Destructive Effect of Roundup on Human DNA

Study: Roundup diluted by 99.8 percent still destroys human DNA

Thursday, February 23, 2012 by: Ethan A. Huff, staff writer, Natural News

Roundup(NaturalNews) A new study published in the journal Archives of Toxicology proves once again that there really is no safe level of exposure to Monsanto’s Roundup (glyphosate) herbicide formula for genetically-modified organisms (GMOs). According to the new findings, Roundup, which is applied by the tens of thousands of tons a year all around the world, is still toxic to human DNA even when diluted to a mere 0.02 percent of the dilution amount at which it is currently applied to GM food crops.Numerous studies have already identified the fact that Roundup causes DNA damage, not to mention endocrine disruption and cancer. But this new study, which originates out of the Medical University of Vienna, is one of the first to illustrate Roundup’s toxicity at such drastically diluted levels, which is a direct contradiction of the agri-giant’s talking points about the supposed safety of Roundup.

“Comparisons with results of earlier studies with lymphocytes and cells from internal organs indicate that epithelial cells are more susceptible to the cytotoxic effects and DNA-damaging properties of the herbicide and its formulation,” wrote the authors in their abstract.

“Since we found genotoxic (DNA damaging) effects after short exposure to concentrations that correspond to a 450-fold dilution of spraying used in agriculture, our findings indicate that inhalation may cause DNA damage in exposed individuals.”

Interestingly, it is not so much just the glyphosate ingredient in Roundup that is extremely poisonous, as much as it is this chemical’s amplified toxicity in the presence of other additives in the formula. Polyoxyethyleneamine, for instance, a surfactant that facilitates glyphosate’s absorption into cells, has been found to significantly increase Roundup’s synergistic toxicity in humans.

Despite Monsanto’s claims to the contrary, Roundup is clearly an exceptionally toxic chemical that has no legitimate place in agriculture. According to data compiled by GreenMedInfo.com, Roundup is linked to causing Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, imbalanced hormones in children, DNA damage, low testosterone, endocrine disruption, liver cancer, meningitis, infertility, skin cancer, kidney damage, and even uranium poisoning (http://www.greenmedinfo.com/toxic-ingredient/glyphosate).

Environmentally, Roundup is a pervasive threat to air, water, and particularly groundwater and drinking supplies, as studies have shown that it does not effectively biodegrade after being sprayed. Back in the fall, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) released data showing that air and water all across America’s “bread belt,” where much of our nation’s food is grown, is highly contaminated with glyphosate (http://www.naturalnews.com/033699_Roundup_pollution.html).

Every year, dozens of weird new stories and surprising scientific findings grab headlines across the world. From clouds that looked like Abraham Lincoln to doomsday predictions to research on the psychological roots of alien abductions, 2011 didn’t disappoint. Here, a sampling of the weirdest stories of the year:

Eagle-eyed users of Google Maps spotted several giant, mysterious structures laid out throughout China. Mystery solved: They’re calibration targets for spy satellites.

A YouTube enthusiast spotted a planet-size UFO near Mercury; that one turned out to be an imaging artifact.

Yeti researchers claimed they found “indisputable proof” of the mysterious beast in Russia. Months later, a supposed yeti finger was subjected to DNA analysis and found to be of human origin.

A coroner in Ireland declared a man died of spontaneous human combustion. Meanwhile, a crematorium in England unveiled its plans to convert heat from burning corpses into electricity. Perhaps alarmed by this, a 50-year-old “dead” man woke up after 24 hours in a morgue.

For unknown reasons, 2011 saw a rash of reports of Serbian children who were, supposedly, magnetic.

Lots of funny stuff was spotted in the skies. A swarm of insects in Iowa formed what’s known as a “bugnado,” and clouds in Canada closely resembled Abraham Lincoln’s profile.

A scientist in California conducted several studies that suggest alien abductions and visions of angels are, in fact, very vivid dreams.

Howard Camping, a radio evangelist, predicted, twice, that the world would come to an end in 2011. A spokesperson for Camping says he plans to make no doomsday predictions for 2012.

Dozens of bizarre Guinness World Records standards were set in 2011, but this one got the most double takes: The world’s largest bra was unveiled in London. It was size 1222B. Oh, and the world’s hairiest girl was crowned.

Scientists reported that, if you’ve lost your TV remote, there’s a 49 percent chance it’s wedged in between your couch cushions.

Fans celebrating a touchdown by Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch created a mini-earthquake.

Early in the year, art historians suggested that the woman portrayed in da Vinci’s “Mona Lisa” might actually have been a dude. Mysteries abound about the most famous painting in the world, including the new claim that there are secret codes painted in her eyes.

Plenty of weird happenings also took place in the ocean.  A surfer was spotted riding a great white shark, a sea monster washed up along New York City’s East River, and oceanographers discovered a “flying saucer” that crashed in the ocean.

And finally – disgustingly – racehorse owners in New Zealand were given permission to sell stallion semen as an energy drink. Drinking it will give you “as much zizz as a stallion for a week afterwards,” one vendor claimed.

What Governments Don’t Want You To Know -The Source Field Investigations

By David Wilcock

What is consciousness?

Dr. William Braud is one of a variety of scientists who have performed rigorous, laboratory-controlled studies proving that mind-to-mind communication is very real, and repeatable in a science lab. Participants were able to induce measurable changes in the electrical conductivity of another person’s skin at a distance without their conscious awareness.

Many of these experiments were done in rooms shielded from all electromagnetic signals — proving this phenomenon cannot be explained by any known energy waves in the conventional spectrum.

By 1929, over 148 different cases of “multiples” had been documented in science — where multiple scientists independently make the same breakthroughs at the same time. This included calculus, the theory of evolution, color photography, thermometers, telescopes, typewriters and steamboats.

There is wonderful, abundant proof that “extrasensory perception” is a natural gift we all possess — but these groundbreaking studies have received very little publicity. Could the basic energy of the Cosmos be conscious in some way?

Is DNA an energy wave that assembles life?

In 2011, Nobel laureate Luc Montagnier demonstrated “DNA teleportation,” where ordinary water molecules in a sealed test tube assembled into DNA. A tube with ordinary water was placed next to another tube that had water with trace amounts of DNA in it. Both tubes were electrified with a weak 7Hz current. Some of the hydrogen and oxygen molecules in the tube with pure, sterile water transformed into DNA — by a process still unknown to Western science.

Sir Edmund Hoyle, the co-discoverer of the DNA molecule, and Chandra Wickramasinghe noticed that 99 percent of all the dust in the galaxy had peculiar optical properties. The only material that could create these effects in the laboratory was freeze-dried bacteria. In 1980, Sir Hoyle said, “I suspect that the cosmic quality of microbiology will seem as obvious to future generations as the Sun being the centre of or our solar system seems obvious to the present generation.”

Can DNA be energetically transformed from one species to another?

The agricultural corporation Ciba-Geigy discovered they could transform existing plant seeds into extinct varieties — simply by zapping them with a weak electrostatic current. This generated stronger and faster-growing wheat, extinct fern species and tulips with thorns.

Italian scientist Pier Luigi Ighina energetically transformed a living apricot tree into an apple tree, actually causing the fruits on the branches to metamorphosize in 16 days. He also zapped a rat with DNA-wave information from a cat, causing the rat to grow a cat-like tail in four days.
Korean scientist Dr. Dzang Kangeng got patent #N1828665 for a device that used microwaves to transfer the DNA-wave information of a duck into a pregnant mother hen. Roughly 80 percent of her eggs hatched as half-duck, half-chicken hybrids.

Dr. Peter Gariaev zapped salamander eggs with a low-level laser and redirected the beam into frog eggs. The frog eggs experienced a complete metamorphosis, and grew into healthy adult salamanders.

Is there intelligent human life throughout the galaxy?

Human life could be a galactic or even universal template — potentially appearing on every habitable, watery planet in the galaxy thanks to the quantum properties of DNA.

The majority of ancient cultures, worldwide, reported interactions with human-looking “gods” or “angels” that gave them powerful assistance — including agriculture, animal husbandry, spoken and written language, construction techniques, mathematics and science, as well as spiritual teachings of morality, ethics and becoming a more loving person.

Highly unusual human skulls have been found around the world, including a series discovered in Boskop, South Africa whose brain capacity is twice that of normal humans — with large heads and small, childlike faces. They were given highly honorable burials — as Discover Magazine revealed in 2009. Bizarre elongated skulls have also been discovered in Peru, Bolivia, Russia and elsewhere- – closely matching the appearance of early Egyptian pharaohs — and some of them are still on display in museums.

Is evolution being driven by waves of energy in the galaxy?

Drs. David Raup and James Sepkoski discovered a 26-million-year cycle in the evolution of life on Earth after creating the most exhaustive fossil catalog ever assembled. Fearing embarrassment, they worked harder to try to eliminate the pattern — but it only became stronger and clearer as they did more research.

Recently, Drs. Robert Muller and Robert Rohde discovered a 62-million-year cycle within the same data, going back to the dawn of complex fossil life on Earth. These cyclical events may be triggered by galactic energy waves.

Dr. William Tifft discovered concentric bands of microwave energies within galaxies that slowly expand away from their centers. Dr. Harold Aspden’s unique physics equations suggest these separate, distinct microwave regions may possess different properties on a quantum level.

Life appears to be a natural law — an “emergent phenomenon” within quantum mechanics that appears wherever and however it can, and is periodically reprogrammed by energetic forces that can be reproduced in a laboratory.

Are there vortex points and energy lines on earth?

In the early 1900s, Sir Alfred Watkins discovered that many different sacred sites in England, from the Stone Age right through to modern abbeys and cathedrals, were built upon straight paths he called “ley lines.”

Ivan T. Sanderson rigorously charted where all the ships and planes were disappearing on Earth, and found ten different “vortex points” – -including the Bermuda Triangle. Strangely, these points were equidistant — and by adding the north and south poles as well, Russian scientists then found the points assembled into a geometric pattern. NASA / NOAA scientists Drs. Hanshou Liu and Athelstan Spilhaus independently discovered this same geometric pattern in the structure of undersea volcanic ridges and mountain ranges worldwide.

Goncharov, Morozov and Makarov did a massive, worldwide survey of ancient sites – compiling some 3,300 different locations in total, including Watkins’ sites — and found that every single one of them was built on this Grid. But why?

Why were the pyramids built?

The Great Pyramid was originally covered with mirror-polished white limestone, causing it to look like a perfect, gleaming marble sculpture — and Col. Howard-Vyse discovered surviving casing stones in the 1800s. There are many unsolved mysteries regarding the extreme precision of the GP’s construction — which vastly exceeds the technical capabilities of today.

Pyramids appear all over the Earth – about 130 in Egypt, roughly 300 in Mesoamerica, over 100 in the Xian province of China, at least one strong contender in Bosnia, and 1776 cone-shaped pyramid mounds on the tiny island of Bohol in the Philippines — among others.

Russian scientist Dr. Alexander Golod began building pyramids out of PVC pipes and fiberglass sheets in 1990. Stunning experiments were conducted in them by mainstream Russian scientific institutions, showing profound healing effects on biological life as well as the earth’s climate — but they could not find any academic journal that would publish their results.

Can we dematerialize and teleport physical matter?

Einstein proposed that as an object approaches light speed, it gets more and more massive – ultimately reaching infinite mass. Dr. Vladimir Ginzburg discovered that this same Einstein equation could be inverted — turned upside-down — causing an object to lose mass and dematerialize as it reaches the speed of light. No other laws of physics are violated by inverting this equation.

Protons, neutrons, electrons, atoms and clusters of atoms have all been observed to pop into a “wave” state, losing any solid identity as particles. This may be happening every time their internal quantum movement slightly exceeds the speed of light — which is not currently believed possible.

Russian scientist Dr. Nikolai Kozyrev discovered that by simply dropping a solid object on a hard floor, its weight decreased for about 20 minutes. Ancient stonemasons may have been able to energize stone so it can lift easily — and be soft enough to mold like moist clay.

Is time travel really possible?

The Wheeler-DeWitt equation reveals that quantum physics does not require time to be linear – in fact it cannot be linear in the absolute sense. Einstein proved that as we move through space,

we also move through time — meaning that by accelerating to near-light speed, we could move through hundreds of Earth years in just a few minutes. Physicist Dewey Larson was able to unify quantum mechanics and astrophysics by postulating a “Time Region”, or time-space — a parallel reality in which time as we know it becomes three-dimensional. By simply moving through space in this parallel reality, we actually travel in time.

When you speed up an atom so its internal movement is faster than the speed of light, it may be moving into time-space. If it then moves to a new location in the parallel reality before returning, it will not only have teleported — it will have traveled through time.

Is the pineal gland a working third eye- and psychic center?

Human beings may be a Galactic design – and once we reach a certain level of evolution, we may be able to “walk between worlds” and exist in our own “local” reality as well as the parallel reality of time-space. This would make it possible to achieve feats such as teleportation and time travel without any technology.

The key to these fantastic abilities may be the pineal gland. Many ancient traditions incorporated pineal-gland-shaped symbols, and some mystery school teachings said this was the center of all psychic perception. Modern science reveals the pineal gland is lined with retina-like tissue on the inside that is then wired into the brain by a “phototransduction cascade” — just like the two conventional eyes in the body.

Floating crystals inside the pineal gland may be picking up and releasing photons from time-space, causing the person to see fleeting visions normally written off as daydreaming or imagination.

The looking glass- a reverse-engineering of the pineal gland?

Several different people who claim to have been employed by government defense contractors, and proved their bonafides, have independently stated that Project Looking Glass is essentially a reverse-engineered pineal gland, but on a much larger scale.

Three rings rotate around a barrel of water — shielding it off from conventional electromagnetic signals. Photons begin coming through the water, showing images from wherever the person operating the device is imagining themselves to be – not only in space but in time.

Such a device could give an incredible advantage in steering elections, financial markets and potential future events. Most interestingly, those who have used the Looking Glass device to allegedly see into the future have reported that nothing is visible at the end of the year 2012 — the images merge into white light. Anything viewed after this “time nexus” seems to be the product of the imagination of the viewer and little else.

Golden Age prophesies

According to prominent historians Santillana and von Dechend, dozens of different ancient mythologies, worldwide, were ‘encoded’ with information about a 25,920-year cycle in the Earth’s axis — likely by the ancient human ‘Gods’ who visited them. The analogy of a mill for grinding grain was often used, apparently to symbolize the Earth’s axis. In many myths the axis of the mill breaks, causing major earth changes — but a Golden Age results.

Western religious beliefs of an apocalypse can all be traced back to far more ancient texts that inspired them. Historians Boyce and Grenet argue that the purest surviving remnants of these texts are the Zoroastrian scriptures. These texts say Earth will not be destroyed as we move through this process.

Evil is gradually worn down and defeated by the efforts of the just, and time itself will change in a fundamental way — creating Fraso-Kererti, the dawning of the Golden Age.

Disclosure

Symbols, paintings and written text, placed prominently on American currency and in the US Capitol, clearly predict that the ancient human ‘Gods’ return at the end of the 25,920-year cycle. Humanity itself goes through a profound transformation, becoming like the ‘Gods’ themselves. David Wilcock’s The Source Filed Investigations video features a detailed analysis of this data.

A whistle-blower using the pseudonym “Mr. X” publicly revealed, in a Project Camelot video interview, that he got a job sorting highly classified government documents — thanks to his security clearance. Some of these documents, dating all the way back to the 1950s, reported interactions with extraterrestrials who told the American government they could say and do whatever they wanted, and hide the truth, up until the end of the year 2012. After this time, humanity on Earth will be reunited with our cosmic relatives — as part of a natural evolutionary process we all experience together.

Ancient prophecies foretold a coming Golden Age in our very near future – and the U.S. government may well have encoded these predictions into a variety of mysterious symbols. Antigravity, teleportation, time travel, energetic DNA evolution and consciousness transformation could create a world few of us ever even dreamed of.

Space, time, matter, energy and biological life may be the result of a Source Filed that is conscious and alive in its own unique way – on a scale far too vast for the finite mind to fathom. Over 1000 different references, predominantly from mainstream scientists, make the case.

Cloning Mammoths

Mammoth cloning project given boost by bone marrrow find

05 December 11

After a well preserved mammoth thigh bone was found in Siberia this summer, a joint research group from Japan and Russia has made plans to start cloning the long-extinct mammal from next year, Japan’s Kyodo News has reported.

The gigantic leg bone was discovered in permafrost soil in Siberia this August.Kyodo News‘ report suggests that climate change has led to frozen ground in eastern Russia thawing out, potentially heralding a coming boom in mammoth discoveries.

The thigh bone is special because it contains bone marrow that has been preserved in the ice. The nuclei of the marrow cells could potentially be extracted and put inside egg cells from an elephant — which are close genetic cousins of the mammoth — to create embryos with mammoth DNA.

The researchers — from the Sakha Republic’s mammoth museum and Japan’s Kinki University — would then plant the embryos into elephant wombs and then deliver a baby mammoth.

The iconic woolly mammoth, which went extinct some five to ten thousand years ago, has been a candidate for cloning for many years and researchers have worked tirelessly to find DNA that’s preserved well-enough to clone.

The complete body of a one-month-old female woolly mammoth calf was discovered in 2007, and seemed promising. However, Alexei Tikhonov, deputy director of the Russian Academy of Science’s Zoological Institute dismissed suggestions that the mammoth could be cloned and used to breed a live mammoth.

If this joint Japanese and Russian team is successful, it won’t be the first time that an extinct animal has been resurrected by cloning. In January 2009, the recently extinct Pyrenean ibex was brought back to life. DNA from the ibex’s skin samples were used to replace genetic material in eggs from domestic goats. Sadly, the newborn cloned ibex died within minutes of its birth due to breathing difficulties

Reprogramming DNA w/Words & Frequencies

Scientists Prove DNA Can Be Reprogrammed by Words and Frequencies

dna-model-4    By Grazyna Fosar and Franz Bludorf

THE HUMAN DNA IS A BIOLOGICAL INTERNET and superior in many aspects to the artificial one. Russian scientific research directly or indirectly explains phenomena such as clairvoyance, intuition, spontaneous and remote acts of healing, self healing, affirmation techniques, unusual light/auras around people (namely spiritual masters), mind’s influence on weather patterns and much more. In addition, there is evidence for a whole new type of medicine in which DNA can be influenced and reprogrammed by words and frequencies WITHOUT cutting out and replacing single genes.

http://2012indyinfo.com/2011/10/12/scientist-prove-dna-can-be-reprogrammed-by-words-and-frequencies

[This proof of the EVOLUTION OF OUR MIND, BODY and SPIRIT- AS of NewRealities…]

Only 10% of our DNA is being used for building proteins. It is this subset of DNA that is of interest to western researchers and is being examined and categorized. The other 90% are considered “junk DNA.” The Russian researchers, however, convinced that nature was not dumb, joined linguists and geneticists in a venture to explore those 90% of “junk DNA.” Their results, findings and conclusions are simply revolutionary! According to them, our DNA is not only responsible for the construction of our body but also serves as data storage and in communication. The Russian linguists found that the genetic code, especially in the apparently useless 90%, follows the same rules as all our human languages. To this end they compared the rules of syntax (the way in which words are put together to form phrases and sentences), semantics (the study of meaning in language forms) and the basic rules of grammar. They found that the alkalines of our DNA follow a regular grammar and do have set rules just like our languages. So human languages did not appear coincidentally but are a reflection of our inherent DNA.

The Russian biophysicist and molecular biologist Pjotr Garjajev and his colleagues also explored the vibrational behavior of the DNA. [For the sake of brevity I will give only a summary here. For further exploration please refer to the appendix at the end of this article.] The bottom line was: “Living chromosomes function just like solitonic/ holographic computers using the endogenous DNA laser radiation.” This means that they managed for example to modulate certain frequency patterns onto a laser ray and with it influenced the DNA frequency and thus the genetic information itself. Since the basic structure of DNA-alkaline pairs and of language (as explained earlier) are of the same structure, no DNA decoding is necessary.

One can simply use words and sentences of the human language! This, too, was experimentally proven! Living DNA substance (in living tissue, not in vitro) will always react to language-modulated laser rays and even to radio waves, if the proper frequencies are being used.

This finally and scientifically explains why affirmations, autogenous training, hypnosis and the like can have such strong effects on humans and their bodies. It is entirely normal and natural for our DNA to react to language. While western researchers cut single genes from the DNA strands and insert them elsewhere, the Russians enthusiastically worked on devices that can influence the cellular metabolism through suitable modulated radio and light frequencies and thus repair genetic defects.

Garjajev’s research group succeeded in proving that with this method chromosomes damaged by x-rays for example can be repaired. They even captured information patterns of a particular DNA and transmitted it onto another, thus reprogramming cells to another genome. ?So they successfully transformed, for example, frog embryos to salamander embryos simply by transmitting the DNA information patterns! This way the entire information was transmitted without any of the side effects or disharmonies encountered when cutting out and re-introducing single genes from the DNA. This represents an unbelievable, world-transforming revolution and sensation! All this by simply applying vibration and language instead of the archaic cutting-out procedure! This experiment points to the immense power of wave genetics, which obviously has a greater influence on the formation of organisms than the biochemical processes of alkaline sequences.

Esoteric and spiritual teachers have known for ages that our body is programmable by language, words and thought. This has now been scientifically proven and explained. Of course the frequency has to be correct. And this is why not everybody is equally successful or can do it with always the same strength. The individual person must work on the inner processes and maturity in order to establish a conscious communication with the DNA. The Russian researchers work on a method that is not dependent on these factors but will ALWAYS work, provided one uses the correct frequency.

But the higher developed an individual’s consciousness is, the less need is there for any type of device! One can achieve these results by oneself, and science will finally stop to laugh at such ideas and will confirm and explain the results. And it doesn’t end there.?The Russian scientists also found out that our DNA can cause disturbing patterns in the vacuum, thus producing magnetized wormholes! Wormholes are the microscopic equivalents of the so-called Einstein-Rosen bridges in the vicinity of black holes (left by burned-out stars).? These are tunnel connections between entirely different areas in the universe through which information can be transmitted outside of space and time. The DNA attracts these bits of information and passes them on to our consciousness. This process of hyper communication is most effective in a state of relaxation. Stress, worries or a hyperactive intellect prevent successful hyper communication or the information will be totally distorted and useless.

11.11.11.11.11

Sarah-Jane Grace
a message from Sarah-Jane Grace
Friday, 11 November, 2011

The 11th minute of the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of the 11th year of the 21st century. How often can we have a moment like this is our lifetimes?!

There is a great deal of focus and energy being placed on this moment in time; a great deal of hope and expectation. What does it represent? What does it mean? There are lots of theories and ideas bubbling around the globe, from portals opening to a shift in DNA. In essence though, perhaps the most significant focus of this day is to simply bring together like minded souls who collectively share a vision of hope, healing, love and evolution.

The more people that come together and unify, the more we can truly understand the nature of all of the cosmic shifts, twists and turns that we have witnessed and will continue to witness. Unity is one-ness, the Uni-verse is one-ness and the more we connect to, and live, this one-ness, the more we realise just how magnificent we truly are.

The nature of being human sees us define ourselves by the sum of our past; what happened before shapes us, moulds us and makes us whom we are today. We look back to spiritual knowledge and to the wisdom of the past to give the present (and the future) meaning and purpose; we seek a full awakening from our seemingly long dark nights of the soul.

Yet, can the past truly shape and define us? Have we not reached a point in our evolution where we need to define ourselves by the present moment? Can we always find an answer from the past? In some ways, of course we can, but if we are truly evolving now surely we need to stop looking backwards and start looking forwards!

In essence, it seems to be a time to stop seeking meaning from the outside world and to go within in order to find the answers and solutions to our lives. We may not have ‘all the answers’, but no one has, not on this earth. Yet, if we are to grow and evolve, isn’t a part of that making ‘mistakes’ and learning from them? Like a baby finding its feet; it will fall and bump, but after each fall comes not only a determination to try again but an evolving learning process to make the next attempt a step closer to its goal.

We are being re-born now, and it is time to have trust and faith in our own abilities to learn and to find our own ways forwards. This is not about isolation, but it is defining ourselves from within not without. Groups are a powerful way to manifest change and transformation, healing and love, but in order to find Truth, we need to go within our Selves and not define ourselves through the collective.

11.11.11.11.11 is a special moment, perhaps mainly because we decide it will be. This may sound twee or a little light-hearted, but it is not. At the end of the day, it is our intent that is the most important gift that we have. Intent and personal power are our guiding lights and are the forces in our lives that can transform, destroy and create. Imagine what we can do personally and collectively if we believe that we can. If we can make 11.11.11.11.11 special, then we can do anything!

Portals may open and our DNA may change, but perhaps the most significant things we can embrace is unity, self-awareness and the power of intent, for once we have these, then life can be truly wonderful…

Cracking the Genome of the Black Death

Scientists crack Black Death’s genetic code

By Kate KellandPosted 2011/10/12 at 2:23 pm EDT

LONDON, Oct. 12, 2011 (Reuters) — Scientists have mapped out the entire genetic map of the Black Death, a 14th century bubonic plague that killed 50 million Europeans in one of the most devastating epidemics in history.

The work, which involved extracting and purifying DNA from the remains of Black death victims buried in London’s “plague pits,” is the first time scientists have been able to draft a reconstructed genome of any ancient pathogen.

Their result — a full draft of the entire Black Death genome — should allow researchers to track changes in the disease’s evolution and virulence, and lead to better understanding of modern-day infectious diseases.

Building on previous research which showed that a specific variant of the Yersinia pestis (Y. pestis) bacterium was responsible for the plague that ravaged Europe between 1347 and 1351, a team of German, Canadian and American scientists went on to “capture” and sequence the entire genome of the disease.

“The genomic data show that this bacterial strain, or variant, is the ancestor of all modern plagues we have today worldwide. Every outbreak across the globe today stems from a descendant of the medieval plague,” said Hendrik Poinar, of Canada’s McMaster University, who worked with the team.

“With a better understanding of the evolution of this deadly pathogen, we are entering a new era of research into infectious disease.”

Major technical advances in DNA recovery and sequencing have dramatically expanded the scope of genetic analysis of ancient specimens, opening up new ways of trying to understand emerging and re-emerging infections.

Experts say the direct descendants of the same bubonic plague still exist today, killing around 2,000 people a year.

A virulent strain of E. coli bacteria which caused a deadly outbreak of infections in Germany and France earlier this year was also found to contain DNA sequences from plague bacteria.

Reprogramming DNA

Wormholes in Our DNA

dna.jpgRussian biophysist, Pjotr Garjajav, and his research group have been investigating the scientific basis for phenomena such as clairvoyance, spontaneous acts of healing, the success of affirmations, auras, and the potential of groups of people to influence weather patterns through their intention. Now, this research has revealed that DNA can be reprogrammed by words and frequencies— opening up a whole new arena in medicine.

As we know, 90% of DNA has classified as “junk DNA.” The Russian scientists joined linguists to explore this so-called “extraneous” DNA and found that the genetic code “follows the same rules as all our human languages”–indicating that human languages are actually a reflection of our DNA.

Through exploring the vibrational behavior of the DNA, Russian scientists were able to use certain frequency patterns to alter the genetic information itself. Even more astounding, the experiment proved that one can use words and sentences to influence DNA. This explains scientifically how the body can be programmed by language, words and thought– finally lending credence to the use of affirmations and hypnosis.

The scientists also proved that using frequency can repair chromosomes damaged by x-rays and actually reprogram DNA. By applying vibration to the DNA information patterns, they successfully transformed frog embryos to salamander embryos.

Equally exciting is the news that the scientists found out that our DNA can produce magnetized wormholes– “tunnel connections between entirely different areas in the universe through which information can be transmitted outside of space and time. The DNA attracts these bits of information and passes them on to our consciousness.” This lays the groundwork for proving hyper communication or psychic phenomena, and understanding where that information comes from.

DNA is like a superconductor that can store light and thus, information. Wormholes are normally highly unstable and maintained only for fractions of seconds. But under certain conditions, stable wormholes can organize themselves into vacuum domains where gravity can transform into electricity. Vacuum domains are “self-radiant balls of ionized gas that contain considerable amounts of energy.” They have been seen in the sky, oftentimes mistaken for UFOs. The Russians have discovered that these balls of light can be guided by thought. These vacuum domains can also be produced in our brains. This explains the halos around spiritual teachers and light effects appearing on photographs, especially involving healing work. These phenomena have to do with wormholes and hyper communication– with energies from outside our time/space structure.
In the past, earlier generations that had such experiences with hyper communication and visible vacuum domains spoke of angels. We still do not know what forms of consciousness we have access to when using hyper communication. But this research is bringing us closer to understanding the infinitely complex nature of our reality.

Ghost DNA

By Clay DillowPosted 01.13.2011 at 2:00 pm26 Comments

DNA Teleportation Nobel Prize winner Luc Montagnier describes a phenomenon in which DNA emits electromagnetic signals of its own construction, “ghost DNA” that can be mistaken by enzymes as the real deal and replicated in another place. Essentially, it’s DNA teleportation. Montagnier, et al.

A Nobel prize winning scientist who shared the 2008 prize for medicine for his role in establishing the link between HIV and AIDS has stirred up a good deal of both interest and skepticism with his latest experimental results, which more or less show that DNA can teleport itself to distant cells via electromagnetic signals. If his results prove correct, they would shake up the foundations upon which modern chemistry rests. But plenty of Montagnier’s peers are far from convinced.

The full details of Montagnier’s experiments are not yet known, as his paper has not yet been accepted for publication. But he and his research partners have made a summary of his findings available. Essentially, they took two test tubes – one containing a fragment of DNA about 100 bases long, another containing pure water – and isolated them in a chamber that muted the earth’s natural electromagnetic field to keep it from muddying the results. The test tubes were housed within a copper coil emanating a weak electromagnetic field.

Montagnier and his team say this suggests DNA emits its own electromagnetic signals that imprint the DNA’s structure on other molecules (like water). Ostensibly this means DNA can project itself from one cell to the next, where copies could be made – something like quantum teleportation of genetic material, a notion that is spooky on multiple levels.

Naturally, there is plenty of skepticism to go around regarding these findings, ranging from outright dismissal to measured doubt. Indeed, it’s a pretty radical notion: DNA replicating itself through “ghost imprints” rather than the usual cellular processes. More details will emerge when the paper is published in a peer-reviewed journal, as it is likely to be. The findings will then have to be repeated in multiple independent studies to be considered valid, something that will take some time. In the meantime, expect these findings to draw equal parts intrigue and skeptical scrutiny.

Science and Spirituality Can Transform Our World .. Together

For hundreds of years, science has illuminated the mysteries of our universe, allowing us to conquer diseases, manipulate genomes, visit other planets and explore the wonders of space and time. But as a result of these profound and inarguable successes, science has also become the de facto cultural filter through which our broader societal norms, behaviors and institutions have developed and evolved. Newtonian physics established a physical reality composed of discrete and separate objects, operating according to predictable laws of time and space — the universe as a giant billiard table. And Darwinian evolution established the biological world as a tooth-and-claw realm of scarcity, competition and “survival of the fittest.” The end conclusions of this centuries-old scientific story is that we are accidents of the cosmos, living on a lonely planet in the cold depths of space, vying for limited resources in a frequently violent and tumultuous competition for supremacy. The implicit notion that we are walking husks for “selfish genes” pervades everything, from our economic and business institutions to our day-to-day interactions.

But an increasing number of scientific, philosophical and spiritual thinkers are arriving at the conclusion that this mechanistic take on the human story is fundamentally incomplete. Darwinian narratives of “survival of the fittest,” and mechanistic Newtonian physics are increasingly being seen as elements of a far greater and richer tapestry. Quantum entanglement, or Einstein’s “spooky action at a distance,” demonstrates that our universe is interconnected in ways we might never have imagined, down to the most basic particle level. And the discovery of “mirror neurons”in humans and other primates demonstrates that simply seeing something happen to another creature lights up the same neurons as if it were happening to us. In a very real sense, we don’t entirely distinguish between “the self” and others. And this is particularly true when witnessing suffering. Compassion and empathy seem to be hard-wired into us.

While inter-species and intra-species competition is an inarguable biological fact, we are discovering compelling new examples of connection, cooperation and community. In reality, we may have even misinterpreted Darwin. In his “The Descent of Man,”published in 1871, Darwin only mentions the phrase “survival of the fittest” twice, while he mentions the word “love” 95 times. Dig beneath the surface of the natural world, and a tooth-and-claw narrative is clearly not the only one to be found. Bonobo apes, with which humans share more than 98 percent of their DNA, live in highly cooperative societies based on matriarchal structures. These and other recent scientific discoveries may prove pivotal in creating newer and more accurate cultural narratives. The Human Genome Project has revealed amazing commonalities among all living organisms, and the project has also found that there is greater genetic variability within a given race than between them. In short, in spite of superficial appearances, we are far more alike, at a fundamental genetic level, than we are different.

Even so, we retain hard-wiring from a primitive past that was directed toward survival-based judgments and assessments of others. Studies find that this programming leaves us constantly primed to gauge others as “in-group” or “out-group,” based upon such criteria as race, gender, age and perceived cultural and socio-economic status — and that such analyses occur within milliseconds. This tribalism can be surprisingly fluid and dynamic. In one study, teen boys were exposed to the art of either Kandinsky or Klee. Even though the boys were previously unfamiliar with either and had been randomly assigned to view the works of only one artist, the Kandinsky “gang” quickly showed a greater willingness to loan money to other Kandinsky in-group members. And the same proved true of the experimental Klee “gang.”

Because such tribal-bonding is so dynamic and shifting, however, it is also highly malleable. Once recognized and understood, this hard-wiring can be consciously subverted. A measurable aversion to the image of a homeless person or drug addict can be rapidly transformed by an assignment to participate in a soup kitchen and choose appropriate menu items for people in need. In this way, out-group members almost instantaneously become fellow in-group members as part of a joint undertaking. The key to such subversion of tribalistic tendencies is that cross-group members must share a larger common goal, and have the support of recognized authority figures.

While competition and tribalistic bonding are inarguable aspects of our world, science increasingly makes clear that this is only one part of an expanding conceptual landscape. Our entire universe is profoundly interconnected, in ways that we are only beginning to decipher. This is true at the elementary particle level, at the genetic level, at the organism level and at a global level via the Internet. Ultimately, the same scientific milieu that helped form our current conflict-ridden cultural narratives may now be instrumental in defining not only a more productive world view, but a more accurate one.
