Are Your Thoughts and Beliefs REALLY Yours? The Story of the Spotted Elephant

June 3rd, 2022

By Dr. Michelle KmiecGuest Writer for Wake Up World

To explain the concept of molding your thoughts and beliefs to someone else’s i of what is or isn’t, we must take a look at how our minds work when it comes to believing or not believing that something exists. Whether it is true or not. This is especially important today when most of us get our news stories in single sentence alerts, and from single sources that already align with your belief system. Of course, this is exactly how we hope science doesn’t work.

Many perceive the human mind is of finite boundaries. In other words, we must be able to see things in a tangible manner; in a way that the mind can perceive the information. (Of course, our minds are not finite, but the Scientific Method has not evolved to take that into account; at least not yet). We make it finite by putting any gathered information in some sort of order. In mental boxes or file cabinet so that we are able to understand the information that enters our senses. If we see something that doesn’t make sense, we can’t just allow it to be simply something that doesn’t make sense…we must make sense out of the nonsense.

How is this done?

By using previously gathered information, which at all costs must be explainable, repeatable, and tangible in order to be considered “real”. Never mind that this method excludes a multitude of existing information. Kind of like how important evidence can be thrown out of a court of law due to improper procedures.

But isn’t information and evidence still exactly what it is…information and evidence?

And what happens when there is the need to prove something that isn’t really based on our definition of what is deemed to be real or not? Well, there is a hierarchy of so-called credible people that we automatically trust to tell us when something is real or isn’t real. Let’s explore how this works by looking at the following playful example:

NEWS ALERT: The Little Orange Elephant With Bright Red Dots

A person claims that they saw a little orange elephant with bright red dots, no bigger than a mouse, walk by.

Okay, well, besides being extremely unfashionable with such coloring, this occurrence may be a bit hard for you to believe. But… what if it was your friend that had seen the little elephant? What would you think? Would you believe them? Well, if you are like most of us, you might be thinking your friend may have a small problem and should consider seeking some “professional” help!

And what if it was the homeless fellow living on the street that saw this little orange elephant? What would you think then? I would wager a guess that you’d be crossing to the other side of the street in a pretty fast sprint!

Now let’s say that the person who saw this unlikely creature was the very eccentric artist who is known for her imagination? Would this make a difference? We may think “how cute” it is that she, “thinks” she saw a little orange and red elephant and, by the way, not at all unusual given the character of this creative artist.

Now let’s say that it was an influential person, such as some credible scientist, who saw this little colorful trunk-nosed animal. What would we think now? This is where we begin to really break the rules of “what is,” or perhaps where the “what is” was created.

Most of us would still probably think that this scientist had inhaled a few too many chemicals in his lab, while a few of us may stroke our chins and wonder, “what if he did see this thing? I mean he isn’t just anybody…he’s a scientist after all!”

Okay, okay…are you still hanging with me because now it’s really starting to get good!

Now let’s say that at the most recent annual conference of the Nobel Prize winners (now THESE are the most credible, influential people on the planet, right?) EVERYONE saw this little orange elephant with bright red dots walking across the stage. (And I’m not even going to go crazy by saying the little elephant was dancing across the stage…he was just merely walking; because that’s more believable, right?) Of these highly regarded scientists, how many would admit they saw this little guy? How many would believe it was, perhaps, some sort of terrorist attack? And once word had gotten out, how many of us would be glued to the 24-hour sensationalist cable news channels?

“Did you hear about the alleged little elephant sighting? They said he had red dots!”

“Did this really happen?”

“Are there more little elephants roaming our cities, or was this the only one?”

“Maybe they are really little aliens disguised as orange elephants with bright red dots and they are going to take over the planet!”

You know there would be a series of point-counter-point interviews with “specialists” from various arenas—if you watch cable news channels, by now you realize that there are specialists for everything! Perhaps there is a Cryptozoologist (the study of unknown animals…a “pseudoscience” of course) and a Zoologist (the study of known animals…you know, “real” science) for a “balanced” debate.

NEWS Elephants

Or maybe there is another debate between a Republican strategist and Democratic strategist—after all, it is a known fact that most scientists, as well as most of the academia, are “demo” liberals and it would be just like them to come up with something wacky like this to take the public’s focus away from the real issues – so say their Republican counterparts!

So the bigger question here is…how many people would now believe this all to be true? That there indeed is a little orange elephant with bright red dots no bigger than a mouse running around out there…and it’s still on the loose! I would even bet that there would be an immediate creation of something like The Colorful Little Elephant Society (TCLES)—website, theme song and all!

So, as with anything abstract or “imaginary,” it can be difficult for most people to comprehend information presented in this fashion, even for many scientists! Up until now, we have been comfortable with the certainty of Newtonian Physics that tells us to neatly place everything that is considered “known” into solid theories which ultimately become universal laws. So this shows how the scientific method requires specific criteria in order for something to be proven as truth and classified as “real”.

But what about those people who have been healed from “incurable” diagnoses outside of the required criteria? What of those who have survived cancers (even stage 4) from “alternative” methods? What of those who have been cured of diabetes in only a few months? And what of those who have been totally healed through energy medicine—the most intangible form of health care known (or unknown) to man yet?

We are in the infancy stages of this new idea. Many call it new science, new age, quantum physics. But whatever the term used, the essence of this theory scares many who have relied upon what is considered “known”. And it is incomprehensible to those scientists who feel they must be able to “touch” it, record it and most importantly control it.

Imagine when the idea that our world was not really the center of the universe was presented to the scientists of that time. The confusion, even denial, they must have felt. How can we expand our mind and see what we “think” isn’t there, yet, “know” that it really does actually exist? There is a story that on their first encounter with the Europeans, the American Indians could not see the first strange ship as it approached their shores, mainly due to the fact that it was not in their psyche to recognize it. Perhaps the same may be said about UFO sightings.

Isn’t it possible that this can also be applied to medicine? I think yes!

We seem to always want to “box” up different concepts and then forever rely on these packages for all things that require an explanation. And just like we are reluctant to throw away the boxes we have carefully stored in our attics, we continue to allow ourselves to be buried deeper and deeper in our dogmatic box. We stand with such dogmatic arrogance and conviction that we even deny the possibility of new and different concepts simply because we find it impossible to “box” the “unboxable”.

So why would some of us believe that this little orange elephant with bright red dots does exist, while others simply refuse to believe it? What if it turned out that quantum theory proves that parallel universes do in fact exist and that for a few moments we saw an example of something that lives in another world—a world that simultaneously exists with our own.

If what we actually “know” to be true is in fact not true, where does this put our current beliefs and moreover, our strongly dogmatic position of what reality really is?

Science, via quantum physics, has found that everything we believe to exist really doesn’t exist as we think it does. Based on that premise, how can we state with true conviction what is real and what is not? How can we continue to trust those few who are so entrenched in a medically dogmatic position, even when it is obvious that the system is not just broken, but is decaying from its very core?

Pop Quiz: What color was the little elephant? Did you remember the elephant as orange or did pink pop into your head first? If you thought orange, good for you! If you thought pink, then this is a perfect example of the power of dogmatic belief in action!

A Little Chaos – Magick

What is chaos magick?

Red hand, photo by fathomfive

“Nothing is true; everything is permitted.”
– Hassan I Sabbah

“I tell you: one must have chaos in one, to give birth to a dancing star. I tell you: you still have chaos in you.”
– Nietzsche, Thus Spoke Zarathustra

“…if you want a one-line definition with which most Chaoists would probably not disagree, then I offer the following. Chaoists usually accept the meta-belief that belief is a tool for achieving effects; it is not an end in itself.”
– Peter Carroll, January, 1992

“Chaos is not in itself, a system or philosophy. It is rather an attitude that one applies to one’s magic and philosophy. It is the basis for all magic, as it is the primal creative force. A Chaos Magician learns a variety of magical techniques, usually as many as s/he can gain access to, but sees beyond the systems and dogmas to the physics behind the magical force and uses whatever methods are appealing to him/herself.”
– Mark Chao, “Defining Chaos

“The Chaos Magician seeks to understand the natural laws behind the workings of magic, and the reasons behind the use of ritual in the performance of a magical working.”
– Jaq D. Hawkins, Understanding Chaos Magic1

“Chaos Magick is an extraordinary deconstruction of magick, semantics, and psychology designed to eradicate consensual belief structures and, using the energy freed by this act, glimpse the fractal contours of reality.”
– Marik

“Chaos Magick is in essence shamanism devoid of culture.”
– The Heretic Heathen, on alt.magick.chaos

“Chaos can be beautiful and good. Order can be dangerous and evil. As any carpenter will tell you, some tools are dangerous. Dangerous tools are safest when properly sharpened, and used by experts. You get to be an expert by practicing your sharpening skills, not by hacking away…”
– alt.magick.chaos FAQ V 1.00

“There’s basically two kinds of magick. There’s puff’s magick, and git ‘ard Magick. Chaos is git ‘ard Magick.”
– Mick McMagus, Leeds, 1987

“Rather than trying to recover and maintain a tradition that links back to the past (and former glories), Chaos Magick is an approach that enables the individual to use anything that s/he thinks is suitable as a temporary belief or symbol system. What matters is the results you get, not the ‘authenticity’ of the system used. So Chaos Magic then, is not a system – it utilises systems and encourages adherents to devise their own, giving magic a truly Postmodernist flavour.”
– Phil Hine, Condensed Chaos2

“Much of what passes for magical theory is, at root, a matter of belief. As such, it is more relevant to the successful outcome of the magician’s spell that he has some degree of belief in what he is doing. Moreover, whereas scientific theories are based (at least so we are told by scientists) on mathematical proofs, magical theories are rooted in personal beliefs of whoever is expounding them. Where as scientific theories at least have the appearance of being unified and consistent, magical theories do not, nor is it a requirement, from the position of practical magic, that they do.

“Henceforth, whilst there are a great many theories and models proposed as to how, or why, magic works (based on subtle energies, animal magnetism, psychological concepts, quantum theory, mathematics or the so-called anthropomorphic principle) it is not a case that one of them is more ‘true’ than others, but a case of which theory or model you choose to believe in, or which theory you find most attractive. Indeed, from a Chaos Magic perspective, you can selectively believe that a particular theory or model of magical action is true only for the duration of a particular ritual or phase of work.”
– Phil Hine, Prime Chaos 3

“Chaos comes before all principles of order & entropy, it’s neither a god nor a maggot, its idiotic desires encompass & define every possible choreography, all meaningless aethers & phlogistons, its masks are crystallizations of its own facenessness, like clouds…Chaos never died.”
– Hakim Bey, “Chaos” in T.A.Z.4

“Chaos Magic is about actualising the will in the real world, rather than attaining ever more colourful dreams in imaginary higher states.”
– Steve Wilson, Chaos Ritual

“Chaos Magick does not use a concrete theoretical focus, the emphasis in Chaos Magick is on the Doing rather than the Explaining…Thus, in Chaos Magick a system of belief is a means to an end and is not an answer to the mystery of Life, the Universe and everything.”
– D. J. Lawrence, The Chaos Cookbook

“…I think the magician is sort of adversarial by nature. Brash and arrogant at the least, to acknowledge that there is a pattern and to also say “I can do better”.”
– Fra. Samuel 23, of ChaosCurrent.com

“…Chaos magick should be all about ‘getting out there and doing it’. Sometimes it is also all about thinking about how to do it, and thus creatively inventing marvellous and sometimes scary new ways of how to do it. And then damn well doing it!”
– Francis Breakspear, Kaostar!5

On Being a Lightworker – Lee Harris

The following is excerpted from the book Energy Speaks by Lee Harris, published by New World Library.

This planet needs as many of you as possible to create the consciousness shift now occurring. And how you feel it! It can feel beautiful, wonderful, joyous, humorous, light, fun. It can also feel torturous and wretched. The shift involves a whole spectrum of emotional states. And in order for consciousness to evolve, this full spectrum must be experienced. You are experiencing the spectrum at various levels of awareness, but the whole shebang, as it were, must be gone through consciously so that the shift can be completed.

This is what you all want.

Your work as lightworkers will challenge you. Oh yes, very much so. Lightworkers need to be at the top of the wave and surfing it, scouting ahead so that everyone behind can swim in clear waters. When we say “behind,” we would suggest that you not get caught up in status. A lightworker is no better — or less — than a human being who is not actively working with the light. It is just how it is. You are no less or more important than the next person. You are a unity of souls. And every soul has their crucial role to play. So be mindful when you judge, for in judging you temporarily separate yourself from your expanded human family.

Competition between lightworkers is being cleared and eliminated at this time; it is one of the final arenas where battles need to cease for this evolutionary shift to occur. As lightworkers, you will sometimes compare yourselves to others. Good. Do it. Experience how it feels, but do it consciously and with awareness so that you may become free of it.

Judging yourself for such comparison and competition will not free you. Being aware of this dynamic as it arises in you will help to do so, for you can then experience the emotions intuitively, intelligently, and honestly — as a way to quicken your growth. You will be able to facilitate the movement of these dark feelings from within yourself. They are part of you. They are part of the world. They are not to be feared. They are simply to be allowed passage through you, for you do not need to harbor them anymore.

You need not see yourself as moving up the levels any faster than your fellow lightworkers, racing against them. You are simply at various stages of focus, discovery, and the implementation of your gifts. Imagine if everyone were at the same place — standing on the same rung of the ladder. Progress would be impeded. How would humanity as a group be able to move forward?

What Do You Believe About Your Power?

Recognizing and owning your personal power is one of the most important steps you will ever take as a lightworker — and a defining moment in your development.

Personal power is not easy for human souls to embrace, for it is not easily embraced in the world. Many of you wrestle with the profound responsibility that standing in your own power demands. It is contained in nature, however. Parts of the world that have been heavily abused by man still hold power. Where a rain forest has been destroyed, there is still great regenerative power in the land. That power cannot be denied. It cannot be permanently stripped.

Whether denied or admitted, it is the same with the human soul. A soul has great power and arrives in human form charged with that power. The experience of life can convince the soul to minimize this power or to give it away. And this perceived lack or loss of power can lead a soul to try to regain it through the domination or abuse of others and the attempt to take power from others. Of course, we say “attempt” because you can take nothing from another soul. Just as you cannot really give yourself or your power away, either.

It is all a matter of beliefs.

And as you know, beliefs are powerful. Beliefs can imprison or free you. Beliefs, along with the thoughts and ideas derived from them, can convince you of anything. Where your personal power is concerned, you have choices to make on a daily basis — about accepting it, allowing it, expressing it, and directing it — and you will continue to have to make those choices on an ongoing basis. What do you believe about your power? What must you believe about your power in order to operate at your full capacity?

As your consciousness rises, pay close attention to your beliefs, for they are a crucial key to your expansion.

A Consciousness Shift

You have within you a jigsaw puzzle. It is all there. All the pieces are there — beliefs, attitudes, thoughts, feelings, experiences, desires, dreams, purpose, destiny, and more. Your outer life offers manifestations of this inner jigsaw puzzle, allowing you to see the picture that is keen to emerge at this time in your life. As it does, you can put the pieces together — and move them around as you wish — so that your jigsaw puzzle becomes whole once more. So many jigsaw puzzles — so many lives — have been incomplete for too long. This incomplete picture can feel like a drain of your power and energy.

The reason why some of you are finding this time so hard is precisely because you are shifting — growing and transforming in profound ways. And in the flux of change, the jigsaw pieces can sometimes seem scattered to the wind. Yes, much has been said and written about a period of great change that was imminent, but the difference is that this awaited shift is happening now.

Right now.

This period of time has long been designated for a shift in consciousness affecting the earth for many years to come. We speak to you now of personal power because that is what is required to navigate this challenging period. Do not feel that you are a victim of the energetic change occurring. Oh no. Remember, you chose this. We say this to you with caring and affection, for we understand how difficult it can be as a human being when you experience pain, heartbreak, uncertainty, or the fear that arises when stepping into the unknown. It can be challenging to maintain your understanding of the larger truth of what is going on, both in your own life and in the world at large. But do choose to remember. Remembering brings you back to the seat of your power and brings greater ease to your life experience.

Allowing Judgment and Fear to Fall Away

You are very powerful intuitively, but you are also afraid of the strength of your intuitive power. It is not surprising. Your intuition is an agent of change. Allowing the subtle and overt truths told by your intuition into your life more consistently will cause energetic shifts in your body. It will cause you to feel different and to see the world differently — but that is wonderful. It will make you more whole. It will make you stronger. Do not fear your intuitive power, for it is already so. You are only asking us to say this to you as a reminder, because you know it yourself…and you
feel it.

Allowing Judgment and Fear to Fall Away

Remember, time is so important. It is your ally. This is why we speak to you of releasing judgment. Do not judge yourself for not being where your soul knows you should be. It is important to move step-by-step, to integrate every piece of your journey. What satisfaction would you feel in going from being a disassembled jigsaw puzzle to a completed one in the blink of an eye? Who does that? Those who do that do not find a great deal of satisfaction. The joy of a jigsaw puzzle is the piecing together so you create the whole picture. It is a fascinating game, full of stops and starts, sometimes maddeningly complex and sometimes a breeze. There is satisfaction when the whole picture is complete, yes, but the piecing together — that is the discovery process of life. That is where the energy lies.

You all have so much to give. Your hearts give out so much love to the world. This is true even of those who doubt it. You have no idea how much love you share each day. Some of you judge yourselves for not giving enough, and some of you judge yourselves for giving too much, as you question your motivation for giving. Some of you judge yourselves for not being able to know if you are giving or not, because you’re not sure of the impact your giving is having. Trust us. You are all giving so much.

Now receiving — here is an even trickier area. This is the area that many of you would deny. Layers of conditioning cloud your relationship with receiving. Who am I to receive more? What have I done to deserve it? However, receiving is where more giving becomes possible. Really. You all deserve so much.

We feel you now, and you are the most beautiful, wonderful, giving soul. If we could only somehow allow you to see that for a moment, we would be so happy. You are divine.

Now is the time for you to remember. Remember. Remember. Remember. Aren’t we boring? We could say “remember” to you constantly because it is all we want you to do: to remember how much light you are already giving out to the world. Stop working at it. Instead, work at developing your connection to all that is. Work at doing whatever makes you feel closer to the God within you — this source of power and love within all of you. Do whatever you feel inclined to do. Far be it from us to tell you what to do. We would never do that. We hope you would never take anything we say as prescription. We only ask you to remember that you are already doing the work.

So much judgment comes in for you — you fear that you are not fulfilling your purpose, you think you are not completing your mission, you worry that you are not there yet. Tell the mind to quiet down so the soul can relax. The soul may very well know where you are going, and you can tell the soul if you need a little while so that you can reach that place in your own time. You will be no good to anyone if you jump there too fast. You will certainly be no good to yourself; you would be thrown off-balance. You are a lightworker, yes, but you do not need that disruption. You do not need to become exhausted and weary on your sacred journey.

Moving into the 5th Dimension

How To Shift Into The 5th Dimension : 7 Things You Must Know

How To Shift Into The 5th Dimension : 7 Things You Must Know

by Hannah,
Guest writer, In5D.com

We are moving to an amazing era of New Earth or Fifth Dimensional Earth which is full of extreme heavenly bliss. However it is up to us to allow the flow of energy from the creator to manifest literally anything into our experience. Since our creator made ourselves in his image, we have a free will to create anything that we want in our reality.

Most of the humanity this time is in power and control from government and corporations as we don’t know our true nature as a creator and creating realities that involves lot of stress and struggle. As lot of us are waking up, we are enlightening others about their lost powers.

The need at this time is to be more spiritual and understand and practice it . No one can force anyone to believe in spiritual stuff. However with changing vibrations you won’t be able to survive in the negative influence and will very soon know who you are. To enter into the fifth dimensional Earth, it’s important for you to be happy and motivated all the time. Let the feelings be your guide and understand the following points:

1. Nothing is permanent

Understand that everything you see and feel is made of energy and energy can be transformed into different matter. Everything around us has some consciousness. Reason you are here on Earth is to experience and expand your consciousness as everything possible has already been done.

2. Live in the moment of the “Now”

Your past, future and present is happening right NOW. There’s no concept of time in spiritual world. That’s what fifth dimensions and higher are all about.

3. Set no goals

By setting goals you are trapping yourself in the future which you haven’t manifested yet and struggle to achieve those goals. The problem here is that most of us set goals which are very small and feel happy about manifesting them. If you are setting goals like pay bills, go to grocery, then probably you should know how to order from the universe. However it is always good if you maintain a journal writing down how you feel each day and what made you feel like that.

4. Everything is possible if you believe

We live in parallel universes and create our own universe by experiencing things from those parallel universes. By having a desire and feeling good about having it you are shifting your universe. More faith you have in yourself, it’d be much easier to manifest or experience anything.

5. Ask and it is given

Law of Attraction is a Universal Law which says like attracts like. That’s why people say think big because when you think big and have faith, universe will match the exact vibration. More you allow, more you’ll manifest. Manifestations in 5D Earth are instant and there’s no concept of Time.

6. Do only things that you love

By doing things you love, you are allowing Universe to shift itself and give you more and more experience of things and events that you would love.

7. We are all one

Everything is consciousness. The air you breathe or the mountains that you see are made by some spiritual beings. All of us on planet Earth are given free will which is not so with most of the planets, however there’s lot of judgement and differences that we create in our mind and don’t exercise our Free Will properly living in the world full of discrimination.  5D Earth is all about enlightened society of people where there is no discrimination and your manifestations are instant. Also know that as humans we are eternal beings and don’t die.

Understanding spirituality can be very profound unless you practice and have full faith in Creator. With the help of my angel guides and the wisdom gained over last few years I have written number of articles and writing lot many to help you awaken to your true nature.

Organized Religion – Believe or Not???

10 Reasons You Should Never Have a Religion

by Elle

Laura W

EWAO

Many of us grew up in religious homes and have experienced churches, religious texts and the like.  Yet I have seen repeatedly that as we develop our consciousness, many people outgrow their need for religion and become empowered by a universal experience of their own innate spiritual nature, rather than the need for an outside authority within religion. Here are 10 reasons you should never have a religion, courtesy of Infinite Waters:

1)      The Middle Man- Religions always create a medium through with you must go to get to ‘god’ or to reach the truth.  Yet we are all fully powerful and autonomous within ourselves.  We are a reflection of the microcosmic and macrocosmic nature of the universe. We have the power directly within ourselves and need no middle man to facilitate our spiritual experience. We are spirit.

2)      Lack of Self Love- “Love thy neighbor” is a common teaching in religion, and not a fundamentally ‘bad’ one, but yet the emphasis is always on loving others, when in reality love for the self is the number one step to an experience of personal enlightenment and awareness.  In religion, many times we are told that we are fundamentally bad and sinful.  Instead we could choose to engage the truth that we are fundamentally perfect.

3)      Personal Responsibility- Responsibility could be explained as “responding to your ability”.  In religious settings, it often seems the members are always passing off the responsibility of knowledge, power, or connection to an authority within the religion or an outward concept of god, rather than being given and owning the responsibility we all innately have over our own experience.

4)      Separation- There seems to always be competition between religions with each one claiming not only to be ‘right’ but to be the ONLY right way.  The separation is created between people on earth, sometimes covering up our inherent connectedness.  The separation also occurs between the person and their concept of ‘god’ because, as noted in #1, religions always subject a member to middle man or someone who holds more authority than the self.ORganize

5)      Systematic Murder- Think of the crusades- one of the darkest and most disturbing occurrences in our collective history.  Why must there always be murder in the name of religion?  Because let’s be honest.  Though it is said that religious murder is in the name of ‘god’ it is only in the name of one person’s opinion  or person experience of god. Yet though religious texts affiliate ‘god’ with love, there is still always violence. This seems fundamentally incorrect.

6)      Justification for Killing Animals- Whether or not you choose to eat meat on your path, we can probably all agree that the systemic ‘use’ of animals, the degradation of respect towards our brothers and sisters in the animal kingdom, and the defining of animals as commodities for our consumption is fundamentally disrespectful and implies a total lack of compassion.  The Bible and other books teach that animals were created for us, to be the sacrifice for us.  Yet animals exist as autonomous beings for the purpose of their own existence.

7)      The Divine Feminine-  You will find that most mainstream religions essentially entirely omit the importance of the divine feminine.  The depiction of ‘god’ is almost always male and the sexuality, power, and autonomy of women is subjugated and destroyed.  There is no acknowledgement or appreciation for the beauty, power, and life giving nature of the feminine.

8)      It’s Just a Story- The stories held by various religions are just that- stories.  They are someone else’s story. But what’s YOUR story?  What is your actual personal experience of the divine?

9)      The Waiting Game- Religions are constantly perpetuating the belief that we must wait for someone else to save us.  A messiah, a savior, a prophet, a guru.  Yet there is no waiting necessary.  We are the ones we are waiting for.

10)   Transcending the Duality of Good and Evil- Religions promote and perpetuate the paradigm of duality, focusing extensively into the “good-bad “ perspective.  This is a very disempowering and limiting perspective.  Though certain aspects of our experience are felt through a dualistic 3rd dimensional reality, we are evolving into more expansive states of being where we can free ourselves from such labeling systems.

The basic idea here is that if religion works for you on your  journey, more power to you.  Yet many of the overarching structures and paradigms found within organized religions can be disempowering to the individual person, taking the power away from the self and giving it to someone else. It is time in our collective evolution to embrace our own knowing and God-self.

Intention, Belief, & Tea

Buddhist Monks Blessed Tea With Good Intention – Here’s What Happened

Buddhist Monks Blessed Tea With Good Intention – Here’s What Happened

Story by: Arjun Walia, Collective Evolution

It’s become clear to more and more people that consciousness is directly correlated with our physical material world. Numerous scientific studies have proven that our consciousness is directly correlated to it, and through our consciousness, we can directly influence our physical world in more ways than one.

One example of this is how the mind has a capacity to influence the output of devices known as Random Event Generators(1) Another example are the multitude of declassified papers that deal with ‘paraphsychological’ phenomenon.

For example, government experiments revealed human beings are capable of bending physical material objects with their minds.(2)(3)

Another great example is what’s known as the “double slit experiment.” This study found that factors associated with consciousness such as meditation, experience, and electrocortical markers of focused attention have an influence on material reality. (4)

I also think it’s important to throw in the remote viewing experiments conducted by the NSA, CIA and Stanford University. (5)

Another great example is the Placebo Effect, the documented fact that we can transform our biology with belief.

We constantly receive comments saying that there is no scientific evidence for the correlation between consciousness and physical material reality.

However, there are a number of published studies done by experts, for experts, scientists, and academic institutions all over the world. Work is available in a number of respected peer reviewed journals that clearly demonstrate it. For a selected list of more examples click here.

I just wanted to make it clear that it’s pretty clear that human intention and consciousness does correlate with the physical material world. Why this isn’t the topic of rigorous investigation by universities world-wide is curious. The implications of this information are far reaching and relevant to many factions of society (health for example).

Knowing that human consciousness and intent can alter our physical world lends further credibility to a study conducted by scientists at the Institute of Noetic Sciences.

The study examined the roles of intention and belief on mood while drinking tea. It explored whether drinking tea “treated” with good intentions would have an effect on mood more so than drinking ordinary tea. The study was done under double-blind, randomized conditions. (6)

“Each evening, for seven days in a row, volunteers recorded their mood using the Profile of Mood States (POMS) questionnaire. On day three, four, and five of the test, each participant drank 600 mL of oolong tea in the morning and again in the afternoon.

“One randomly assigned group blindly received tea that had been intentionally treated by three Buddhist monks; the other group blindly received untreated tea from the same source. On the last day of the test, each person indicated what type of tea he/she believed they had been drinking.” (6)

189 adults participated in the study, and the study was conducted over a week in order to reduce mood fluctuations. Those who drank “treated” tea showed a greater increase in mood than those who drank untreated tea. Change in mood in those who believed that they were drinking treated tea was much better than those who did not.

The authors also noted that the belief that one was drinking treated tea directly correlated with a large improvement in mood, but only if one was actually drinking the treated tea. This indicated that belief and intentional enhancement interact.

The authors also mentioned another very interesting point, that “esthetic and intentional qualities associated with the traditional tea ceremony may have subtle influences that extend beyond the ritual itself.” (6)

How Can We Apply These Concepts to Our Everyday Lives

We can apply these concepts in a number of ways. Before you eat, or drink water for example, put love into it, put good intention into it, be thankful for it.

Your intent and emotions behind the consumption of food and water can have a direct impact on your physical body. To take a look at what thoughts and intentions do to the structure of water, click here. If thoughts can do this to water, just imagine what they can do to us.

We can also apply these concepts to our health, just like the placebo effect. But the main point I want to get across is that we can use the power of human intent, prayer, consciousness, whatever you want to call it to help change, transform and re-build our world.

This is already taking place – one aspect of consciousness is perception, how we perceive the world. Throughout human history, our perception of the ‘truth’ has continually changed. New discoveries and more are responsible for changing this perception. This shift in consciousness alone changes our world.

We are one race led to believe that we are divided. This is changing, however, as more and more people are realizing that we do not belong to a country, or a sect of people, but rather we belong to planet Earth and we are ONE human race. Many people have perceived the planet as a 9-5 grind, grow up, get an education and get a job.

Because this was our perception for so long, we ended up prolonging it, creating it and reinforcing it. This is changing, and more people are beginning to see that it doesn’t have to be this way.

More people are coming to the same conclusions of how our world has  really been operating, that it is different to what we have been told it is, to what we have believed it has been for so long. We are merging into one perception.

Consciousness is powerful, and a big threat to the ones who want to control us, and force us into a system that doesn’t resonate. If you control the consciousness of the people, control their perception, you control the world. It’s time for us to take back control, and create a new experience for the human race.

What would happen if the entire human collective basked in the vibration and thoughts of love, peace, cooperation, understanding, and non-judgement? We would transform our world. So send out these intentions to the Earth, and you will assist in its transformation.

Using Belief to Create Money

The 6 Mental Steps I Took to Manifest A 6-Figure Salary

Talking openly about money is something many people don’t feel comfortable with. I’ll admit it, I feel vulnerable publicly announcing how much money I made last year, too.

But it’s this reluctance to be open about money that causes us to struggle with our finances. If we remain in the dark about any subject, we can’t improve it. Consciousness is the key to growth.

If you want to improve your financial reality this year, you have to bring awareness to your relationship with money. Below are steps I personally took to increase my awareness with money; follow these steps, and I guarantee you’ll improve your relationship with money, too.

1. I strengthened my wealth vibe.

The “vibe” you have about any subject is simply how you feel about it. It’s a belief system within you that has a certain energetic “frequency.”

For example, think about your childhood home. What does the memory of that home feel like to you? Whatever it feels like is its “vibe.”

The platform for creating more of anything in your life is strengthening the “vibe” within you. This was one of the first steps I took to improve my financial reality.

At the beginning of last year, my finances didn’t reflect what I thought of as “wealthy,” but I could still identify a feeling of “wealth” within me. As I practiced this wealth vibe, the frequency became easier for me to feel. Doing so strengthened my internal state of wealth, priming me to attract more money into my life.

2. I confronted my fears about money.

We all have limiting beliefs and fears about money. These are the beliefs that keep us stuck in a financial reality that isn’t working for us. In order to create more abundance in your life, you have to confront these fears.

To improve my finances, I had to ask myself: What beliefs about money are making me feel stuck?

By asking this simple question I was able to face my dysfunctional patterns with money (patterns such as: unconscious spending, under-saving, avoidance of money, etc). After these patterns where brought to light, I could take conscious steps to change them. This increased my confidence with money, automatically calling more of it to me.

3. I empowered myself through action.

You can’t become wealthy if you feel like money is more powerful than you. In order to be in the commanding position with your finances, you have to change your actions with money.

For me, this included creating a savings account (and actually putting money in it), increasing my rates to reflect the worth of my services, being aware of my spending, and other steps that helped me feel more empowered with money.

Making small changes that put me in charge of my finances increased my confidence, which in turn, strengthened my wealth vibe even more.

4. I recognized my true source of wealth.

As a spiritual person, I know that money is not my source of wealth; my connection to Source is my source of wealth.

What does that mean? It’s knowing that when I’m connected to my internal “vibe” of love and abundance, I feel complete. The seeking for anything melts away when I’m centered within. Connecting to Source (which I can do regardless of the money in my bank) will always make me feel infinitely wealthy.

Our external realities always reflect our internal realities; when I practiced staying connected to my true source of wealth within, more wealth naturally made it’s way to me.

5. I took inspired action.

As I simmered in a wealthy state of being, ideas naturally flowed to me that became my next steps in creating more income. Out of nowhere, an idea would pop in my head; if I felt excited about this new idea, I would immediately take action!

Inspired action feels like action your soul wants to take. It’s a great idea that you want to make happen!

By acting on ideas that naturally and effortlessly flowed to me, I was guided to ways of increasing my wealth that I’d never even imagined were there.

6. I believed.

Perhaps the most important step in creating your wealth is believing both in yourself and the power of the Universe.

Luckily, I already had plenty of proof that I create my reality from the inside out. Because I’ve done it in so many other areas of my life, I knew that by aligning to an internal state of wealth, more opportunities for money would make their way to me. I followed the steps, and once again, the Universe didn’t let me down.

As one of my favorite philosophers, Joseph Campbell, once said, “Follow your bliss and the universe will open doors where there were only walls.” Magic happens when you believe in yourself and the flow of creativity that’s available to us all.

Your internal reality is the foundation for everything you create in the world, including your wealth. Get to know your experience with money, connect to the vibe of wealth within, trust the Universe, and you will absolutely take your financial reality to the next level in 2015.

Getting RId of Past Programming

How to Release Your Past So You Can Experience Happiness Right Now

HJ: We often do not realize that we are caught up in thinking about the past.  Until we begin practicing mindfulness regularly and get a handle on our thoughts, we typically operate somewhat unconsciously.  Furthermore, we view the past in the context of the beliefs we have about ourselves.  For instance, if we believe we are inferior in any way we will unconsciously direct our minds to focus on those past memories which confirm that belief and so we will use the past to reinforce our perceived inadequacy, thereby perpetuating this perception indefinitely until we become conscious of the process I am speaking of here.  Consequently, in those areas in which we have expansive, empowering beliefs about ourselves, these will also cause us to recall those memories which support that set of beliefs and perceptions.

In this way, our past can either hold us back or propel us forward.  For most people it is some combination of the two.  However, for those looking to reach their full potential in life, it is necessary to uncover those areas in which our beliefs and perceptions of the past are still holding us back.  This is what is meant by releasing the past.  It is a powerful process of catharsis which frees you to access your highest potential and conscious expression of your true self.

This excellent article by Paramahamsa Nithyananda will help you to begin the process and release yourself once and for all from the chains of the past.  Always remember: the present moment is the true point of power.

– Truth

Change Your Past to Shape Your Future!

By Paramahamsa Nithyananda | Nithyananda Times

By nature, God built you with integrity. Your built-in, natural nature is integrity. That is why when you are in integrity, you feel so full, so complete. Life starts with integrity, authenticity, taking responsibility and enriching yourself and others. Integrity is you fulfilling the word and thoughts you give to yourself and to others and experiencing a state of poornatva (completion) with yourself and with life. Authenticity is you being established in the peak of your capability and responding to life from who you perceive yourself to be for your own self (mamakara), who you project yourself to be for others (ahamkara), and what others expect you to be for them (anyakara). Your mamakara, ahamkara and anykara need to be aligned. Responsibility is living and responding to life from the truth that you are the source of, and therefore, you are responsible for all happenings in and around you. Only in the space of responsibility life flowers in you. Enriching means constantly enriching you and others. Enriching is continuously infusing all these three tattvas in your life and others’ life.

When you start being integrated, so much of your inner space is available to you. This naturally brings authenticity in you and makes you take responsibility and continue to enrich yourself and others.

The first sign of non integrity will be that you will feel everything is impossible. Just like for each disease there are symptoms such as knee pain, fainting, headaches, and so on, if you are feeling that everything is impossible in your life, you have a lack of integrity, it is the symptom. You need to sit and complete with yourself.

Change your Past to Change your Future

Before changing your future, change your past. Immediately, the question arises, ‘How can my past be changed? It has already happened.’ Every idea you carry about your past is wrong. You do not remember your past as it happened, you carry an edited version of your past with you. People usually say, ‘Don’t bother about the past, change your future.’ No! I am saying, don’t bother about your future, change your past! The hangover you carry from the past is the disease you are suffering with. You are not going to be out of the disease until you complete with your past. The load of the past will not even allow you to make any decisions, leave alone execution. Making whatever you think as ‘impossible’ as possible is integrity. Why will anything not be possible? The word ‘impossible’ cannot even exist in your conscious constitution.

This sangha (Community) is the biggest miracle I have demonstrated. Built in such a short span of time, inspite of so much beating. If I am possible, nothing is impossible! We just need to carry the past without the load, the inner space of possibility. I am not teaching you positive thinking, that is the biggest negative thinking that can happen to you! All your positive thinking is like a comedian laughing at you, it is not a hero doing great things. When a lion goes into a forest, he doesn’t declare he is the king, everybody knows he is the king. When integrity starts happening in you, you don’t declare you are positive, you just make everyone experience you are positivity. Positivity is nothing but the absence of the load of past negativity. Then you just flow in positivity, you just flow in completion.

There is no such thing as practicality. Practicality is the most impractical thing in the world. The idea of practicality is nothing but suicidal because it is coming from the past. Any human being has authenticity and inauthenticity both. When you live in authenticity, you will bring the response of authenticity from the other person also. Make it very clear to yourself, you are the source. Success or failure is decided by you inside. Continuously listen to your inner being. Continuously do completions with yourself and others. Feeling powerful inside will make everything a success for you. Feeling powerless inside, nothing will be success for you. When you are feeling powerful, failure doesn’t even enter your breathing space.

What do You Really Believe About You?

When you start thinking with integrity, you will know your strong beliefs. One of the biggest problems human beings have – you love to be successful, but you deeply believe you are a failure! This is one of the biggest paradox with which human beings are suffering. It shows the lack of integrity in your thinking. Understand, some of your actions may be failure, some of your decisions or dimensions may be a failure, but YOU are never a failure – because you are still breathing!

When you have not lost the inspiration to take the responsibility for your life, nothing is lost. If you take the responsibility, even death cannot come near you. With integrity and authenticity, when you take responsibility, the consciousness growing in the body starts happening more intensely. Whether it is to do with health, or creativity, or solving relationship problems, creating wealth or achieving the inner fulfillment, let your every decision be out of authenticity and enriching; not out of anything else – not out of fear or greed.

Stop your self-fulfilling negative prophecies! When you start living in integrity, you will diagnose the self-fulfilling negative prophecies you constantly give to yourself. Each one of you is your own negative astrologer. First you give yourself the self-fulfilling negative prophecy – I am a failure. Then you train yourself for that! First you are an astrologer who predicts that you are a failure, then you are a trainer who trains you to be a failure. If it still does not happen, you behave like a judge and declare that you are a failure! When you are about to get into the car itself, you declare you will have an accident. Then when you drive, you will continuously sleep, and even after that when only a small accident happens, you just hit one corner of the road, nothing happens to you or the car, still you say ‘I told you that accident will happen! See what happened?’

Declare your integrity, not your failure. The power of integrity will teach you to diagnose your self-fulfilling negative prophecies. Sometimes you take up failure as the self-sympathy creating mechanism to justify your failure. You think that for success you have to work, but failure happens naturally! How many of you think you have to work hard for success, but failure comes naturally? Bring integrity; you will understand success is the natural flow of your life. For failure you have to work very hard!

You are Programmed to be Successful

Krishna says very beautifully – by their nature, our senses are tuned for the outer world – means, they are tuned to be active, alive and creating. Extrovert does not mean it is negative. Extrovert senses will always be alive, creative, active, contributing. All great creative persons took responsibility for their extrovert senses. Senses are extrovert, they flow naturally. By nature, they flow towards for achieving. You are programmed by nature to be successful! The natural programming of you is to be successful. But lack of integrity allows the poison of self-fulfilling negative prophecies to grow in your system. The first thing a human being needs to do is weed out all the self-fulfilling negative prophecies he carries in him.

Ramakrishna gives a very beautiful example: how much ever water you bring into your paddy field, if there are too many frog holes, rat holes, all the water will go and settle there. You will not have water for growing the paddy. The frog holes, rat holes, snake holes are the negative self-fulfilling prophecies! All the energy you bring, all the Kundalini energy (latent yogic energy) I pour into you, just goes and settles there. Finally – no water. Neither paddy nor Ganga water can flow, because all 24 hours you are weighed, loaded with negative self-fulfilling prophecies. First thing a human being needs to know is how to weed out the negative self-fulfilling prophecies.

Your Integrity Can Remove Your Negativity

Self-fulfilling negative prophecies are the chains tied to your legs; they are the weight on your inner space. Integrity is the only way you can even find those negative self-fulfilling prophecies and weed them out. If you start looking, naturally you will not give your negative self-fulfilling prophecies any more life. Even for ten days, if you look at your negative self-fulfilling prophecies with awareness, they will die. Understand – even if you had negative self-fulfilling prophecies for 1000 years, if you do not encourage them for just ten days, they will die. Even if the tree has grown for 1000 years, it takes just a few minutes to die if you pour acid. Integrity is the acid that can destroy the weeds of negative self-fulfilling prophecies in you.

Just thinking with integrity removes the weeds of negativity. You do not need courage to fight negativity, you just need the awareness to remove negativity. If you think you need courage, you are caught in the wrong fight! If you think you need to fight your negativity, it is like bringing an atom bomb to fight with your own shadow. If you put an atom bomb, who is going to die? You are also going to die. NO! You just need a torch to fight with your shadow! You just need the torch of integrity to remove the negativity.

Completion Removes Negativity

Every time, the moment you have a strong idea or belief that what you are doing is going to be a failure, just remember that your belief is a commitment and word that you are giving to you. When you give a commitment, knowingly or unknowingly you will fulfill it. So, if you give that word, naturally you have to fulfill it! Do you want to fulfill that word? No. Then tell yourself – ‘I am not going to fulfill it. I am going to have the cognition of fulfillment, not failure.’ Consciously disown and complete with it.

If it comes back, do that again. Complete with it again and again. How many times will it come back? Practice it. Even your belief is not required. Your cognizance is only what is required. Even if you have cognized this theoretically, it is enough. Now apply this mechanical process, then come back to me with the result. It is a homework for you. For 48 hours, practice this cognizance.

Completing all the incompletions is the basic step in life. For whatever hurts you are carrying inside, reach out to the person involved and complete with him/her. If you are not able to reach out to that person, atleast sit in front of a mirror, invoke that person’s presence and complete. Unless poornatva (completion) happens, nothing can be done. Life does not start.

Integrity removes the self fulfilling negative prophecies in your life, in your cognizance, in your inner space! When you start something, if you just decide to remove the negative cognizance, suddenly you will have the courage to grasp the whole scene of the action you are going to get into. Integrity will simply remove the negative cognizance from your inner space.

On Timing, Hearing, & Outcome

The Car that Wouldn’t Sell…until I got the Message

Dana Mrkich
a message from Dana Mrkich
Tuesday, 12 March, 2013

I love it when things happen in life to remind you that everything is energy, everything has a perfect right timing, and everything has a reason. For years and years I had my ideal car (at the time) on my vision boards. Finally, 2 years ago, I bought the car only a few days before my birthday. The registration date happened to be on my birthday, and the girl who I bought it from also had my birthday! So it was all meant to be, right?

Not even a week went by before I found out I was pregnant, so I knew that my shiny BMW had a relatively short lifespan in our soon-to-be larger household. By mid last year it was obvious we needed a more spacious car and so we put it up for sale. It felt like I’d just needed to buy this one thing for myself and once I had…well I was more than happy to let it go and move on to the next wonderful chapter of parenthood and the world of SUV’s.

Only…it didn’t sell. Month after month went by. No calls. Almost 6 months went by and still nothing. It’s as if it was invisible. (First clue right there!!!) I knew it didn’t have anything to do with ‘the slow market’ or anything like that. Everything is energy. If it wasn’t selling, there was a reason. Maybe the person who was going to buy it wasn’t ready yet, or maybe on some level I wasn’t yet ready to let it go. I thought and thought about what I could possibly still be holding onto but came up with nothing. Finally my aunty asked me something that I constantly ask others: “Have you journalled about it?” Ummm no, no I haven’t!

I have this theory. When you journal, it’s fairly impossible to continue to avoid an issue or aspect of yourself. Likewise if you’re avoiding journaling (especially if you’re usually a regular journaller, or are receiving little nudges to journal) then it’s probably likely you’re avoiding having to look at something. So off to my journal I went.

Well, clearly this was a very deeply embedded, stubborn issue because I must have journalled for about 4 pages before I finally started to feel that I was cracking through beyond really surface stuff. When you’re journaling about an issue, you really want to keep going until you get those lightbulb moments, that feeling of oh my gosh sudden clarity rush through you. It’s like being a miner, digging, digging, until you hear that ping that tells you that you’ve hit something.

My issue went all the way back to my newborn self, to my Birth Day. Sometimes I think our peeps upstairs must shake their heads at how long it takes us to get the message! Here they were giving me all these signs with my car, to look at my actual Birth Day, but I had only seen the references to my birthday! As was often the case 40 years ago, my dad wasn’t present at my birth and guess what…my little newborn self took on all sorts of beliefs as a result! As a conscious adult I felt clear of these old beliefs, but there was still some part of my newborn self that was still feeling and holding them. These beliefs were around being seen (hello invisible car!), waiting for my dad’s approval and acceptance, and waiting for permission to own my own worth and value and right to be here!

Throughout my life I’ve been aware of the many layers of my birth and dad (and other) issues, aware of the many ways they have manifested and have eventually cleared most of it. However, as is the case with 2013, it’s just not possible to carry even one speck of our old beliefs and baggage forward with us into our new reality. Bless the car sale delay – it was forcing me to look at the last remnants of old issues and beliefs that I really thought I had cleared. Perhaps I had cleared them, only now we’re dealing with deeper layers as we are called to move into higher versions of ourselves.

10 pages of journaling later, the phone started ringing. That week 6 people called – but still, no-one came to see it! Okay, now what? A couple of weeks went by and a good friend asked me “Is the car still on your vision board?” I had to laugh. I hadn’t updated my vision board since before I bought the car, and lately it had been falling off the wall – and I’d been trying to stick it back up only to find it on the floor again the next day. So, a new vision board is definitely on my current to do list, but in the meantime I took the BMW picture off the old vision board. I went and sat outside with the photo, and did a little burning ceremony with it while I expressed all my thoughts of gratitude around what this car had been trying to show me. I blessed the car and the sale delay, because it had made me look at old issues in a new way. It had really called me to step up into a new level of myself and embody a new feeling around no longer waiting for permission to own my worth and value and right to be here (if indeed I was doing this, which apparently according to my birth self I was on some level!) I reclaimed my authority over my own self, I reclaimed my power, and I told my newborn self she was loved and worthy and of value and had a right to be here – not for anything she did or was or had, but just because she was her little divine self. What I really loved is that the car just couldn’t sell, and wouldn’t sell, until I had done this!

A few days later, two days before my 40th birthday which is today, a lovely family called. They came, they saw, and they bought the BMW!

So if there is something in your life that is frustrating you right now, some delay or issue or recurring pattern, take out your journal and ask: What are you trying to tell me? There is always a message – and bless those things that are the messengers because as difficult as they can be to deal with they are hanging in there, holding on to the tough situations, even if we get upset, until we get their message! Now that’s love.

Making Visualization Work

5 Tips For Making Visualisation Work
David R. Hamilton PhD
a message from David R. Hamilton PhD
Wednesday, 13 March, 2013
Here are 5 tips that can be used to help you get the most out of your visualizations, whether you’re applying them to heal your body, to change your life, or to improve your sports performance.

Believe in yourself

This is why I write about and teach the science behind the mind-body connection. If you understand that you’re always affecting your body with your mind, and that the brain doesn’t distinguish between real and imaginary, you realise that your mind is not some floaty, ethereal, thing that only interprets life events, but something that actually causes changes in the body. This way, you develop faith in yourself, that what you imagine, hope for, or intend, does have effects.

You can only do it right

This is something I say every time I guide people through a visualization process. Many people think they can’t visualise because they think everyone else sees in high definition (HD). Trust me, they don’t. But it’s the thought that they do that makes us think we’re doing it wrong. Actually, most people just get a vague set of images. What matters most is your intention and that you’re not thinking that you’re doing it wrong. I like the word, ‘imagine’ rather than visualise, because we all imagine in our own way. When I imagine, I have images in my mind’s eye but they are rarely that clear. For me, it’s more a feeling and sensing thing.

Relax

This can be easier said than done, but a regular practice of relaxing goes a long way to reducing stress in the body, which can only be a good thing. Meditation is great, as is yoga. Physical exercise is also a good way of relaxing. Eating a good diet can also help, one free of stimulants and high amounts of sugar and saturated fat.

Lighten up

I often suggest that people add a tiny bit of humour to their visualizations. This helps get around the worry that it might not work. When we worry, we activate brain areas associated with fear and anxiety. So if we inject a little lightness into the visualization, we retain our concentration on what we’re imagining and we might even help wire our brain networks away from the worry centres so that optimism and hope are born instead of worry. I encourage people to create a ‘victory dance’ to end their visualization. Basically, you do a silly dance of victory after you finish, and you have to do it until you find yourself smiling. This helps wire lightness into the brain.

The 3 R’s – Repetition-Repetition-Repetition

Research shows that we change brain structure through repetition of imagining movements. Brain scans of people playing piano versus people imagining playing it showed the same degree of changes in the same areas of the brain. But to get the changes required repetition of the movements – real or imaginary. When we stop doing the work, the brain regions shrink again. This is why consistency is key. You don’t become Olympic champion by going to the gym once. It’s important to do consistent visualization practice to get the best results.
