. Is there anything your heart would like you to know in this moment about your intention? Write down whatever you quietly sense. from: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/heartmath-llc/life-changes_b_2846251.html?utm_hp_ref=gps-for-the-soul&ir=GPS%20for%20the%20Soul
When we talk about transformation, the image that comes to mind for most of us is the butterfly. A beautiful, filmy creature that glides about the sky, bringing joy to our hearts. But we tend to forget what the butterfly has gone through, how it has struggled to reach its place on the breeze.
Our path of transformation can be likened to that of the butterfly”s. Generally, when we embrace transformation, we only want to think of the end result. We don”t want to think about the work that goes into it, or the sacrifices we”ll have to make to be able to soar. I know that when I went through a transformation some years ago, I thought “Wonderful. Things will be better.” They were, but in the process there were attitudes and behaviors I had to surrender that were central to my life.
Transformation begins with the Universe pressing us forward into desiring something better for ourselves. We may not know what it is that we want, just that we have this impulsion for something more. Originally, the butterfly was once a caterpillar, inching across the grass to climb up the marigold to reach its daily meal. Its main drive was to eat, to fill its stomach.
The same could be said of us. Before we begin to transform, we have a compulsion to meander around; reading books, listening to tapes, attending lectures, digesting information. We”re still in the old form, fattening our minds up to get ready to build a cocoon, where we”ll use all that we”ve digested to transform our lives into a greater reflection of the Universal good.
Once our appetite has been appeased, we”ll feel compelled to allow what we”ve learned to gestate. Letting it process is like the caterpillar inside its cocoon. This is the time to incubate. It may last for a few days or a few months. While it is happening, we”re changing. We may not see the change, but there are parts of us that are being released, transformed and altered. At this point, our lives will sometimes become very uncomfortable for us. During my transformation, I had an intimate relationship that got progressively difficult.
When its transformation is complete, the butterfly begins its emergence from its cocoon. It must fight its way out of the old form, through the silky shell it created, letting it go, into a new world. Just as we must struggle to move through our barriers and outmoded attitudes. Behaviors that served us when we were caterpillars are no longer helpful. We can”t live the way we used to. We”re transcending the old patterns. But since they were familiar, and successful in our old form, we resist discarding them.
I eventually had to release beliefs that were no longer in my best interest. No longer could I play a role that I had outgrown. The relationship came to an end. It was very painful to let go, and very scary to change the role. My whole life had changed.
As we emerge from our cocoon, we take time to adjust to our new circumstances. Things are different, and we have to learn how to handle our new selves. We act in new ways. The things we say are surprising to others, because it”s not what they”re familiar with. People respond to us in a manner in which we”re not used to. Because of my new attitudes, I lost some friends who couldn”t adjust to the shift. And I made new friends who were walking the same path I was.
Eventually, the butterfly climbs free and rests, spreading its wings. For the first time, energy flows through them and they expand, finally ready to carry the butterfly on the breeze. Just as we soon feel confident with our new self, and we fly free, a beautiful butterfly gracefully fluttering from flower to flower. A living jewel fluttering about in the sky.
There is a theory that states… If you step on a butterfly in this timeline, you alter all potential future timelines. In the 21st Century human consciousness is experiencing a metamorphosis of the slow moving caterpillar into the butterfly.
The butterfly flies free in the mandala (wheel) of time.
The Butterfly Effects signals the emergence of consciousness in the alchemy of time.
The butterfly is great admired among American Indians and is a bringer of joy and peace. Cultures all over earth revere its delicate and colorful beauty. Most butterflies live very short lives, only a week or two, except for the Angle Wing and Monarch live about six months. They experience stages of development from egg in the cocoon to caterpillar to adult butterfly.
The short life span and beauty of the butterfly is symbolic of early spiritual growth. Lessons of life will be shown during sometimes difficult formative years and come to light as the butterfly spirit begins to fly. They hold the gift of transformation and soul evolution.
The butterfly is reminiscent of freedom and creativity.
Butterflies have a pair of large compound oval eyes made up of thousands of individual lenses. They can see a single image clearly and are able to perceive ultraviolet wavelengths of light. This suggests clairvoyant abilities for those that hold this totem.
The antennae of the butterfly have small knobs on each end which is said to play a role in orientation. When one antenna is missing the butterfly will fly in circles unable to find its way. Those with this medicine need to stay consciously connected to spirit at all times in order to arrive at their desired destination.
Butterflies are not very organized, often return to the same flower many times before they realize it, and cannot remember relatives. This trait shows us to be better prepared for life’s challenges and relationships.
The butterfly represents the process of transformation and shape shifting. When butterfly shows up, make note of the most important issues confronting you at the moment. What state of change are you at in regard to them?
Butterflies remind us not to take life so seriously. They feed on flowers that they help pollinate, thereby further spreading beauty. They represent the element of air, quickly changing and ever moving, so gracefully. Butterflies are messengers of the moment. They come in a variety of colors. To understand the message that the butterfly holds for you a study of its colors can be helpful.
Whenever an eco-system is damaged, butterfly is usually the first to leave. They are especially sensitive to the harmony of earth. If butterfly comes to you in a hurt, trapped or ill way, you are being asked to stop disturbing the natural design of life and to flow with events in a more gentle, natural way.
in5d addendum:
The butterfly is a very powerful symbol of transformation as our planet is currently undergoing a transformation of consciousness.
In dream analogy, the butterfly is often describes as the following: “Social success, romantic success and/or domestic happiness is forecast by a dream of these brightly colored creatures.”
As consciousness is evolving, the current definitions for dream analysis need to be amended. For example, a ladder in a dream may represent a raise or promotion if you are climbing the ladder. Now, the ladder may represent a DNA strand, which may imply an eminent DNA upgrade of an increase in metaphysical abilities.
Similar with seeing a ladder in your dreams, a butterfly might suggest a spiritual progression or metamorphosis of consciousness.
How can you tell if you are an old soul? Are there differences in traits or behaviors? What signs can I look for that can help me differentiate the difference?
Generally speaking, we are all old souls, but some of us have been here longer than others.
The word “old” is only relative to time. Because time is linear and our souls are eternal, 10,000 years would be the blink of an eye.
Dolores Cannon believes that we need to incarnate many, many times as inanimate objects, plants and animals before we can become human. Then, as humans, we still need to incarnate many, many times to learn all of the lessons we came here for. For example, according to Cannon, we all had to be an air molecule and a drop of water to learn what it’s like to work together as ONE.
So, how can you tell if you have an old soul?
You understand many of life’s deeper lessons.
For some people, it is hard to fathom that the soul of a child may be much older than the soul of his or her parents. For these particular people, this is a sign that their soul might be younger than yours. When you begin to understand why you keep incarnating to this 3rd dimensional reality, it becomes similar to the movie, Groundhog Day, where Phil wakes up each day to find out that it’s still February 2nd until he learns how to remove his ego and starts doing kind deeds for others.
Once you realize that time, space, energy and matter are 3rd dimensional products, the theory of time becomes irrelevant, thus the theory of how old your soul is also becomes irrelevant.
But for the sake of understanding how old your soul may be, we’ll continue!
You are in touch with your natural abilities or have an extreme interest in these abilities.
Some people are born with innate gifts, such as special healing abilities or psychic abilities. The truth is that we all possess these abilities, but an older soul is more in tune with how to access and implement these abilities in the name of humanity. If you don’t have any particular ability, but have a strong interest in them, this is simply your soul trying to recall these abilities that you may have had in a previous lifetime.
You become spiritually aware.
Everyone is pure consciousness, but many people have a difficult time understand what this means. Your soul is pure consciousness and love. It has a unique understanding of how the matrix is being played on this planet and understands that everything we do as a collective will help to facilitate the awakening of others.
You understand the importance forgiveness.
Some people are old souls who still have much to learn because they are trapped inside the box with their ideologies, are stubborn or have not learned the importance of forgiveness. By forgiving yourself and others, we can release any karma between these people.
You’re able to transcend ego.
It’s nearly impossible for anyone to completely transcend ego 100% of the time but simply being aware of our ego and how it plays against unity consciousness is a definite sign on an old soul. On the other side, there is no ego. During your life review, you will re-live your ego and will see how it affected others, as well as yourself. At this point in “time”, you will probably make a soul contract with the hopes of overcoming ego and atoning for whatever ego issues you had in your previous incarnation.
You’re able to transcend materialism.
Money and materialism are products of this 3rd dimensional reality and it’s easy to succumb to materialism, especially when it’s in your face through advertising, programming and peer pressure. An older soul realizes that money is non-existent on the other side and it generally takes away from who we truly are as spiritual beings. Those who are older souls will generally use money as a tool to either help facilitate their spiritual progression through spiritual retreats or by possibly creating a lavish feng shui home decorated with spiritual meaning versus the most luxurious furnishings. They may also use their money to help others who are less fortunate.
You are able to understand the concept that your body is a shell for your soul.
Before you were born, you not only chose your parents, you also chose your life situations and challenges that would help to facilitate your spiritual growth while atoning for any previous karma. The body that you are currently in is simply a vessel for your soul. Your name is what your soul currently refers itself as, but in previous lifetimes, you had many different names and you have lived many previous lives as either a male or a female. Your name and title are both associated with ego because ultimately, you are infinite consciousness and we are all on the same team.
You seem to have a special connection to eras long before you were born.
Did you ever watch an old movie or see some artwork from a specific era in time and have a connection to that era? Chances are, you lived a previous life during that time period and this is your cellular memory letting you know!
You have an understanding of what you need to do to complete your spiritual progression.
Just by making it this far, you are more awakened than most people on this planet. You have an understanding of Universal laws and what is left to do on your soul contract. Even if you are not specifically sure of either, your higher self and spirit guides will continue lead you in the right direction.
You have a strong feeling that home isn’t Earth.
Did you ever look at a random area of the sky and star at an unknown star for no particular reason? Do you have a special connection with specific star systems such as the Pleiades or Orion’s Belt? Do wars and corruption make you feel uneasy, as if they didn’t exist where you originally came from? Are you one of the souls who volunteered to come here at this specific point in time to help with the Earth’s ascension? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then chances are, Earth is not your home planet.
You tend to be a loner.
The stigma on the word loner is often condescending, but those who are old souls are merely looking for other fragments of themselves and will often distance themselves from younger souls who need more incarnations into a 3rd dimensional planet. Older souls will seek out other like-mided people because there’s a comfort and familiarity with these types of people who will help to facilitate each others spiritual progression.
You have a rebellious nature.
Whether you rebel from religion, laws or anything else, this is a sign that your soul knows the only true laws… the Laws of the Universe. While you respect the reasoning and intention behind laws and religion, you might not be compelled to use these as absolute laws when you know there are a set of higher laws that are intended to facilitate our spiritual progressions.
You have a burning desire to attain truth and inner wisdom.
Many older souls can easily see through the lies we’ve been taught through religion, politics and through our educational facilities. While they realize they are all one with the universe, they also want the truth exposed to help other people’s awakening process. They also continue to seek knowledge in the spiritual, metaphysical and esoteric fields and will absorb this information much easier than anything they were taught in school.
You are not controlling of others.
Older souls are more accepting, not just of other people, but of circumstances as well. For example, while you don’t approve of the corruption within politics, you understand how the corruption will help to awaken other people to the truth. You respect the free will of others and are more likely to use tact than verbal demands of others. You tend to be more of a team player than anything else.
You sense a separation between yourself and the “real world”.
As you transcend ego and materialism, you find yourself living a different lifestyle. While this lifestyle is unique to your current incarnation, there also seems to be a familiarity of the direction you’re heading.
You are curious whether you’re an old soul or not.
Many young souls wouldn’t ask this question or much less be concerned about it. While many older souls aren’t concerned either, for different reasons, they simply “know” they’re old souls, but it’s nice to have affirmations that coincide with your spiritual progression.
There are many lessons we have learned throughout our lifetimes, all of which has culminated into this particular incarnation. All of your previous life incarnations are embedded into your cellular memory and can be recalled through past life regressions. Most of the people on this planet are old souls, yet many remain unawakened and still have a lot more to learn and will need several more incarnations to a 3rd dimensional planet.
Many of those who are awakened will probably move on to their next level of spiritual progression. It’s important to remember that this is not a race because in the end, we all win. Enjoy every millisecond in this incarnation because this may be the last time you’ll ever experience a 3rd dimensional reality!

Many view love as a purely positive force. It is positive, but for love to live up to its advertising as the most powerful energy on the planet, it must be bigger than the feel-good experience we claim it to be. Love must embrace everything from euphoria to devastation, selflessness to utter selfishness, on both the personal and collective level. For love to be the all-encompassing force we intuit it to be, love must also be able to fully embrace and reconcile the darkness and suffering of the world. The transformation of pain and suffering into positivity, deep compassion, and healing service is the way that love achieves this and grows into its own heart to embrace all of life. This way, seeming opposites are united—Yin and Yang become one dynamic whole, and life flows deeply, courageously and robustly through and from us.
Because life is full of loss, grief must be part and parcel of love. Grief must allow us to love more, not less. When we conceal grief, we stymie the transformation of love from pain and suffering into pleasure, deeper beauty and genuine compassion. Reciprocally, love must allow us to grieve more. And it does, for the more we care for and love this world the more it breaks our hearts. Ultimately then, a sure measure of our integrated love is the degree to which our hearts have broken open and recapitulated that breaking by staying profoundly open. In this, paradoxically, we can find both a concrete and ineffable wholeness, beauty, appreciation, and an abiding care for the welfare and fulfillment for all of life.
When we grieve something we realize how much we love it, how much it has meant to us. This experience opens us to value other things that we love; that is, if we are not afraid of grief and its attendant heartache. In one way, religious notions of salvation can be a seen as another way to stave off feeling badly, as can the idea of romantic love—that someone else is going to make us happy and whole and disappear our problems.
I do not advocate seeking out heartache, but it is amazing the lengths to which humanity will go to stave off psychological pain, to the point of pervasively denying reality. Perhaps this is because pain is a taste of literal death, as are illness and trauma. We intuit that nothing will feel as bad as to die, literally. I go so far as to say that our fear of pain, as a taste of final death, is at the root of personal and planetary suffering. For we equate feeling badly with suffering. But, pain is not suffering. Suffering is, in fact, the refusal to risk or to deal with pain. Ironically, suffering is what happens when we see things non-poetically, one-sidedly, rather than paradoxically, more wholly, as the interdependence and inter-promoting properties of dark and light, Yin and Yang.
Yin-Yang theory is one of the few practical, non-dual gems of ancient wisdom we have to illuminates spirituality in everyday life. Yin and Yang are integral to Taoism, the pragmatic philosophy of living in harmony with nature, and to the practice of Chinese medicine. I am grateful for my training in Chinese medicine, to be been versed in this dynamic, profound and ultimately practical model of living that allows us to richly appreciate healing, spirituality, sustainability, ecology, economics, and all aspects of life. The key to Yin and Yang theory, and its stamp of validity for me is both its poetic and literal embrace of dark and light, good and bad, visible and invisible, happy and sad, positive and negative. These are the paradoxical, dialectical truisms that comprise the ever-changing, ever-diminishing and simultaneously regenerative flow of life.
The unity of Yin and Yang, as depicted in the Ying-Yang symbol, can be summed up as the fundamental interplay and unity of dark and light. Only when dark and light transform into and promote one another do we achieve true wholeness. This is the law of nature to which we are all subject. All of reality as we know it follows the cycle of birth, death, and rebirth. When we can celebrate this cycle in our daily lives, we live a taste of the great fear at the end of our lives for which we invent our religious beliefs and unduly protect our attachments—to avoid facing the inevitability of death.
Daily disappointments and losses cut our attachments, exposing our fears and vulnerability, challenging our instincts for survival on all levels. Yet, if we can breathe deeply and allow our hearts to engage their transformational nature, of turning pain into positivity, then we can find more peace, freedom, and wholeness. The bonus of embracing and being transformed by our daily declines—our small deaths—is that we get to live more fully while still alive. Is it any wonder then that the French word for orgasm, petit mort, translates literally as “small death?”
Figurative death, when it is transformative, (as all declines potentially are) is ultimately an ecstasy, an orgasm of the heart. At our literal death, we do not get the opportunity to transform our lives; all we really know is that our physical bodies decay. Ironically, when we unilaterally deny and try to avoid death via our rejection of embracing the relatively smaller daily heartaches, our lives become a kind of sleepwalk. This happens when we do not have the courage to embrace the inherently transformative nature of our own hearts to allow pain to transform us into a generous and integral spirituality. When we do not embrace our petit morts, we perpetuate the horror we supposedly fear so much in the future. The antidote is to die, figuratively, today, so that we can truly come to life while we are still alive.
Emotional transformation is a radically creative effort. Transformation is the key to unite the polarities, the paradoxes as seeming contradictions, of life—dark Yin with light of Yang, as the circle of life. Staying close to paradox is to stay to the path of courageous spirituality, wholehearted love. The key to living with a heart of transformation is courage, the courage to honestly and frankly face and embrace the painful aspects of life at face value, yet to deal with this pain in an utterly creative way. After all, happiness is not the opposite of suffering. Transformation is. The great irony, the pitfall in the unilateral pursuit of pleasure, is that suffering results as the attempt to avoid feeling bad. The more we avoid inevitable or extant pain, the more deeply our suffering becomes entrenched in our hearts and the farther we arrive from freedom, deep love, and connecting with —especially giving to—the world in a meaningful way. Indeed, when we avoid the beauty of paradox we live out the horror of its irony.
When we can embrace the difficulties and pains of love and transform them into the feel-good qualities of compassion, depth, richness, gratitude, appreciation, beauty and wonder, we make love more all-encompassing, holistic in the deepest sense. This way, we allow love to be as powerful, as big, as whole, as unifying as what we bill it to be. We transform our hearts into the strongest emitters of energy on the planet, figuratively speaking anyway!
As part of humanity’s long history of denial and attempt to stave off feeling badly, we invented a heaven where everything is perfect. We believe in reincarnation so that death becomes not as terrifying as it really is. We abdicate our sensibilities to a distant, invented God, or an imagined perfect “light,” instead of discovering the inherent nature of morality and compassion in our own hearts via the embrace of darkness for light. We have invented millions of rituals to stave off anxiety. We have created fairy-tales of resurrection to justify a belief in our own immortality. We pray to make ourselves feel better, as wishful thinking to avoid facing the difficult and tragic realities we cannot control. These same challenges, ironically enough, free, deepen, and honestly spiritualize us. At some point we discover first-hand that a hellish life is what we live for having invented a hell and heaven in the first place.
When we take away the magical props of religion we are left with the cold hard facts of life. If we take away our addictions, obsessions and compulsions we are more apt to encounter more cold hard facts of life. If we dare to abandon, even temporarily, our compulsion to pursue the less benign assuagers of anxiety and disappointment, such as excess sex and culinary indulgences, we are also left with more of the same facts of life.
But the hard facts of life are really not so bad. To the sincere and grateful, to the insightful and courageous, the facts are certainly more desirable than chasing a life of superficial pleasures, religious delusion, and New Age fantasies. Why? Because life’s challenges and pains hold within their seemingly impenetrable shell, their seemingly endless spooky corridors, a graceful, deeply compassionate path to freedom, fulfillment, and ease in our own skin and in the world. When we relinquish escape into fairy-tales we are left in the seat of real possibility for transforming our lives and our spirituality, if we have the courage and creativity to appreciate and persevere through the paradoxes that integrate our spirituality in the world.
