Greetings from Home.
Dear ones, it is such an honor to be in the essence once again of what Steve calls the collective of the group. But do you know who you are? We know who we are; it is no problem for us. We know exactly where we are going and what we are doing. The challenge is that most of you need to put some sort of label on us, so that you can bring us into your world. The name he gave us was the group. Where did he get that name? What a strange name. We never introduced ourselves and said, “Welcome. We are the group.” What group? Whose group? What a name. Where did it come from? What does it mean? We wish to tell you much of it this day, for we will share a lot of the important pieces of what is ahead for all of you. There is so much that is taking place and it is rather interesting. But let us take you back to last month when the Time Keeper opened up a whole series of interesting pieces that we are going to bring in wherever we can. We will speak of this today so that you can understand from a larger perspective of what is taking place.
Are you aware that every human that has ever been on earth has looked for something outside of themselves to reflect them? All races throughout Earth have come up with a god, a deity, a master being that they have looked up to. Some of the races have drawn them into great edifices or made them into a master story that they have passed down from generation to generation. Humans would reflect their power in this way, which was actually much needed on planet Earth. All of you are creators; for the most part all of you are unconscious creators just awakening from the dream to understand what your real power is on planet Earth. Now you are starting to grasp that and own it, and there are some things that are taking place because your reflection in the world has changed. That was the message that we brought in through the Time Keeper last month, but let me explain a bit further so I can branch this out for you to grasp it in your world.
All of you have something special that means a lot to you. Whether it is a deity that reflects your own creation, a belief system, a lucky pen, a lucky coin that you carry in your pocket, whatever it is. Whether you get up in the morning and read your astrology forecast, or you tune in to your own energies to find out where you are going to be that day. All of these are reflections of your power and all of them have just moved; they have released you. All of the powers that you have been seeing in these energies have now let go and moved further back. This is absolutely incredible, because it means that all of you can start to see more of your power in who you truly are on this planet for perhaps the first time. It is very difficult because you are carrying egos. We do not have to deal with those at Home. You need a sense of self so, therefore, you must be constantly balancing your ego. What is mine? What is theirs? Who is this? Where am I supposed to be? Well, we tell you that your heart knows the answer to those questions. That is why we are going to send you in this direction today, because you have been given the path; you have been given the road map way ahead of time just to see what has happened.
Last month we told you there has been a release of all these energies. Please do not think they are gone forever because most of you love those reflections. So you will bring them back into your life, but you may have to adjust them ever so slightly to make them really work like they did even a short time ago. The adjustment is to reflect your power, more of who you are so you can start to see yourself everywhere you look throughout the world. That is very difficult when you are carrying an ego. You have a tendency to puff up the ego to the point at which it can actually cut you off from your source, but we tell you that the opposite is also true. Because if you do not have enough ego to stand up and carry our message, you are robbing the world and yourself of your own energies that are coming through.
We told you a very long time ago that all beings on Earth have always channeled. It is such a strange and mysterious thing to so many of you on planet Earth, and yet it is not mysterious at all. You all have guidance that you listen to regularly and the more you learn to listen to it as you grow up, the easier life becomes so we ask you to find those reflections in your life. Find those belief systems and look at them carefully to adjust them to make sure that you can see your reflection in the magic that is in front of you. We also spoke last month about the release of the energy which has allowed the comets to come into your planet. You have no idea how much there is a celebration on this side of the veil over what is taking place on planet Earth. We will speak more clearly so you can hear it in a different way. This is the reason that we wanted to come back as a collective in this particular session and speak to all of you without the rhythms, accents, and the other challenges that sometimes cause resistance. The Time Keeper will be back; he is certainly still here. He will never go away, even if we asked him to. His part of the energy and all of that love is reflected here for you.
Three Sisters: Venus, Earth and Mars
Earth has been on a gradual decline as all things ebb and flow. We find it rather fascinating that humans are studying Mars right now, because the Earth was about to be the same as Mars by losing its magnetic field. Therefore, the solar winds would have turned it into grains of sand and erased most of the beauty and the life forms that are naturally abundant here. We think it is interesting that you are studying Mars because what we have told you is that you will find that there was life on Mars. And eventually you will find out that it was you; the planet was originally one of the areas that you came from, and we will speak more of this as we go forward.
There were some rather catalytic events that were happening, which allowed Mars to share its envelope of carbon dioxide with planet Earth that was needed at one point so that the life that was forming could shift to a new growing ground. It has been very successful. Your sciences are on target and when they finally go to Venus, they will find that there were three sisters in unison that have worked together to form the life that we are speaking to at this moment. You will find out more of all of this because all of these energies have been here on planet Earth, but have been largely misunderstood and misinterpreted because of the larger belief systems that circulated throughout humanity. When you open your eyes and look at something, you only see what you expect to see. That is exactly the way creators work, so what we are doing is allowing you to see some other pieces that you normally would not be able to envision. When you feel this release, it is scary to some of you. Many of you have based your lives on this reflection; you honored it, prayed to it sometimes, and have given it your power. To find out that it is only a reflection of your energy sometimes deflates your ego rather quickly.
There could be no greater reflection in the universe than yours. Does that surprise you? You are carrying some of the greatest information from Home within your being right now, walking around on Earth and most of you are not even aware that it is there. Trust us when we say there is an absolute test to find out whether you are finished on Earth or not, because there is no room for planet Earth for stragglers or those that just want to hang around and watch the game. All of you are carrying something important. The test? That is easy. Find a little mirror and stick it under your nose, and if it fogs up then you are not done. It is real simple. You are not finished yet; there is more to do.
The BIG Mirror
Now let us speak about the release of this information, and the release about your attachment to your reflections. Is it not interesting that many organized religions are experiencing major challenges right now? They are reforming so people can reflect the energy of empowered humans. It is more than just organized religions, dear ones. It is every form of human collective, for it is your expectation that has formed all of this. You are the creator even if your egos cannot handle that; you have created everything in front of you every part of the way. So, let us speak of the larger picture. This release of information and of the attachments has opened the door, because planet Earth has been on a slow cycle of degradation. She has been losing species on a regular basis and slowly dying over the last 150 years, as your sciences will prove. Most of your biologists and botanists are quite concerned about this, because they see the planet dying and do not know what to do about it. It has already changed and they will see evidence of this soon. All of humanity has turned a corner, and in doing so your attachments to those things that reflected your power has been quietly released.
Many of you have seen the remnants of those who put the protective shields in place originally to protect Earth. This is when you talk about who built the pyramids. Much of the unexplainable becomes explained when you see from where humanity is now. Many of the artifacts of Earth still have no traditional explanation about where they came from or what they are doing on Earth. These shadow memories have been intentionally blocked from you by your own design. The pyramids have always formed a protective shield around Earth, even though they have been covered and forgotten in many places on Earth. These are not all pyramids because some are manmade pyramids that have copied the original designs with varying degrees of effectiveness.
Pyramid Power
The network of pyramids on Earth have formed a protective shield around the planet, which has kept specific meteors and comets from hitting it. That has been released and for a very specific reason. You have heard about the two big meteors that have come in and made the front pages of your newspapers, but you are not aware of all the small ones that are coming in now. Because this protective shield that was in place from almost the beginning of Earth has been released, you will receive a planting of these comets in November of this year toward the end of the month. You will have a comet that will come by and sprinkle life on Earth. We tell you that specifically, because all life was planted originally from comets. Your scientists do not agree with us on this point, but we will tell you, you are not from Earth nor is anyone. You have been very carefully placed here by yourselves.
Now you are going through an evolution. It was always necessary for you to die and leave the physical body, then go Home to recycle and reincarnate to come back and do it again. This is the first time that humans walked through the gate without going Home, without dying. You are walking in an ascension process right now and every step of the way you are higher than you were yesterday; all of this is a beauty that you hold in front of you. All of you have control of this. Do not fear these comets, as they are bringing a new form of life for they are sprinkling life forms. You have been losing life forms on planet Earth for a very long time and now it is being re-seeded in a new way so watch and celebrate the November comet.
You have already given it a name, but I will hold off on telling you because my names are not the same as yours. Your scientists know of this comet that is coming and it is sprinkling dust along the way. It is basically disintegrating every time it passes and when it does, it will sprinkle cosmic dust on planet Earth. In fact, your scientists are now trying to calculate to see if you will actually be able to see the dust falling. That is how much dust they are expecting from this November comet. In fact, the comet would have never hit Earth except that you went through the portal and released every part of it. It is not going to hit Earth; it is going far away from it and hooking around the sun, but it will sprinkle all these beautiful seeds of life on planet Earth.
You are here, dear ones, at an incredibly beautiful, critical time in all of humanity and all the timelines of Earth herself, the entire energies of Earth are being re-energized—even the ley lines, the magnetic ley lines that form the magnetic grid that carries your Earth are reducing. Your magnetic structures on planet Earth have reduced 12% over the last 100 years. That is also leading to your awakening from the dream. Very beautiful. You have done well; you have carried it here and you are here. You made it. Not only did you make it, but you are sitting here asking what can you do next? You are in the perfect position to be conscious creators of planet Earth and we hope that you enjoy this journey, dear ones, for you have signed up and waited an eternity for the opportunities that now lie in front of each of you. You know the way Home and if you will stop thinking with the brain and start feeling with the heart, it will lead you Home. You know the way and we will greet you with the most incredible open arms and welcome you Home when you finally do decide to shed those bodies to re-turn. Dear ones, even now you are the greatest angels that have ever lived and we mean that in all sincerity. We have never seen what has happened on Earth and we are so proud of you. You have created magic with your eyes wide open.
It is with the greatest of honor that we ask you to treat each other with respect. Nurture one another and hold those doors open every chance you get and play well together.

21 Traits Of An Awakening Soul

You can say it’s because of a global shift in consciousness, a destiny we have arrived at due to spiritual evolution, or the outcome of strange times, but, many people all across the globe are going through intense personal changes and sensing an expansion of consciousness. Personal changes of this magnitude can be difficult to recognize and to understand, but here are 21 traits of an awakening soul, a ‘sensitive’, or an ‘empath.’
1. Being in public places is sometimes overwhelming. Since our walls between self and other are dissolving, we haven’t really learned to distinguish between someone else’s energy and our own. If the general mood of the crowd is herd-like or negative, we can feel this acutely, and may feel like retreating into our own private space. When we have recharged our batteries with meditation, spending time in nature, far away from other people, or just sitting in quiet contemplation, we are ready to be with the masses again. In personal relationships, we often will feel someone else’s emotions as our own. It is important to have this higher sense of empathy, but we must learn to allow another person’s emotions while observing them and keeping our empathy, but, realizing that not all emotions belong to us. Social influence can dampen our own innate wisdom.
2. We know things without having to intellectually figure them out. Often called intuitive awareness, we have ‘a-ha’ moments and insights that can explain some of the most complex theories 
or phenomenon in the world. Some of the most brilliant minds of our time just ‘know.’ Adepts and sages often were given downloads of information from higher states of consciousness after meditating or being in the presence of a more conscious individual; this is happening for more people with more frequency. As we trust our intuition more often, it grows stronger. This is a time of ‘thinking’ with our hearts more than our heads. Our guts will no longer be ignored. Our dreams are becoming precognitive and eventually our conscious thoughts will be as well.
3. Watching television or most of main stream media, including newspapers and many Hollywood movies is very distasteful to us. The mindset that creates much, but not all, of the programming on television and in cinema is abhorrent. It commodifies people and promotes violence. It reduces our intelligence and numbs our natural empathetic response to someone in pain.
4. Lying to us is nearly impossible. We may not know exactly what truth you are withholding, but we can also tell (with our developing intuition and ESP skills) that something isn’t right. We also 
know when you have other emotions, pain, love, etc. that you aren’t expressing. You’re an open book to us. We aren’t trained in counter-intelligence, we are just observant and knowing. While we may pick up on physical cues, we can look into your eyes and know what you are feeling.
5. We may pick up symptoms of your cold, just like men who get morning sickness when their wives are pregnant. Sympathy pains, whether emotional or physical, are something we experience often. We tend to absorb emotion through the solar plexus, considered the place we ‘stomach emotion’ so as we learn to strengthen this chakra center, we may sometimes develop digestive issues. Grounding to the earth can help to re-establish our emotional center. Walking barefoot is a great way to re-ground.
6. We tend to root for the underdog, those without voices, those who have been beaten down by the matrix, etc. We are very compassionate people, and these marginalized individuals often need more love. People can sense our loving hearts, so complete strangers will often tell us their life stories or approach us with their problems. While we don’t want to be a dumping ground for everyone’s issues, we are also a good ear for those working through their stuff.
7. If we don’t learn how to set proper boundaries, we can get tired easily from taking on other people’s emotions. Energy Vampires are drawn to us like flies to paper, so we need to be extra vigilant in protecting ourselves at times.
8. Unfortunately, sensitives or empaths often turn to drug abuse or alcohol to block some of their emotions and to ‘protect’ themselves from feeling the pain of others.
9. We are all becoming healers. We naturally gravitate toward healing fields, acupuncture, reiki, Qi-Gong, yoga, massage, midwivery, etc. are fields we often find ourselves in. We know that the collective needs to be healed, and so we try our best to offer healing in whatever form we are most drawn to. We also turn away from the ‘traditional’ forms of healing ourselves. Preferring natural foods, herbs, and holistic medicine as ways to cure every ailment.
10. We see the possibilities before others do. Just like when the church told Copernicus he was 
wrong, and he stood by his heliocentric theory, we know what the masses refuse to believe. Our minds are light-years ahead.
11. We are creative. We sing, dance, paint, invent, or write. We have amazing imaginations.
12. We require more solitude than the average person.
13. We might get bored easily, but we are really good at entertaining ourselves.
14. We have a difficult time doing things we don’t want to do or don’t really enjoy. We really do believe life was meant to be an expression of joy. Why waste it doing something you hate? We aren’t lazy, we are discerning.
15. We are obsessed with bringing the truth to light. Like little children who say, “that’s not fair” we want to right the wrongs of the world, and we believe it often just takes education. We endeavor to explain the unexplainable and find answers to the deep questions of life. We are seekers, in the Campbellian paradigm. ‘The Hero With a Thousand Faces.”
16. We can’t keep track of time. Our imaginations often get away with us and a day can feel like a 
minute, a week, a day.
17. We abhor routine.
18. We often disagree with authority (for obvious reasons).
19. We will often be kind, but if you are egotistical or rude, we won’t spend much time with you or find an excuse to not hang out with people who are obsessed with themselves. We don’t ‘get’ people who are insensitive to other people’s feelings or points of view.
20. We may be vegan or vegetarian because we can sense a certain energy of the food we eat, like if an animal was slaughtered inhumanely. We don’t want to consume negative energy.
21. We wear our own emotions on our sleeves and have a hard time ‘pretending’ to be happy if we aren’t. We avoid confrontation, But will quietly go about changing the world in ways you can’t even see.

Synchronicity: Harmony in a Chaotic Universe

Space, contrary to what the writers of Star Trek may have us believe, is not a quiet place. We perceive it that way because the human ear can process only a minuscule portion (20Hz to 20,000Hz) of the electromagnetic radiation1 that is generated as a result of the energy unleashed by stars coming into existence, galaxies colliding and planets ceasing to be.
On entering a room full of strangers we encounter a similar experience. This time however it is noise not silence that is the problem. Crammed into that limited 20-20,000Hz bandwidth appears to be a chaos of conversations, laughter and nervous unease.
As we scan the room from our side of the threshold how can we quickly and accurately identify ‘friendly’ faces or a receptive group to join?
The same physics apply to our atoms as those that apply to black holes. Our atoms and their sub-atomic structures behave in exactly the same way in all regards including the emission of radio waves.
As our bodies go through the processes of simply being, our sub-atomic particles absorb and release discreet charges of electrical energy. In doing so they set up a distinct, personalised radio-wave2 signature. These signatures are sufficiently distinct that they can indicate when all is well with an individual or whether an individual’s well-being is compromised. It is this radio-wave signature that ancient cultures tuned into, and today’s energy healers seek to effect, as part of their spiritual healing practices. Modern science, slightly belatedly, now acknowledges these vibrational-energies as playing a leading role in our well-being.
Furthermore, and more importantly for those journeying in Awareness, research has shown that we are sensitised to the radio-waves emitted by others. Anyone who has attended a sports event will be familiar with the notion that there’s ‘something in the air’ as tensions quickly spread through the crowd.
Neuroscientists now agree that during a conversation in which both parties experience mutual rapport, their respective brain activity is closely aligned. So when it feels like you and another person are on the same wavelength, you are. Such experiences are a perfect example of the wonder of synchronicity3 and its powerful role in our everyday lives.
Synchronicity is evident in all that unites mankind and is absent from our existence when ego replaces compassion and we move towards conflict. Synchronicity when heard in music is known as harmony4 which, as with much else in our Universe, is instructive. The opposite of harmony is dissonance – notes in conflict – rather than notes in resolution. For those journeying in Awareness, seeking to live in harmony, it is essential that we open ourselves up and permit synchronicity to enter our lives.
Much within our lives, our relationships and endeavours is, due to the pressures of our modern world, trying to push aside harmony, to de-synchronise us. We are left feeling as if we are walking up the down escalator. It doesn’t help to push back against that which is causing us conflict, rather we should aim to carve out, within our lives, a greater space for synchronicities to manifest.
We can make space by doing the simple stuff; skipping newspapers (with their endless crises), switching of the TV (with its inexhaustible banalities), and avoid engaging with, and contributing to, office gossip.
Furthermore we can expand the space by doing similarly simple stuff: exploring our creative gifts, growing foods, engaging with nature, conversing with friends and family or even more simply, being still and appreciating the World for the wonderful place it is.
But we can go further.
We can use this awareness of the power of synchronised radio-wave signatures to aid conflict resolution in our relationships. When our tolerance is stretched our radio-wave signatures get re-mapped and we move out of sync. into dissonance. This adversely impacts our ability to communicate due to the conflicts that this remapping sets up within our energy fields. It’s why saying “sorry” and being perceived as being ‘sorry’ is not the same thing!
At such moments mentally switching sides – seeing the point of discord from the other’s perspective – can help return our radio-wave signature to their previous, harmonious setting enabling us to resolve conflict without permitting discord to colour our behaviours.
The Universe gave us synchronicity. By understanding it, trusting it and working with it we can put a little harmony back into the Universe.

Sacred Story for Our Time
Is it possible that the human future depends upon a new sacred story—a story that gives us a reason to care? Could it be a story already embraced by a majority, although it has neither institutional support nor a place in the public conversation?by David Korten

“For people, generally, their story of the universe and the human role in the universe is their primary source of intelligibility and value,” Thomas Berry wrote in The Dream of the Earth. “The deepest crises experienced by any society are those moments of change when the story becomes inadequate for meeting the survival demands of a present situation.”
The challenge before us is to create a new civilization based on a cosmology—a story of the origin, nature, and purpose of creation that reflects the fullness of our current human knowledge.
We live at such a moment. Humanity’s current behavior threatens Earth’s capacity to support life and relegates more than a billion people to lives of destitution. This self-destructive behavior and our seeming inability to change have deep roots in the stories by which we understand the nature and meaning of our existence. The challenge before us is to create a new civilization based on a cosmology—a story of the origin, nature, and purpose of creation—that reflects the fullness of our current human knowledge; a story to guide us to mature relationships with one another and a living Earth.
Three Cosmologies
Three distinct cosmologies have each had their influence in shaping the Western worldview. Two are familiar. The third—and most relevant to the task at hand—has ancient roots, and may in one form or another be the most widely held. It has virtually no public presence.
The cosmos is created and ruled by a Distant Patriarch. This is the cosmology most commonly associated with the institutions of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. It views creation as the work of an all-knowing, all-powerful God. From his home in a separate, sacred dimension called Heaven, He observes and judges our obedience to His commandments handed down to us through sacred texts and interpreted by His anointed religious authorities.
This cosmology focuses attention on our individual relationship with a personal but distant God, as expressed in Michelangelo’s famous rendering of a God portrayed in the image of man. By implication, our human relationships with one another and with nature are secondary to this primary relationship. Although some adherents believe that we have an obligation to care for God’s creation in this life and to show compassion to our fellow human beings, in many interpretations of the Distant Patriarch story, life on Earth is but a way station on the path to paradise. Nature exists for our temporary human use and comfort. Those who demonstrate their closeness to God by their pious religious observance and special knowledge of His intention properly exercise authority over the rest of us.

The cosmos is a Grand Machine.
This is the cosmology commonly associated with science. It is the standard story of Newtonian physics, evolutionary biology, and the institutions of secular academia. In this cosmology only the material is real. The formation and function of the cosmos and the evolution of life are consequences of a combination of physical mechanism and random chance. Life is an accidental outcome of material complexity and has no larger meaning or purpose. Consciousness and free will are illusions.
By this reckoning, the cosmos is much like a mechanical clock-works gradually running down as its spring unwinds. Building on the mechanistic determinism of classical physics, classical biology holds that life evolves through a combination of chance genetic mutation and a competitive struggle by which the fitter survive and flourish as the weaker perish.
According to the Grand Machine cosmology, a brutal competition for survival, territory, and reproductive advantage is the basic law of nature, and these same instincts define our human nature. Indeed, as economists of a social Darwinist perspective assure us, our competitive instinct is the primary and essential driver of human prosperity and progress. The defining debate turns on the question of whether this instinct best serves society when free from government interference or when guided by public regulation and incentives.

The cosmos is a manifestation of Integral Spirit.
This cosmology has ancient roots and a significant modern following, but lacks institutional support and public visibility. By its reckoning, all of creation is the expression of an integral spiritual intelligence engaged in a sacred journey to discover and actualize its possibilities through an ongoing process of becoming. Our world and the material universe of our experience are more than God’s creation—they are God made flesh. God is in the world and the world is in God, yet they are not identical. Although the spirit is imminent, it is also transcendent, a concept religious scholars refer to as panentheism.
Brain scientists tell us the human brain evolved to reward cooperation, service, and compassion.
We come to know the nature, purpose, and intention of this divine force through both our inner experience and our observation of its physical manifestation. All beings, stars, planets, humans, animals, plants, rocks, and rivers are expressions of this divine force—each with its place and function in the journey of the whole.
Contrary to prevailing theories of social Darwinism, the Integral Spirit cosmology recognizes that life is a fundamentally cooperative enterprise.
Indigenous wisdom keepers speak of the creator’s original instructions to humans to get along with one another and nature. Brain scientists tell us the human brain evolved to reward cooperation, service, and compassion—suggesting that the creative processes of evolution have programmed these original instructions into our brains and DNA.
Extreme individualism, greed, and violence are pathological and signs of physical, developmental, cultural, and/or institutional system failure. Caring relationships are the foundation of healthy families and communities. The Golden Rule common to all major faiths is a better guide to appropriate moral behavior than mechanistic rules are.
The Integral Spirit cosmology postulates that we humans participate in and contribute to the divine journey. We can apply our distinctive capacities for reflective consciousness and choice either to advance creation’s evolutionary thrust toward ever more creative possibility, or to disrupt it. Together, our individual choices determine our collective fate and shape the course of the journey far beyond our time.
We find threads of this story in the traditional wisdom teachings of indigenous peoples and the mystical traditions of all faiths, including the Abrahamic faiths. In his expression of his Jewish faith, Jesus taught, “The Kingdom is within.” Muhammad taught, “Wherever you turn, there is the Face of Allah.”
The Integral Spirit cosmology is consistent with the findings of quantum physics, which reveals that the apparent solidity of matter is an illusion and at the deepest level of understanding only relationships are real. I find that Integral Spirit is the underlying cosmology of a reassuring number of religious leaders and devout members of many faiths, including a great many Catholic nuns, as well as most people who define themselves as spiritual, but not necessarily religious.

As of April 12th, 2013, the first Pluto retrograde of our newly christened Golden Age has officially begun! The significance is both profound and sublime as its evolutionary force will eliminate all which obstructs the purification of our planet and of our individual lives from coming into form. Until September 20th we will witness great turmoil in the highest echelons of the Babylon system as their leaders and captains are decimated in position and influence. Coupled with Saturn’s retrograde, which has yet to reach its midpoint, powerful cosmic forces are working ever-so intensely to uproot every evil from our world.
Love Evolves
Within our individual lives and spiritual journeys we will be forced to evolve beyond crippling or corrupt ways of being so that beyond the retrograde the most luminous versions of life can emerge. Love is the key factor in determining how successful one will be in evolving in this irresistible plutonic way that God wills for us. Those who sincerely wish to create a radiant life, purge internal darkness, and heal from past trauma, physical disease, and pain must remain centered in love, the safest energetic vibration to live in with such titanic forces active on our planet. Consider love to be both a refuge and a gateway into a paradise life. When we center ourselves in love we can learn to evolve beyond mundane circumstances and traditional human experience that we may venture into a profound internal realm of infinite mystical experience and potential.
Alchemy Intensified
So that there is no confusion know that Pluto’s retrograde is the most alchemically demanding of any planetary retrograde. Alchemy is the ancient and marvelous science of transmutation. It is the science of finding the Kingdom of Heaven within, something that God taught when He walked the Earth as Jesus Christ. The pressure for us to transform ourselves internally will now become impossible to resist. The ways in which we must will be obvious. Not one person will be left wondering how or why. Evolution has intense periods and one has just begun! Life or death choices will begin to manifest throughout our lives. The highest course is to transform in the ways in which life requests, beckons, or demands us to. When we do our worlds will enter new realms of divine experience.
Ultimate Exposure
Corruption on every level of life will be exposed very publicly during this retrograde, to include, and especially, internal corruptions of the human mind, body, and soul. With these exposures will come the expectation for all of us to work individually and harmoniously with others, with great diligence and integrity, so that lasting healing and the rebirth of life may occur. At times our greatest battles are the ones which we fight within. This retrograde energy provides us the energetic environment and cosmic opportunity to successfully purge all internal negativities for the sake of life and future. As Pluto’s wave works upon our planet evil in all forms will be forced into sight, unmasked, and left without recourse or retreat in the most unforgiving ways. As God remakes our world anew consider Pluto’s force to be a filter of sorts that bars entry for those who have hated Him and attacked His beloved planet and children.
Resonant Experience
Within Pluto’s domain is found a great polar spectrum of life experience. These experiences can range from hellish to divine dependent upon where our own vibration interfaces with Pluto’s spectrum. One can gauge their spiritual standing through the nature of their Pluto experiences. Am I gravitating toward pain or promise, nightmares or dreams, poverty or prosperity, hate or love? Am I transcending obstacles in life or descending into them? Regardless of our place in the world the incentive is infinite to transform ourselves internally so that our external lives transform the same. It is a profound mystical truth that who we are and what we carry within determines the life we experience without. This is why through alchemy we can find God within and live a divine life without. He has left the keys to His kingdom inside each of us. What a blessing and journey in one!
Laser Focus
It is vital that we purge all things which afflict us in negative ways throughout this retrograde phase. In particular we should bring focus to fear, mental disturbances, physical disease, corruptions of character, forms of psychosis, abusive relationships, nutritional deficiencies, ego-based personality disorders, traumatic memories, environmental stressors, emotional extremism, neuro-chemical imbalances, addictions, obsessions, degradation to our energy bodies, and in extreme cases, demonic influence or possession. Without the release of these things one will walk crippled into an environment where we are to flourish as a race and planet in the most liberating, astonishing, and joyous of ways. Why carry such things through life and why waste time living impaired or in anguish? With laser-like intensity we should all focus on the core issues which plague our lives as the cosmic time for it has come.
Purity
The highest measure of Pluto is purity, within and without. When one strives to this standard their lives begin to take on divine qualities. The greatest blessings are reserved for those who strive toward Pluto. By aligning our lives toward purity we can qualify to receive a cornucopia of the most sacred types of healing and blessing imaginable, some so divine that they must be held in total secrecy. Here are some practical methods one can use to begin their journey into purity: adopting a vegan diet, conducting oneself virtuously, and filtering out forms of darkness like drugs, nutritional or environmental toxins, corrupted writing, media, or music, corporate or government propaganda, negative thoughts and emotions, destructive ideologies, non-loving sex, hateful speech, and low-vibrational people or social settings. We can also purify ourselves metaphysically through the use of certain crystals, gemstones, and minerals. I endorse kunzite, charoite, and herkimer diamond to be used in combination throughout Pluto’s retrograde to quicken the release internalized negativity – and more. They are a sublime trio.
Death and Rebirth
Death and re-birth are governed by Pluto’s cycle in the Zodiac. We can all expect certain aspects of our lives to become destroyed so that new and profound aspects may emerge. We should not fear this destruction or any metaphorical deaths that transpire because these experiences can serve our highest spiritual purposes and enable incredibly positive transformations to happen. Although the process can be extremely intense the results far exceed any temporal price. As Pluto regresses in Capricorn there will be secret enrichments blessed to the most dedicated servants of God that will enable them to heal, transform, empower, and influence in the most impressive ways. New authorities will also be granted. The world is in need of healing because the devil’s wrath has been great. Those who find themselves in positions of strength are expected to serve those in need of strength. Evil is real and it wanes beneath Pluto’s retrograde so fear nothing that Babylon mounts that attempts to distort the truth of their permanent and terminal decline.
Archetypal Implosion
The term “archetype” refers to a cosmic pattern that expresses itself through the Earth plane. As Pluto retrogrades in Capricorn those who contain these archetypes and who are of a negative vibration will experience forms of implosion and disintegration. Observe in the world as the following archetypal patterns implode throughout Pluto’s retrograde: the plutocrat, the tyrant, the rapist, the black magician, the warlord, the aristocrat, the propagandist, the statesman, certain high-ranking demons, and the devil himself. An example of someone who carries the negative Pluto in Capricorn archetype would be Bashar Al-Assad, the demonic, blood-stained president of Syria. Those of his class and peerage will experience the worst of Pluto throughout this year, and in some cases, survival is not part of their future. Many yet live oblivious to the wickedness which masks itself as honorable stewards of society. Watch as the masks of these serpents crumble causing a great effect of popular awakening from mass hypnosis. Expect the most divine and bewildering things to come as planets make aspect to Pluto. As the wise are enriched and strengthened in secret the divine agenda for the Earth will advance in stealth.
Divine Contributions
A new social order is rising as the old one falls. This process is as inevitable as sunrise. Pluto’s Gate
Once upon a time, in a vision, one of mine, I saw a spire so grand in height, crowned atop with golden light. This light at peak was God I know, it spoke to me where souls must go. The journey up was a spiraled one, the steps were lit by the glory of sun. Each loop around was one Earth year, a quick glance up and it became clear. Why You Should Switch to Cooking with Coconut Oil

Like extra virgin olive oil, coconut oil is a great oil to keep in your home. Not only is it a healthy oil to cook and bake with (perhaps even the healthiest), it is a worthwhile addition to a beauty regimen for men and women alike.
How Coconut Oil Is Made
Coconut oil is extracted from the kernel or the meat of the coconut, which is harvested from the coconut palm tree, Cocos nucifera. One way of extracting coconut oil for mass production is by pressing it out of copra, or dried kernel, via a method known as RBD, which stands for “refined, bleached and deodorized.” This method involves chemical solvents that result in a higher oil yield. It is quicker and cheaper to manufacture coconut oil this way, and the final product can be sold at a cheaper price. However, this method often leads to hydrogenation or partial hydrogenation of the oil and the presence of trans-fatty acids, as well as the removal of beneficial fatty acids.
Another way of extracting coconut oil from the copra is with the old extraction method of physical or mechanical refining. This method does not involve solvents or lead to hydrogenation and trans-fatty acids. The oil is still refined, but without the use of solvents and several stages of processing to render the end result. Furthermore, this older method of extraction leaves the coconut oil with its medium-chain fatty acids (MCFAs) intact. Both refining methods remove the coconut scent and flavor from the final product. Coconut oil extracted via the older method is often labeled “expeller pressed coconut oil.” The RBD coconut oil is labeled as simply “coconut oil.”
The Virgin Coconut Oil Difference
The third way of extracting coconut oil is from the fresh flesh. This coconut oil is known as “virgin coconut oil.” Don’t be confused, like I was, if you find extra virgin coconut oil at the market. Extra virgin coconut oil and virgin coconut oil are one-and-the-same. There currently are no industry standards that differentiate one from the other. The term “extra virgin” is borrowed from the olive oil industry.
The process for extracting virgin coconut oil requires very little heat and no solvents. This coconut oil is made from the first pressing of fresh coconut flesh, leaving the medium-chain fatty acids, nutrients, mild coconut flavor and smell intact. If you like the taste and smell of coconut oil, virgin (or extra virgin) coconut oil is worth selecting because it contains more nutrients and has more health benefits than refined coconut oil.
The Many Health Benefits of Coconut Oil
The health benefits of coconut oil run the gamut. One of the reasons you should cook or bake with coconut oil is that it has a high saturated fat content. You can use it to cook at high temperatures and even leave it at room temperature for months without it going rancid. It is an extremely stable oil. The medium-chain fatty acids present in coconut oil are a wonderful source of energy for the body. MCFAs help raise metabolism, which can help you maintain a healthy weight or even lead to weight loss when combined with exercise and a healthy diet.
What makes coconut oil so unique is that it contains at least 40% lauric acid, the major medium-chain fatty acid also found in human mother’s milk. Lauric acid is converted to monolaurin in the body and provides the body with antimicrobial, antibacterial and anti-protazoal benefits. That is one of the reasons why breast milk is the best source of food for infants and coconut oil is a great food for everyone else. It protects against viral, bacterial and protazoal infections.
Coconut oil has also been shown to help support thyroid health and potentially reduce the symptoms of hypothyroidism, such as fatigue, weight gain and water retention. This is because coconut oil does not oxidize in the body. Rather, it acts as an energy source, raises basal body temperature and does not require additional enzymes to help break it down since your body recognizes the fatty acids it contains. This allows the thyroid hormones T4 to convert to T3 more effectively.
As for digestion, people with IBS, Crohn’s disease or sensitive digestion find that they do well on coconut oil. This is because the MCFAs help the intestines absorb much needed nutrients. This improved nutrient absorption facilitates healing of the digestive system and the person.

The Bridge In Time

For months, I’ve felt the bridge in time, the elusive strands of energy between the Piscean and Aquarian Age. The turning between ages is like a wheel; the spokes turn and open in the space between ages, offering a dispensation of light. When we are between two ages, there is a great deal of light and less physical energy due to the oscillation between the two worlds. A Precession of Ages likely doubles or triples this gift of light.
Many of us felt disappointment when the energy shifted around the solstice. While “heaven on earth” did not miraculously appear, many of us felt the impetus of a new energy. No one could deny that the world is touched by change.
Personally, I perceived a significant increase in light and a substantial shift in the energy on the winter solstice. The earth is changing too. The fairytale beauty of blossoming pear and peach
trees lingers outdoors, in ridiculous cold, accompanied by flowers that shouldn’t bloom for months. Some days they are covered in ice but continue their blooming without a pause.
Perhaps, we’re a bit like the flowers. We move forward with self-expression and the sharing of light, then backwards with the return of winter and dormancy, like an intricate dance. Sometimes, the beautiful energy fills us with joy and spontaneous direction. Other times, it’s impossible to do anything besides rest. (I never thought my sofa would become so familiar.) It’s exhausting and exciting all at once.
Like my plants blossoming with their strange timing in the season, the energy seems to have an odd time warp quality. Some desires come into fruition by merely speaking them, and other desires take a tremendous amount of focus, arriving unexpectedly but months after the initial projection. A series of events can arrive full-blown in a single day, or it can take a long time for the beginning of movement with spaces between the necessary actions. Time appears to slow down and speed up in particular patterns during the day.
When talking with my gifted friends, we noted a few recent changes. Additional meditation, exercise and focus are needed to retain a calm nature. Our practices, which were natural and enjoyable, now come first with the change brought by the new energies. When it’s secondary, we find it more difficult when dealing with emotions or other people. Establishing a relationship with the universe can take more work.
We’ve also lost our ability of merging and remaining invisible in crowds. People look deeply in our eyes or bump into us with a clear desire to convey connection or hostility. Of course, becoming visible to others in everyday life is somewhat humorous. How did we expect to remain disguised, knowing that truth exposes everything during the time of the apocalypse?
Apocalypse means revelation of hidden truth, and it appears in governments, global finances, relationships, conversation and within the self. The act of becoming more intuitive makes our inner dialog, agenda and subconscious patterns become obvious to ourselves and others. The term “subconscious patterns” refers the repetition of emotions and events that evoke a lower response in life or physical reality. (As we clear our inner patterns, we actually clear many negative patterns in the outer world.) As we see the truth within ourselves, the truth must appear in the outer world.
Light composes the substance that we seek, but light also illuminates the darkness, bringing shadows to the surface. For seekers who’ve experienced the outpouring of light, the opening of the heart, we already know how light stirs the substance of our lives. It can cause tiredness, re-evaluating relationships, and changing jobs or careers.
Certainly, experiences with light open the heart and move us toward love, but the shift can feel baffling and confusing. While in the midst of group conscious awakening, we’re watching the reconfiguration of the world.
There’s turmoil in the outer world. It’s easy to feel the fear of the population at large or see lovely landscapes when connected into the heart. At this time, the universe supports change, but those – who understand positive energy – must direct it.
When we sit in deep connection with the light and see a better world for ourselves and others, we are creating it. Most of us understand that our light is important. We know that we’re here on a quest to learn more about co-creation and bring love into the world, a world with less duality and negativity. Every day, we learn more.
Here are a few tips:
Stay with the light. Reflect on the heart often. (In individual practice, meditation is used to listen to the heart. We learn to associate a rhythm, feeling and sensation with ideas associated with the pulse of the heart. We also make an effort in listening and acting on repetitive intuition, which is information linking us to the soul.)
- Understand how you co-create. Direct the force during the meditation.
- Conscious co-creation connects you with other people. It also teaches you about the thoughts and feelings used in creating your current reality. Observe it.
- The veil is thin. Many emotional feelings come from others, not the self. Practice detaching from the sea of mass consciousness by connecting to the light or focusing on happiness.
- Ask for a vision of your higher reality. Asking questions directs the heart toward truth.
- Project calm and peace whenever possible.
- With the alteration taking place in only 3 or 4 months, our bodies are not accustomed to the changing energies so we may feel tired or lack energy periodically. Rest when tired. Save projects for times of inspiration and power. (It slows down the process to push when tired.) Don’t use reserves of energy.
- If you have super-powers (and you know who you are), let go of the people who drain you. Use your gifts. The world needs you.
- Reflect on the beauty of this time and the inherent opportunity for mastery.
- Focus on the important practices, which give light and energy in abundance

As this Shift of Consciousness unfolds, there are many, many events that are being stripped from your consciousness and your memories. The first Wave* clears away beliefs in your past that have been projected into your future. These sets of beliefs say, “This is my truth. This is all I have ever been, and this is all I am ever going to be!”
In the third dimension, the past is experienced in the mental body and the emotional body. But in the fourth dimension the past is observed, not experienced. You don’t run your past through the emotional body. When you can stand in the fourth dimension present-time, right now- and decouple the emotion from the thought, you can simply perceive the past, “I was yelled at, abused, and insulted.” You can decouple the strong emotion that went along with it and simply observe that, “In my past, my father abused me; but I’m not in my past; I’m standing right here and I do not have to be the result of my past if I do not bring the painful emotion with me present-time.
The minute the emotion is coupled with the information or thought, you drop back into the third dimension and relive that painful past again in this moment. Your past can be viewed as simply two distinct components: a piece of information that once had an emotion attached to it. When you can separate the emotion from the thought (the information), the ability to perceive your past will change instantly. Everything that you have believed about how you’re “not Okay” begins to release its hold on you. You may have participated in events and you may have experienced outcomes that you didn’t desire; but you’ve never failed at any part of the lesson. It’s when you can separate the information from the emotion in this present-time moment that the old charged memories are cleared from your past. You are changing your past! That pain from the past that has been projected into your future is also being cleared at the same time. It is a very big deal how the Shift is taking away everything that is not you!
Now, that is why remembering and practicing your tools, skills and strategies is so important right now. One of the most important skills you can develop is the ability to determine what is your concern and what is simply Shakespeare’s theater surrounding you. The Rose tool, which I have referred to in webinars and articles, is designed to allow you to identify that space from the Rose to you is who you are; and from the Rose away from you is Shakespeare’s theater to entertain you. Incorporating this simple, significant tool into your daily life will allow you to instantly rearrange how you understand yourself: ” This is me here, and that is the theater that has nothing to do with me!”
As that point is determined, the first Wave has more room to dissolve who-you-are-not and clear it away. The second Wave will then begin to increase your wiring capacity; bringing in more Light, more knowledge, more wisdom, and more of you (the multidimensional part of you) into the body. The noise, the drama, and the past and future simply cease to happen. You begin to know yourself here, in this moment in the present time.
Another transformative tool is a geometric energy field. It’s called an octahedron. When you put the octahedron back together and wear it, what happens is that you begin to hold a consistent tone that is outside of the third dimensional reality’s grasp.
As you step into present-time and choose to look at your past simply as a combined emotion and thought- “I was yelled at by the Blue Shirt”–and recognize that the blue shirt you’re looking at in present time has nothing to do with the emotion once experienced, the event loses its charge and becomes neutralized, which in turn allows the emotion that you’ve been reliving over and over every day to dissolve from your present-time space. You are now more neutral and can ask a better question-e.g., “What else might have been going on in that past situation?” Instead of approaching all of life from a charged place, you will simply view it from a place of neutral curiosity.
Putting yourself back together
So why is it so important to begin to put yourself back together? In the third dimension we have been trained and conditioned to respond to what is outside of us. And, what’s outside of us directs much of our reality. Just take a look at advertising! Do you really need that seventh pair of shoes? And, “Oh, that’s so cute I think I”ll get another pair in green” etc.
In the externally motivated third dimension an interesting dynamic occurs. Let me use the example of hunger. You’re driving along, You’re not even aware of being hungry, and there is an ad for Sushi, Wendy’s, KFC, Soup n’Salad, whatever, and you find yourself saying: “I think I’ll go and get a meal.” You were not even hungry a moment ago, but the conditioning pulls you into that location! You were powerfully affected by the external world.
As the memories of the past fall away, and as the programmed thoughts of who you will be in the future dissolve, the conditioning is also falling away. Have you noticed that the dreams and desires, the hopes, goals and wishes that you once had don’t even feel important anymore? Also, you can’t even remember some of the things that you were told and believed would drive your life? That specific observation is very important! As you put yourself back together, the who-you-are-not dissolves and who-you-are begins to shine.
Boredom
As time is collapsing into a singular present moment, many people are getting bored. Bored as in “I don’t know what to do! I’m not sure who I am anymore. I don’t have anything that’s important to me. And I’m really not sure what to do with myself.” Do you know this place? As we forget who we are not, a conditioning is also being stripped away. And now, the reference points of the conditioning no longer exist! But we’re so conditioned on “Wendy’s = eat hamburger,” and “advertising = buy shoes”, that when those reference points go away, we don’t know what to do with ourselves. And this is a great thing that’s happening. You are surely stepping into a fourth dimensional place!
As you begin to play in the fourth dimension, (with diminishing reference points) you are (metaphorically) standing naked with nothing to do until you decide what you want to do. You are treading water until you choose to create an event. So, let me give you an example. I now no longer have an external stimuli to tell me I’m hungry, and I’m starting to actually feel hungry, but I don’t know what I want to eat. If you can switch this to: “I think I’d like to create something really wonderful to eat; I wonder what I would like to have?” If you begin to ask the right questions- Universe, what would be very interesting to eat? – you will begin to get some new ideas. Instead of the old conditioning, the Universe begins to give you what you put your attention on. All you have to do is pay attention in present-time and notice what is presented to you: mangoes, Japanese cucumbers, fresh spring peas. Notice what your asking brings to you. Boredom is a choice.
I know you have had the experience where you casually say something like, “Well, I wonder where I could get a delicious, Hawaiian salmon burger that is very juicy and on a tosated bun and has a big slice of tomato and very fresh lettuce and a thick red onion on it.” Then all of a sudden, a picture will appear in your mind accompanied by the thought: three weeks ago when I was at dinner with my best friend, and we were having a wonderful, laughing time, the waiter walked by with this really nice looking salmon-burger.” That sandwich will come right into your awareness because it’s part of your creative mechanism rather than your reactionary mechanism. This will begin to happen more often to all of us, because we are forgetting who-we-are-not, and we are being given an empty palette on which to re-create our selves on our own terms and according to our own desires.
Since many of us have not been trained well, nor given permission to validate and grow our creative nature, we are, in a sense being given back our childhood. We are being given back the opportunity to create. And the Shift is stripping away more and more. The anger, frustration, resentment, and the always-and-never aspects of the rigid third dimension are dissolving. As they are going away they are taking who-you-are-not with them.
As you begin to put yourself back together and re-access your Higher Mind, re-connect with your Soul, anchor it back into your Heart, and begin to activate the Light Body, you discover you can choose different and new options. You can choose co-creation and compassion; well-being and beauty. You begin to find the internal smile in the Heart that has been forgotten a long time ago, and you begin to create and co-create with your community of friends.
This is happening and it is going to continue. As you use your tools, and start putting yourself back together, you begin to experience yourself as being “in the world but not of the world.” As the wiring comes back together, the access to whom you have always been starts to lock into place, you not only remember whom you have always been; you also do not remember that you never remembered! You simply become once again what you have always been.
This is a remarkable game that we are playing in, and there is a tremendous acceleration as you put yourself back together! This is something that is not experienced very often by many beings! What you are doing is creating something that has never even been thought possible in the higher realms. And you are doing it at an accelerated rate. Superbly!
So even though you look in the mirror and say, “I don’t know what that guy was talking about” it IS an exciting adventure! As you put yourself back together, you’re going to be thrilled with what you find!

Hold On To Your Vision and Make it Your Reality
Hello My Friends,
A caller to my radio show told me the following story: she had survived a terrible earthquake in her native country, lost her husband in that quake, emigrated to the U.S. with her surviving child, and worked to put that child through college. Now she was trying to follow her dream of establishing a charitable organization to help disaster victims, but she was becoming discouraged because her vision wasn’t materializing as quickly as she’d hoped.
Could someone who had come so far through so much really afford to be discouraged?
I told her in no uncertain terms to hang on to her dream. Be willing to hold the vision!
All of us are here for a purpose; when you find that purpose, hold the vision regardless of what difficulties or obstacles may surface. Holding the vision involves an unwillingness to compromise what you’re visualizing. It means being willing to face setbacks and what appears to be an uncooperative universe.
Even if you’re not convinced that you can make something happen that has never happened before, try creating a vision of your authentic self, destined to do great things, enjoy fulfillment, happiness, and success, deserving of the best that life has to offer. When that happens, you’ll be a vibrational match to the Source of all, and this new receptivity will become your way of life. When anything crops up that’s inconsistent with this vision, take the advice of Lao-tzu: “In order to eliminate the negative influences, simply ignore them.” Such words are so simple, yet so profound.
Hold on to your vision and make it your reality.
