There’s a huge misconception about art and artists. Most people believe that you are born with talent or not, and there’s nothing you can do about it. While we can’t all be Van Goghs, the desire to create, along with proper instruction, can take a person of modest talent a long way towards creating art.

If you’ve ever had the urge to embrace your artistic side, why not do it? It doesn’t matter whether you think you are “talented” or not. Do it because creating art is a wonderful way to stimulate your brain, improve your well-being, and possibly get healthier! Do it for yourself because you enjoy it, and with lessons and practice, your hidden talents will blossom.

The Brain Benefits of Art

Here are some of the best ways that picking up your paint brush can benefit your brain and mental health:

1.  Art makes you more observant. Leonardo da Vinci said, “Painting embraces all the ten functions of the eye; that is to say, darkness, light, body and color, shape and location, distance and closeness, motion and rest.” Creating art helps you learn to “see” by concentrating on detail and paying more attention to your environment.

2.  Art stimulates the imagination. If you consider yourself a right-brained (artistic) person, you can enhance creative skills you already possess. If you’re left-brained (analytical), creating art will stimulate your creativity and imagination.

3.  Art enhances problem-solving skills. Unlike math, there is no one correct answer in art. Art encourages out-of-the-box thinking and lets you come up with your own unique solution.

4.  Art boosts self-esteem and provides a sense of accomplishment. We stick our kids’ artwork on the fridge to boost their self-esteem. Hanging your latest work of art on the wall can instill you with the same feeling.

5.  Art reduces stress. Painting, sculpting, drawing, and photography are relaxing and rewarding hobbies that can lower your stress levels and lead to an overall improvement in well-being.

6.  Art enhances cognitive abilities and memory, even for people with serious brain conditions. Dr. Arnold Bresky is a physician who has created a program he calls the “Brain Tune Up” that utilizes art therapy for patients that have Alzheimer’s and dementia. He has seen a 70% success rate in improvement of his patients’ memories. He believes that by drawing and painting, they are connecting the right and left hemispheres of the brain and growing new brain cells.

Besides helping patients with dementia and Alzheimer’s, art used as therapy has successfully helped people with anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic pain, cancer, high blood pressure, bipolar disorder, and other serious health conditions.

This video — Can Art Be Medicine? — shows some real-life examples of how art is being used as therapy. Particularly moving is the story of a Marine with PTSD who used art therapy to express his pain in a safe way and help lift the burden in a way that nothing else had been able to do.

Unless you have a serious health condition, seeing an art therapist is not necessary. ArtTherapyBlog.com puts it like this, “If it’s therapeutic for you to draw or paint a few times a week (without an art therapist), then I would consider that therapy. Who says art therapy always has to be professional?”

Creating art isn’t just for artists, art is for everyone! Within each of us lies a spark of creativity. Maybe you’ve always wanted to try drawing, painting, sculpting, or fine art photography, but never had the time or opportunity so you put it on your “someday” list. Why I Am No Longer A Light Worker

No, I haven’t turned to the dark-side, but rather I am transcending sides.  This article is probably the most important piece I have written to date, and in order to convey the full message, a bit of back-story is necessary. Hang in there with me, and by the end you will understand why I will never call myself a “lightworker” again.

Planet Earth and much of our corner of the universe has been under a spell for a very long time, a spell which casts doubt within our minds about whether or not we are connected with the Infinite Source of all creation. The spell causes us to feel alone, vulnerable and isolated – cast out from the Heavenly Realms into a cruel, dog-eat-dog world.  This spell is pure fiction, a deception of the highest order, but it has taken hold deeply on this and other worlds.

Intrinsic within this holographic spell is the notion that duality and polarity are natural aspects of life, and that we must serve one side of duality or the other. This elegantly simple binary imprint has become so prominent that we have lost Humans have been conditioned to worship the holographic deception and the agents that perpetuate it. This hologram has been called Maya by the Hindus, and the Gnostics referred to it as the Corrupt Demiurge. Dark vs (False) Light – Duality of the Demiurge

In order to capture and control the widest possible spectrum of souls, the corrupt demiurge split its agents into two seemingly opposing teams:  Dark vs (false) Light.

Not everyone can be a saint, so there must be room for sinners within the demiurge, as long as everyone involved is under its spell.  What matters most to the demiurge is that we worship it or one of its agents, regardless if they are on There are many names of the players within this cosmic, multi-dimensional drama that you will have no doubt heard of such as: Lucifer, Jehova, Beelzebub, Arch Angel Michael, Satan (different dude than Lucifer), Ashtar, dozens of Arch(on) angels, supposedly ascended “masters” and various other channeled entitiesthe light team or the dark team.

There are many names of the players within this cosmic, multi-dimensional drama that you will have no doubt heard of such as:  Lucifer, Jehova, Beelzebub, Arch Angel Michael, Satan (different dude than Lucifer), Ashtar, dozens of Arch(on) angels, supposedly ascended “masters” and various other channeled entities.

While some of these beings play for team dark, and some play for team (false) light, they are ALL ultimately playing for the corrupt demiurge that controls them. This, in essence, is the big secret of the archons:  They are not just the “evil, demonic beings” but also those who pretend to be angels and ascended masters..

What is the Point of All This Control?

The corrupt demiurge is an entropic system of artificially-induced separation consciousness that is slowly dying, and it depends on harvesting the energy from the souls incarnated within its system in order to preserve its existence. In order to harvest the largest amount of soul energy possible, it created the dark-light duality paradigm to ensure that every being incarnated on a world that is under its spell would serve as a “soul battery” to help keep the demiurge energized.  The “good” souls would seek out the (false) light team, and the “bad” souls would seek out the dark team, but unknown to most of those souls, they are all serving the same system.

In order to keep the duality game interesting for its participants, the demiurge set up densities of existence that “initiates” on the dark and light paths could ascend through.  This gives the beings moving through these densities a feeling of accomplishment, when in fact they are navigating through a labyrinth of demiurgic illusion. The players at the higher levels of the hierarchies know that they are in a self-serving system, but they are fine with the deal, because they get to wield power and receive the energy of worship from beings further down the ladder.

What About the “Spiritual Hierarchy?”

Most channeled beings will claim to be affiliated with the (false) light-based “Spiritual Hierarchy” which includes “arch angels,” “ascended masters” and “positive ETs.”  These channeled messages are a dime-a-thousand, and more keep pouring out every day.  The dirty little secret is that these beings are beholden to the corrupt demiurge, and are waging a psychological battle on people that don’t want to be associated with any formal religious structure.

In other words, the “new age” is a multidmeinsional psychological operation designed to channel the soul energy of the “believers” of these teachings up to the “ascended” teachers.

As for the “arch(on) angels” they are in more or less the same category. They are not aligned with the Infinite Source of all creation, but rather they serve a lesser being posing as the creator: the corrupt demiurge. Therefore they are not what I would call angels at all.Another one of their secrets is that most of the so-called “ascended masters” in their “hierarchy” never had a human incarnation.  These are incredibly deceptive beings that are playing a game in order to garner the energy of worship. In the real universe of non-deception, nobody would worship them, but in the illusory “sub-universe” of the corrupt demiurge, they are able to trick good-hearted people into pouring energies of love, devotion and praise into them.

In honor of the truly deceptive nature of these beings, I have given them a new, more accurate title:  The Spiritual Liar-archy.

The Dark Side Makes the False Light Look Good

The two teams have to play their parts convincingly, and the dark team has really embraced their role as villainous scum ready to kill, rape, torture and do any sort of depraved thing that they can get away with.

The dark side is designed to be incredibly repugnant so that the majority of “good souls” will run to the other end of polarity, right into the “loving” embrace of one of the false light’s patriarchal religions, or to their new age religion with its legion of channels and “masters.”

Earth has been a difficult planet for the corrupt demiurge to fully control.  Human beings were once very aware of their connection to Infinite Source and all of life, and that awareness has been maintained by spiritual individuals throughout the entire reign of darkness on this planet. Because this awareness could not be “beaten out of us” by the dark forces, a plan was formed to co-opt the spiritual nature of human beings.

First, patriarchal religions were formed and imposed on as many people of the world as possible. Anyone who didn’t adhere to one of the major religions was an outcast for much of history, until the last century when the “Theosophist movement” was born, which set the foundation for the “new age movement” to emerge in the 50s, 60s and 70s. The new age movement has continued to gain momentum as it has attracted many of the people who turned away from the hypocrisy of patriarchal religion.First, patriarchal religions were formed and imposed on as many people of the world as possible.  Anyone who didn’t adhere to one of the major religions was an outcast for much of history, until the last century when the “Theosophist movement” was born, which set the foundation for the “new age movement” to emerge in the 50s, 60s and 70s. The new age movement has continued to gain momentum as it has attracted many of the people who turned away from the hypocrisy of patriarchal religion.

The corrupt demiurge seems to have an “easy answer” for any of the inner turmoil that humans experience.  If religion doesn’t serve to appease an individual, then the new age will do just fine.  It’s all the same to the demiurge, as long as we “pick a side” that it controls.  This is why we need to transcend sides all together.

Channelers Are Being Deceived

I wrote an article back in 2011 about some of the problems with channeled messages, which you can find here for more background information.  If religion can be said to be “the opiate of the masses” then channeled messages would be the “HOPIUM of the disgruntled minority.” Every channeled message that comes from the spiritual liar-archy is essentially the same when you strip away the fluffy talk and story-line that is being used to couch the message.

Here is every modern channeled message, condensed into a few lines:

“Dear ones, you are greatly beloved by all of us in the spiritual (liar)archy. We long to reunite with you, for we are your long-lost family.  Stay strong and hold onto your light, because we will make our presence known to you soon. Keep waiting (and suffering) and hoping for us to come and rescue you from your situation.  When we arrive, we will build a golden (c)age for you on earth.”

I used to think that this nauseating disinformation coming from “Archon Angel Michael,” “Saint Germain” etc was the result of dark-side interference taking over the channels without their awareness. What I didn’t understand back when I wrote “Who’s Really on This Channel” is that transmissions from “truly positive beings” weren’t being intercepted and corrupted by the dark side, but rather the messages were coming from “false light” beings of the spiritual liar-archy.

“Light Workers” Are Being Thoroughly Used

Back in 1998 when I first got into the energy clearing genre, I had never heard the term “lightworker” even though it had already been coined.  It first heard it some time in the early 2000s, and it sounded weird to me at the time.  Now I Back in 1998 when I first got into the energy clearing genre, I had never heard the term “lightworker” even though it had already been coined. It first heard it some time in the early 2000s, and it sounded weird to me at the time. Now I understand why: because the “light” that the spiritual liar-archy is trying to get us to work for is the FALSE light of demiurgic duality! understand why:  because the “light” that the spiritual liar-archy is trying to get us to work for is the FALSE light of demiurgic duality!

You see, there is a massive effort underway by beings that I now call “Divine Agents” to completely obliterate the corrupt demiurge. When that happens, all of the beings who have gained power through the demiurge will lose that stolen power and will have to face up to the deceptions that they have been propagating.  None of them want that to happen, so in their cleverness they devised a brilliant plan to undermine the entire effort.

The plan was simple:  Approach all incarnated Divine Agents, usually in a dream state but sometimes during an “ET abduction” scenario, and tell them that in order to fulfill their mission, they need to “work for the (false) light” and take orders from the spiritual liar-archy.

This plan worked AMAZINGLY well, largely because Divine Agents have had a hard time living on Earth.  Societies here are badly warped, spirituality is twisted and abused, the vibrational density is heavy, our memories are mostly wiped, and we generally would rather NOT be here.  So any being that emanated light (even false light) and love could make a Divine Agent feel like they were making valid contact with truly divine beings.

I still remember my own recruitment by the false light that occurred when I was 6 years old in an extremely vivid dream-time experience.  They had me convinced that I was fulfilling my mission as a Divine Agent by working for them.  I think they always knew I would figure them out, although it took a very, very long time.

A few months ago I revoked ALL agreements made with any and all beings that did not have my best interests in mind, no matter WHO the beings were or claimed to be. It sounds like such a simple thing, but somehow I had overlooked it.  During the process, I felt resistance from beings who were claiming to be positive, but I stood strong and told them that I refuse to be manipulated into giving energy to the demiurge.

This has given me the distinct privilege of being targeted by both the dark team (ankle biters) and the (false) light team (spiritual liar-archy).  The (false) light team does indeed engage in psychic warfare, just in different, more subtle ways than their “dark” brethren. Deflecting these attacks has been worth it because I know that I am more aligned with my true mission to put an end to the demiurge without being side-tracked into duality battles.

It is also very nice knowing I am going to get a good night’s sleep when I go to bed because I am not going to be pulled into any ridiculous “missions to battle the dark” that the (false) light beings are so fond of setting up for their “light workers.”  (That phrase actually creeps me out now that I know its true origins…)

What Was That About a Golden (C)age?

We are, at this very moment, in a struggle for our freedom.  The spiritual liar-archy wants to move us from our current, extremely uncomfortable cage into a slightly more expansive state of existence, but one that they are firmly in control of.

One metaphor to describe our current situation is that we are like a flock of chickens pent up inside a tiny, dark, smelly chicken coop.  Those that have been farming us are preparing to let us out of the coop, and into a larger fenced-in area where we will be able to feel a little more free, but still within their control. This is the “farmer’s” way of ensuring that they can continue to feed off of our energies, while making us feel that we are free, thanks to the kindness of our captors.

The “spiritual” liar-archy does not want us to grow on our own to a place of self-empowerment that will allow us to simply walk away from their entire control system. This is why the channeled messages subtly disempower people, while pretending to actually offer them an empowering solution.  As long as we are sitting and waiting for “the good guys” to come and save us, we will not be able to discern who truly has our best interests at heart, nor will we be able to actually fix our own problems for ourselves.

Solutions for the Duality Afflicted

So how does a person get out of this duality paradigm?  The first step is to engage the Self-Clearing System protocols and revoke all agreements that you have made with any beings that don’t have your best interests in mind. I also recommend a brief daily practice of revoking all agreements to experience hardship, limitation, bad relationships, health problems, financial problems, family dysfunctions, and anything else in your life that is energy-draining. The number and quantity of agreements that we have unconsciously taken on within this false reality matrix are truly astounding.  When you pay attention to the subtle and blatant agreements that point to the invisible bars of your prison, you will indeed find that there is no shortage of agreements to be revoked.

After you have engaged this process, you may notice less “contact” from the false light beings, and you might feel a little lonely until you get used to the changes.  This is a very good time to strengthen your connection to your own Higher Self, the core of Earth and the Galactic core. As you adjust, you may notice better sleep and a sense that you can see through deceptions disguised with positivity more easily.

If you do get contact from a being, you can tell it that you are only willing to communicate with beings who have transcended duality and are outside of the corrupt demiurge.  Put any being trying to contact you to the test.  Question them point-blank:  “Are you part of the demiurge?” The beings of True Divine Light who exist outside of the demiurge, in the Real Universe will happily answer your questions.  Just be aware that they don’t speak in language the same way that we do, as they communicate with what I call “soul telepathy.”

Type of Communication Is a Major Indicator

The Forces of True Divine Light that exist outside of the corrupt demiurge are not bound by the left-brain right-brain dynamics and dark-light polarities that define the demiurgic sub-universe.  This means that they do NOT sound like a voice in your head! Instead, they use “soul telepathy” to emanate feelings, archetypal expressions, and an extremely pure quality of light that speaks directly to your soul.

The difference between a being of True Divine Light and one of the false light spiritual liar-archy beings is that the former’s light is warm, enveloping, pure and unconditionally loving, whereas the latter’s light is cool, piercing in an uncomfortable way, dominant and often overly-masculine. The spiritual liar-archy is a male-dominated group, and even the females within their power structure have a very masculine energy.  This male-domination is, of course, why the religious structures the liar-archy enabled all have a domineering male god, and no mention of an all-encompassing, feminine creator.

Another major difference between false light beings within the demiurge and beings of True Divine Light who are aligned with Infinite Source is that the Divine Light is not controlling, manipulative, bossy or judgmental in any way. Infinite Source will NOT impose an agenda upon you, although it will support you in your chosen mission to help dismantle the corrupt demiurge.  You won’t be given “marching orders” by Infinite Source or beings of True Divine Light who operate outside of the demiurge.  They won’t send you on endless, energy-draining missions in your dream-time, and they won’t ask you to do something that will result in loss of your soul energy, unlike the imposters in the false-light spiritual liar-archy.

The beings of True Divine Light are supportive, loving, nurturing, and they care about you as an individual.  You are not just a cog in a machine to them, for they understand that you are a vitally important aspect of an intricately interconnected creation. They have the utmost respect for those of us who volunteered to incarnate into the “beast system” of the corrupt demiurge in order to help dismantle it from the inside.  Indeed, there must be Divine Agents working both from within and outside of the corrupt demiurge in order to dismantle it.

Discernment is Vital

I will be writing more on this topic and its many implications.  In the mean time, I urge you to drastically increase skepticism and fine-tune your discernment.  Apply your intuition and logic to information that you receive, and ask yourself “what is the agenda here?” There is indeed a very large, multi-dimensional “conspiracy” at work on this planet, and it draws power from us by pushing us into one spectrum of polarity or another.  Anyone urging you to “choose a side” simply hasn’t woken up to the fact that both sides are two halves of the same coin that is controlled by the corrupt demiurge.

I urge you to discuss these ideas with those close to you and look for ways that you may have been manipulated by the false light in the past.  It’s nothing to be ashamed of – the false light beings are amazingly skilled liars and manipulators.

Most of you reading this have already chosen to be a Divine Agent and incarnate for the purpose of dismantling the demiurgic control system.  You have already made your choice, and now you need to carry out your individual mission.  In order to do that, it is vitally important to sever all ties with the false-light “spiritual” liar-archy, take some time to regain energy and strength if necessary, and ask your Divine Inner Self to reveal to you what it is that you specifically need to do.

Stand strong in the true light of your Divine Inner Self and Infinite Source.

Comfort and luxury are usually the chief requirements of life for your ego—its top priorities tend to be accumulations, achievements, and the approval of others.

Consider a new alternative for what makes you happy, one that soars beyond the superficial demands of the ego. The only thing that you need for this state of joy is something to be passionate about. Something that speaks only to you…that gets you tingling inside with excitement…that will not go away…that radiates within you…that sends you into a frenzy of good feeling because it makes you feel purposeful and connected to your Source of being. It doesn’t matter what it is. The only requirement is that you feel intensely about it and are willing to act with enthusiasm, awakening the sleeping God within you.

As Abraham Maslow once observed about self-actualizing people: “They must be what they can be.” Take a moment to think about what you can be, and contrast that with what you’ve chosen to be up until now. So what can you be? Perhaps you have an idea you’ve been carrying around with you for decades, such as a book that you know needs to be written, which only you have the wisdom to create. Can you get so passionate about realizing your vision that you activate the presence of God to assist you in co-creating your dreams?

Remember, the mere presence of that passion, nothing more, is evidence that the energy of the Divine creating spirit is alive and well in you. That’s all you need—just the willingness to allow your passion to speak up and awaken from its dormant status. You don’t have to know how to activate your long-buried enthusiasm or precisely what to focus on. What you need is the willingness to say yes to signals from within you, the God within you that wants to be active.

I’ve always treasured the observations of the famous Greek scholar Nikos Kazantzakis, who is one of my favorite authors. In page after page of his wonderful novel Zorba the Greek, Kazantzakis details what a truly passionate man looks, sounds, and feels like, as the title character simply lives his bliss and feels the presence of God in every waking moment. And I’ve had these words by Kazantzakis posted in my home for more than a decade now, yet I still read and contemplate them every day: “By believing passionately in something that does not yet exist we create it. The nonexistent is whatever we have not sufficiently desired.”

DNA is more than a genetic blueprint; it is the instrument by which humans discover our spirituality.

The goal of all religious disciplines is the achievement of a spiritual state described as being “at one with God.” The word “at-one-ment” can be seen as such a state, an at-one-ness with a divine or sacred source.

In essence, spirituality is Divine Resonance, the ability through various practices to arrive at a coherent state in which the individual becomes whole.

Dynamics of the Coherent State

According to Dr. Leonard Horowitz in DNA: PIRATES OF THE SACRED SPIRAL, DNA is more than a blueprint for genetic expression.

Even more importantly, DNA is the “instrument for the re-spiritualization of the body,” the means by which humanity arrives at Divine Resonance through electromagnetic influences on form and sound-activated coherence.

Electromagnetic Influences on Form

Research shows that form follows electromagnetic frequencies. Electrodynamic fields, biofields and pulsed wave patterns influence structure. These electromagnetic influences on form define health and illness.

Health occurs when the body experiences a coherent state of balanced electromagnetic flow. Disease is defined by dissonance, when the body experiences imbalance in its biofield.

In other words, health occurs when energy flows organically within the wiring of the human organism. Disease occurs when the body is literally overwhelmed with electric shocks and the circuits are “fried.”

DNA functions as the receiver and transmitter of electromagnetic frequencies through the body.

Like most self proclaimed psychics, I’m a little unusual. My whole life I’ve been a bit different, and have never really felt like I fit in, no matter where I was. I’ve lived in Sweden, the United States, and Hawai`i (yes, I know Hawai`i is part of the U.S.), and no matter where I go I can’t seem to find a home. I’ve always changed my hair styles through cutting, dying, bleaching, and darkening. I have tattoo’s, piercing’s, and love to move. I’ve recently been going through another consciousness shift where I’m starting to tap into my mediumship abilities. It’s been a very eye opening experience.

When I was a small girl you could usually find me watching Unsolved Mysteries upstairs in my bedroom. I especially was attracted to E.T. abductions, and earthbound spirits. I was shy, and kept to myself when I was younger. I had very few friends because of my social awkwardness. I tended to have one good friend back then. As I grew up, I started having a few more friends, and starting adding to my social circle. When I was nineteen I started coming out of my shell. I started going to parties. Drinking, smoking pot and cigarettes weren’t unusual for me at the time. I wonder as a grown adult now, if I continue to do these things so that I don’t regress back to my childhood shyness. Lately, I rather stay indoors, than go out to parties, or social gatherings. I’m absorbed in learning in things, and have been engrossed in giving readings and healing’s.

I’ve had some personal experiences that I won’t share on the world wide web. But those experiences I feel helped shaped me into who I am today. There was no “one” event that changed me. I was being guided to find this part of myself. I didn’t have the support to explore this side of me as a child. I suppressed it, and chalked it up to believing what everyone else was saying. I was “weird”. It’s a bitter pill to swallow as a child to have these realizations. Because I am empathic, no one needed to tell me I was weird, although a lot of them did, sometimes I could just feel it coming off of them.

So how do you handle those feelings of being different or weird? I’m not sure if you ever fully except that you aren’t going to fit into the mold of society. I’m not even sure if you can let go of those feelings of insecurities that haunt you from your childhood. I do know with some exploration that you might start to wonder if you’re even from this planet. As I’ve been doing my own research lately, I started practicing Astral Travel. Last night I had my first successful astral travel. In my travels I visited a green/ turquoise looking planet. It was liquid, and fluid. Easily manipulated through just Instantly, I knew this is where I came from. When I woke up this morning, I was a bit zonked and had forgotten about my little journey last night. It wasn’t until half way through my first cup of tea that I remembered my astral travel. This is actually a big deal for me to travel to another planet. Usually my fear pulls me into places I never want to journey. But with learning to control my thoughts, I made a major breakthrough last night. So this morning, I did research and found characteristic traits on humans who have incarnated from other planets. I was actually pretty blown away by the findings. touching the air in front of your face. When I asked where I was, my guides said, “Andromedan”. Instantly, I knew this is where I came from. When I woke up this morning, I was a bit zonked and had forgotten about my little journey last night. It wasn’t until half way through my first cup of tea that I remembered my astral travel. To be honest, I’m not sure how all of this is settling with me. My left brain is saying that I’m crazy, while my intuition is telling me otherwise. I feel that this is right. There is actually comfort in knowing this, yet sometimes, I can be my own worse enemy. New dental technique repairs damaged teeth naturally, negates need for injections, drillings and fillings

(NaturalNews) In an effort that aligns entrepreneurial spirit with the body’s natural ability to restore health, experts at King’s College London have developed a way to put dental fillings by the wayside and, instead, help teeth heal themselves. (1)

Rather than drilling into an affected tooth and filling it with material to build up its structure again, a damaged tooth can instead be treated with the help of their new technology, Electrically Accelerated and Enhanced Remineralization (EAER), a technique that uses a small electric current to speed up a tooth’s natural remineralization process and, in turn, repair teeth without the need for drilling, injections and fillings. Professor Nigel Pitts of King’s College London’s Dental Institute says it’s a healthy and affordable way to keep teeth in good shape, and one that’s long overdue.

“The way we treat teeth today is not ideal,” he said, explaining the seemingly never-ending cycle of drilling, filling and refilling that a dental patient often experiences. “Not only is our device kinder to the patient and better for their teeth, but it’s expected to be at least as cost-effective as current dental treatments. Along with fighting tooth decay, our device can also be used to whiten teeth.” (2)

King’s College is involved with a project called MedCity, which was launched by London mayor Boris Johnson in an effort to encourage entrepreneurship in the London-Oxford-Cambridge life sciences sector.

How the new technology treats damaged teeth

EAER’s low-frequency currents allow remineralization, a naturally occurring process in teeth that keeps them strong and healthy, to take place faster and deeper in the tooth, negating the need for traditional fillings. This new technique simply involves isolating elements in the mouth such as saliva that can get in the way of this healing process, then using the EAER technique to drive the natural minerals into the tooth. Pitts said that by using “the electrical method, we can achieve remineralization that would have taken weeks and we can do it an order of magnitude faster and better.” (3) His goal is to have this technique in place in British dental offices within three years; furthermore, he’s currently working with international dental groups in an effort which may make strides in the United States, where dental regulations differ from those in Britain. If you’re like most of us, you’ve had a period in your life where you just felt stuck. Have you ever wondered what you’re doing with your life? Do questions such as, “Where am I”? and “How did I get here?” strike a particular nerve with you? If the answer is yes, chances are, you’re stuck.

Now if you’re one of the lucky ones, who feel like everything in life is going exactly as you planned, then congrats to you, soak it up, but read on. The likelihood is that you, too, will at some point in your life feel stuck.

Here are 9 things to remember for those occasions when you’re feeling stuck. Save this list and refer back to it as needed, because it can be hard to see your way out when you’re right in the thick of it.

9 Things to Remember When You’re Feeling Stuck

1. Acknowledge and accept that you are feeling stuck.

This is the first and most important thing to remember. Like anything in life, the key is knowing where you are on your journey and then appreciating that reality.

We all know when we are stuck but sometimes it can be hard to accept. Being stuck is an inner feeling. It feels stagnant, demotivating, and even oppressive. Perhaps this is why it can be so hard to admit when we’re feeling stuck. Yes, it’s uncomfortable and can lead to feelings of sadness and depression… but, so what? Welcome to the feeling spectrum of life! Let yourself be in the ‘stuckness’ without resisting it. Shift your relationship by being aware of it without judgment. Once we can acknowledge that we are feeling stuck, it is then that we have the power to get ourselves unstuck.

2. Being stuck is a feeling that comes from within.

When we feel stuck, often our first instinct is to look outside of ourselves for somewhere (or someone) to blame. In reality, we ought to be looking at how we’re feeling, what we’re thinking, and how we plan to respond. Your life is your responsibility. While you can’t always change what’s outside of you, you can certainly change your perception of it. And the funny thing is, when you change the way you look at things, the things themselves begin to change.

3. Being stuck is often a symptom.

It is a symptom that your life is about to change, or that an internal change is needed. It could be a change of heart or even just a change of perspective. But the point in either case is that what you are doing is no longer working for you. Imagine yourself as a river, flowing into a great ocean. Often, a river grows narrower and appears to lack movement, just before it breaks through to the larger body of water. The same happens to us as we prepare for a breakthrough. Our flow must contract before it can expand. And the contraction is equally important to the expansion.

4. Being stuck serves a spiritual purpose.

Like all times of stillness, it is fertile ground for transformation to occur. Being stuck is an invitation to grow. We know that what worked before no longer works and it’s up to us to see where we can open up and let go. If the point of life is the same as the point of a story, then the point of life is character transformation.

5. Don’t waste your white space.

This is your opportunity to grow – a time for introspection and reflection. So don’t waste it! Just because you don’t think anything is going on in your life, doesn’t mean the Universe is not at work. Don’t underestimate the times in your life when it seems like you’re not moving forward. Think of the white space as your garden in preparation for your blossoming. What is occurring IN you is just as important, if not more important, than what is happening THROUGH you. Anyone can grow horizontally as they acquire more and more material things. But it takes courage to grow vertically, deeper and deeper into yourself. This kind of growth is far more rare. And it’s the only growth that really counts.

6. Life is not a story about you.

This is one of the hardest lessons for people to learn. But once you understand it, it can be incredibly freeing. This is not your story. Life is not about you. Rather, you are part of a much larger story, one in which you are not in control. You don’t know the theme, the climax, or resolution. You are one of many characters. So let go, and enjoy the ride. Believe that you are exactly where you’re supposed to be. Trust that life will reveal answers at the pace which life wishes to do so. While you feel like running, the Universe may be on a stroll.

7. Let go of others’ opinions.

Care about what others think and you will always be their prisoner. Your freedom lies not in the physical space around you, but in your mind. As long as you cling to other people’s definitions of truth, beauty, and happiness, you will always be chained. Thoughts that begin with, “I have to…” or “I really should…” reveal where we feel most obligated to direct our energy. Write your own definitions. Finish your own sentences. Find your own way. And most importantly, listen to your spirit. It knows what you need.

8. Tomorrow could be your last day.

So what are you waiting for? Often when we are stuck, we’re secretly waiting for something to happen. We wonder when the winds will change in our favor. We do this, instead of embracing the present as it is and acknowledging the change that needs to occur within us. What is keeping you from moving forward? If not fear and anxiety, then what? Insecurities? Comfort? Laziness? What is your excuse? We all have one; whether we are cognizant of it or not. And when we begin to make more excuses then we do steps, we fall into the familiar pit called “Stuck”.

9. You’re not as stuck you might think.

A lot of us come out of school wanting to change the world but then we get into the middle of it and find it’s harder than we thought. We can no longer see that shore in the distance. The land behind us stops getting smaller and the land in front of us isn’t getting any larger. We wonder if our ship is moving at all. But did you know that with each passing six months, nearly every cell in your body dies and another is formed in its place? The human body is constantly recreating itself. You are not who you were last August. You are already changing more than you know. Which means you’re not as stuck as you may think you are!

There is a big difference between being one with Source versus being harvested like an ear of corn in order to bring yourself to the next level of spiritual progression.

According to the Law of One:

The book argues that the goal of a soul is to “polarize” in one of two different directions: “Positive polarization” (labeled as “service-to-others“) through identifying with others empathetically, or “negative polarization” (labeled as “service-to-self“) through “separating” the self from others. Souls are said to “harvest” and proceed to the next level once they are properly “polarized”.

Ultimately, there should only be 2 laws:

  • 1) Love everyone.
  • 2) Respect everything.

I firmly believe the Law of One was channeled with honest intent by Carla Rueckert, as the archons, who keep us living in fear, were using Carla as a host for the harvesting of souls.  Much of the information is quite fascinating but once the rose-colored glasses are removed, then what are we Many people within this genre may feel guilty about spending time on yourself versus giving time and energy to others, but this is an unhealthy point of view. Try to think of your spiritual growth as being part of a team sport, like bowling. Each person tries to do their best while helping the team.really seeing?

In an ideal society, order would emanate from truth and love but as we’ve seen, everything has been turned backwards and upside down.

By acquiescing to a harvest and being subordinate to higher forms of consciousness, we are still trapped within a system of control and dominance, albeit a more socially acceptable one that we already live in.  The question is:  “What is the trade off?” and “What does a true harvest really mean?”

Granted, there are benevolent extraterrestrials who want to see us succeed as a global community, but they must respect our free will and are not supposed to physically interfere with our progressions, yet in this corrupted, fractured universe, many Universal Laws have been cast aside as we have been tricked time and time again into entering a system of reincarnation where our souls are recycled back into the matrix in order for those who feed off of our fears can be nourished. It was never supposed to be like this.

Schumann Resonance and the Harvest

Recently, the Schumann Resonance (SR) went up to 8.50, the highest I’ve seen since I have been watching it.  The SR is the resonance or “heartbeat” of Mother Earth and has been at 7.83hz for what many people believe to be thousands of years. This is proof that our planet is raising her vibration and she is giving us the opportunity to raise our vibration with her.

What will I do?

Just like any other text, the words of Ra can easily be manipulated to control the masses, including my perspective in this article which is why I always insist on using your own discernment on anything you read because just about everything we have been taught is a lie.  That being said, those who have followed In5D know I always stand up for love and truth and would never intentionally mislead anyone, so this is YOUR decision to make.

According to Ra, there have been two other times in Earth’s history for a possible harvest in which none of the criteria were met to have a successful one.  Just like the story of how Jesus was created by the Council of Nicea, there is no material that supports this claim other than what was channeled through Carla Rueckert.

From what we have learned about Ra through the Sumerian texts along with how Ra is another “sun god” just like Jesus, the story has holes in it and it has us, once again, giving away our power to a higher source who appears to us as a savior.

As for me, if a spaceship comes for the harvest, I’m staying here because Mother Earth’s resonance will destroy the archons who have been feeding off of our fears for millennia.  Plus, she has been raising her vibrations which may help to facilitate the “New Earth” that Dolores Cannon has written and spoken about.

For those who decide to be part of the harvest, I hope you enjoy the experience because this is why we ultimately incarnate into this world.

Please keep this in mind: You are MUCH MORE POWERFUL than you know! NEVER give away your sovereign power to anyone, especially to those who do not stand in the light of love and truth.

The argument that temporal lobe epilepsy is the cause of hallucinations mistakenly viewed as paranormal, is not a new one having being announced and concluded a great many times over the last decade, closing the book on ghostly apparitions, UFO’s and their abductees, Near-Death and Out-of- body experiences dismissed as quirks in neurology producing mere fantasy. Those who have had any of the above experiences, in turn, prefer to look the other way on hard evidence produced by neurology and make an unnecessary enemy of science, leaving us with two factions equally dismissive of their opponent and awarding sole validity to their own point of view, and this is where all previous confrontations have ended. In this Blog I hope to show that there is room for both opinions to be correct.

What we refer to as hallucinations are quite spontaneous, happening autonomously and suiting themselves as to when they appear, where, and for however long or short. Although some can be brought on through deliberate techniques as in the case of the various holy men living out their experiences in darkened caves and solitude, others are encountered in situations involving sleep deprivation lasting into days, mental exhaustion that is coupled with emotional or physical stress, or simply weariness and monotony such as can be experienced by polar or desert expedition personnel, sailors at sea for weeks on end subjected to the monotony of only blue sky and sea, and high altitude pilots who have no option other than to encounter inescapable hours of empty skies.

Some meditational practices can bring about a vivid experience and shamanic practices such as drumming and dancing may slip you into a trance like state, and of course there is the more deliberate experimentation with drugs that we know will activate hallucinations. This we come to be expect, and barely raises an eyebrow, but it when we venture into the realms of otherworldly, ghostly and alien apparitions then controversy appears. Mention the religious visions attributed to great people in history from Paul on the road to Damascus, Moses, the prophet Mohammed and Jean of Arc, and almost in an instant we will hear the cry ‘temporal lobe epilepsy’. I first heard the term back in the cinema during the 1973 screening of William Blatty’s exceptionally scary movie ‘The Exorcist’ adapted from his paperback of the same name, Blatty himself personally interested in whether demoniac possession was a reality or could be explained by mental illness.

The suspected possessed young girl Regan was thought by the neurologists to have a lesion in her temporal lobe causing her to have seizures of which EEG scans showed no such problem. The temporal lobe is located roughly below the ears and at the back of the head and is one of four major lobes of the cerebral cortex. It retains visual memories and storage of new ones, comprehends language, processes sensory input, and deals with emotions.

Although we have been told much about the symptoms, there are few known causes of what causes epilepsy in this lobe other than brain injury, infection, stroke or a tumour on the brain, often the agency remains completely unknown. All this sounds, quite rightly, rather clinical and belonging exclusively the interest of medical practitioners and neurologists, but it equally now belongs to the hundreds of thousands of people across the globe who have had unexpected and unwished for close encounters with either or both visual and auditory hallucinations that have either changed or at least influenced their lives, only for our current understanding of science to casually dismiss and demystify the experiences as ‘unreal’ in any way, best perceived as either illusionary or delusionary brain glitch. And yet they happen.

One of the champions against the case of TLE being responsible for the capabilities of hallucinations being delusional only, is neuropsychiatrist and neurophysiologist Dr Peter Fenwick , without doubt an outstanding and foremost researcher into near death experiences – over 300 – and epilepsy, and President of two organisations, the Horizon Research Foundation supporting study into end of life experiences, and the British branch of the International Association of Near-death studies. I contacted Peter in about 1992 in the days of ‘snail mail’ when I thought it would be to his advantage to have his attention drawn to the then living American Robert Monroe of Virginia whose classic 1971 book ‘Journeys out of the body,’ based on his many own, credits him with popularisation of the term ‘out-of-body experiences’. Monroe, as an explorer of human consciousness, went on to achieve a world-wide recognition before his death in 1995 at the age of 79.

Fenwick, himself now aged 79, argues against the TLE explanation being forcibly attached to those who have had religious visions and that this ‘owes more to the enthusiasm of the authors than to the true scientific understanding’. Regarding studies made by those who conclude TLE is the simple answer, Fenwick states that the conclusion has always been made by researchers neither dealing with epilepsy on a daily basis nor having a full understanding of the features of seizure in epilepsy, adding that owing to all epilepsy being confusional, no seizure can present with both the clarity and narrative near death experience style.

The work of American ‘near-death’ researcher medical doctor Melvin Morse tells us that God is already present in our brain and that within this small organism we have a direct line to God, a device he places in the right temporal lobe allowing us to access the Akashic Records. USA author, editor and columnist in the fields of science and mathematics, Clifford Pickover of the Thomas J. Watson Research Centre, HQ for IBM research, kindly referred me to a lengthy quote from psychologist William James (1842-1910) arguing that religious states are not less profound simply because they can be induced by mental anomalies; ‘Even more perhaps than other kinds of genius, religious leaders have been subject to abnormal psychical visitations. Invariably they have been creatures of exalted emotional sensitivity liable to obsessions and fixed ideas; and frequently they have fallen into trances, heard voices, seen visions, and presented all sorts of peculiarities which are ordinarily classed as pathological.

Often, moreover, these pathological features have helped to give them their religious authority and influence. To plead the organic causation of a religious state of mind in refutation of its claim to possess superior spiritual value is quite illogical and arbitrary. Because if that were the case, none of our thoughts and feelings, not even our scientific doctrines, not even our dis-beliefs, could retain any value as revelations of the truth, for every one of them without exception flows from the state of the possessor’s body at the time. Saint Paul certainly once had an epileptoid, if not an epileptic seizure, but there is not a single one of our states of mind, high or low, healthy or morbid, that has not some sort of organic processes as its condition.’

What I find key to the temporal lobe assertion is the fact that not all who have its form of epilepsy experience the ecstatic, mystical or religious seizure, which only ever occurs in the minority. The hypothetical ‘get out’ clause for this is perhaps those who do, already have a predisposed belief towards religion or metaphysics, or even that the seizure stimulates those particular parts of the brain serving to mediate religious feeling. Canadian neurologist Michael Persinger, he of the ‘God Helmet’, has clearly demonstrated that if TLE is purposely triggered by pulsing magnetic fields, it will produce hallucinations in a sitting subject. Might this be because the temporal lobe, a potential and intended direct line to the Beyond has been tampered with unnaturally? Would it be more natural to utilise this ‘portal’ in the brain with the ebb and flow of the earth’s own magnetic field? Is this what the temporal lobe was designed to conceal, a passage to Paradise?

In July 2012 Enrico Facco and Christian Agrillo, both of the University of Padova in Italy, at the Department of Neurosciences and Department of General Psychology respectively, wrote their well-balanced paper ‘Near-death experiences between science and prejudice’ in which they emphasise the need for a ’proper assessment’ based on a) available scientific interpretations b) telling facts from hypotheses and c) epistemological aspects and related scientific prejudices, consequently stating that ‘most if not all interpretations remain only speculation, or, at best, clues of the possible brain mechanisms triggering them; some of the results seem questionable or even odd, taking into account other well-known clinical facts’, one such example being how in cardiac arrest there is no time for an experience of tunnel vision from retinal dysfunction. After rolling out the case perfectly, both authors are fair minded enough to announce ‘ NDE’s are an intriguing and relevant phenomenon, the nature of which is still under debate.’

Having looked at some researchers viewpoints concerning this neurology v. metaphysics argument, I will now dare to present my own, courtesy of my usual aide both the Collective Unconscious and the Mother Tongue. Each of us will possess in the region of 100 billion neurons we call nerve cells, each cell with its own thousands of dendrites, receptors for the chemical-electrical messages from other neurons’ axons across the synapses. Any picture of a dendrite will clearly show you a tree and therefore it is no surprise that the word means ‘tree-like’. This brings me on to a few observations of my own. Firstly I cannot have omitted noticing that pictures of angels usually portray them with halo’s or, more correctly, aureoles, the circle of light or brightness around the head of a holy person. My suspicion is that these aureoles – or subtle laminating, radiating aura – are in fact suggesting the warning sign ‘aura’ of an epileptic seizure.

Next, I have spotted that if we use the arrived at acronym of temporal lobe epilepsy, TLE, it is a phonetic for ‘tele’, a word that as a prefix means ‘transmission over a distance,’ ‘across’ and ‘distant’, the very descriptive terms that suggest an experience through a temporal lobe epileptic seizure. Clearly, you are being taken to a ‘somewhere’ else. Even in the very word ‘temporal’ we can find the anagram ‘portal’’, and the Latin word ‘temporal’ itself means ‘Temple’, a building dedicated to religious ceremonies or worship. Is it just a coincidence that the one day in the year when a supposed gateway opens, both physical and supernatural worlds are closest and magical things could happen, is called ‘All Hallow’s Eve’, a phonetic ‘Hallow’s’ as in the ‘halluc’ (halloose’) of ‘hallucination’?

Let us now return to the dendrite. In the biblical account of the Garden of Eden, both Adam and Eve are expulsed out of this paradise with the stern warning after their curiousity in investigating the Tree of Knowledge, or the knowledge of good and evil. In order to have them banished a cherubim guard wielding a sword is installed. Genesis 3;24 informs us, ‘After he drove the man out, he placed on the east side of the Garden of Eden cherubim and a flaming sword flashing back and forth to guard the way to the tree of life.’ We can view this scenario in a modern day neurological sense where we see the tree of life as a dendrite capable of communicating information – knowledge. It makes me wonder if the synapse, the structure that enables neurons to signal other cells, refers to ‘original sin’ (syn), the word ends in ‘apse’, the architecture usually found at the end of an aisle or choir in a church.

Renaissance Italian painter, sculptor and architect Michelangelo, (who by synchronicity has ‘angel’, a cherub, in his name) held to be one of the greatest living artist of all time, painted his ‘The fall and expulsion from Garden of Eden’ in 1509. We see the cherubim strike out at Adam, but where has this master painter – or his Collective Unconscious – aimed the blow? It meets Adam’s head at below the ear level at the back of the head – the temporal lobe! Does this canvass, hanging in Cappella Sistina in the Vatican, tell us that that the seat of all knowledge, from which Adam was banned from accessing, is the area of the temporal lobe? Is this why religious visions emanate from it, that it is, in fact, a truly paradisiacal location?

The cerebrum, which makes up most of the brain, is divided by a longitudinal fissure into the two hemispheres that each contain five discreet lobes including the temporal. The word ‘cerebrum’ embodies the phonetic ‘cherub’ (‘cereb’), the plural of which, the cherubim, patrol the temporal lobe Garden of Eden. Across many continents the widespread practice, of trepanning, where a hole is drilled or scraped into the human skull to treat health problems, can be traced back as far back as the Neolithic period when attempts to excite and open up the potentiality of an area of the brain were explored, the majority of these probable surgical operations were carried out at the right temporal lobe.

With the help of the Mother Tongue, looking at the word ‘epilepsy’ from Old French epilepsie, from Late Latin epilepsia, from the Greek epilambanein, we find the key section is the word ‘pile’ hidden within ‘epilepsy’. Brain cells working together communicate by means of electrical signals and on occasion an abnormal charge from a group of cells result in a seizure, the type depending upon the part of the brain where the abnormal charge arose. In 1929 the German psychiatrist Hans Berger first demonstrated that the electrical impulse of the brain could be recorded, it continuously generating electrical current. Now we leap to Voltaic pile, a source of direct current consisting of a number of alternating discs of two different metals separated by acid-moistened pads, forming primary cells (generating electricity) connected in the series. ‘Pile’ = Pyl, and onto ‘Pylon’, a word from the Greek ‘Pulon’, a Gateway, from ‘pule’, a gate.

A Gateway in the world of computing is a link that enables information to be exchanged between one computer network and another, in our epileptic seizure scenario a transmission, a communication during the moment of loss of consciousness. Within the word ‘epilambanein’ we find ‘lamb’, ‘The Lamb of God’ often referred to in describing Jesus, but we are going to look at the lambda, the meeting of the sagittal and lambdoid sutures of the skull, the brain’s outer layer the cerebral cortex. The Greek letter Lambda is used as a symbol for wavelength in physics and mathematics and in certain photosensitive epilepsies exposure to particular light wavelengths can be a trigger. Wave forms, a disturbance or oscillation propagated from point to point in a medium or space, described in general by mathematical specification of its amplitude, velocity, frequency and phase, project millions of miles into space bouncing off planets and stars, returning to earth. Are, in a sense, individuals snatched away undergoing temporal lobe seizure also traversing this distant trip?

Suture parts of the skull, by their appearance, strongly resemble riven terrain, cracked open fissures affected by earthquake – the simulated brain ‘tremors’ felt during epileptic seizure. The word ‘Epilepsy’ contains ‘lep, phonetic ‘leap’, an abrupt or precipitous passage (the shift of consciousness) or transition. Let us look at Tonic-Clonic seizures, a type of generalised disturbance that affects the entire brain. We find ‘tonic’ in the word ‘diatonic’, the tones and intervals – interval is a term used between successive seizures – of the natural scale in music as all music is constructed of vibration, frequency and wavelength, all terms used in epilepsy as the body vibrates, there are frequency in seizures and all vibrations take wave forms. It is interesting to note that the role of music is now being thought to be a therapy for epilepsy – three-quarters of suffers saw a 50% fall in seizures after hearing Mozart’s piano duet K448. The ‘Clonic’ in Tonic-Clonic, we find in ‘Cyclonic’ from Cyclone; stormy often destructive weather, a kind of centrifuge – centrifugal in physiology equals transmitting impulses away from the central nervous system. Seizures can be cyclic, or reoccurring.

The original religion of Tibet was the belief known as Bon of which there are still isolated monasteries existing there. A major god in the Bon pantheon was Za, with his stormy and destructive weather replete with lightning bolts (notice how they resemble a dendrite) and hailstones, who was responsible for causing epilepsy. Although Bon monks today teach a very similar understanding to Buddhist teaching, there is one significant difference in ritual – Whilst Buddhists will walk clockwise around a sanctuary, stupa or Mani wall, the Bon adherent will walk anti-clockwise. Tellingly, in meteorology the cyclone – a tropical atmospheric disturbance (our Tonic-Clonic seizure ) – is characterised by air masses circulating rapidly, clockwise in the Southern and anti-clockwise in the Northern. Little wonder that changes in air pressure, barometric changes in temperature, dark skies, thunder or bright sunlight and humidity are known to act as triggers in epileptic seizure.

To offer my conclusion, for all the admirable hard evidence tried and tested by neurology which is indisputable, I feel the danger is that neurologists are throwing the baby out with the bath water. By arrangement of a strategic series of patterns, colours and images, or by manipulating the style in which an object is lit, within one tenth of a second we can produce a standard parlour trick optical illusion to fool the brain into seeing something that isn’t there. Even though we go into the exercise knowing that this is what we are going to do, the brain allows itself to be deceived. If this is also the case with it allowing an area of itself – the temporal lobe – to display ‘hallucinations’ on tap as in Persinger’s experimentation, then the mistake we will make is our own optical illusion, the view being that this Gateway is only fit (pun intended) for malfunctioning an electromagnetic spirituality with no real substance.

Addressing Fear of the Unknown

Fear of The Unknown Is Creating Hysteria In Every Part of Our Lives And It’s Becoming Accepted As The Norm

Being afraid of the unknown is not a new concept. From birth to death we’ve been trained to fear everything for a very long time. The dangers of modern life have a stranglehold on people’s imaginations. Sociologists call the phenomenon a risk society, describing cultures increasingly preoccupied with threats to safety, both real and perceived, but most definitely imagined. Most institutions today, whether they be academic, medical, religious, government and all others, would not exist in the way, shape or form they do today if it were not for the element of fear. The Earth you see before you today and the Earth of the future will be at a distinct contrast when it comes to how afraid we are of the unknown. Many of you see it coming already.

It’s why wars exist. It’s why modern medicine exists. It’s why politics exists. It’s why laws exist. We fear everything, so we must naturally attempt to control or prevent what we fear most. A majority of people will agree that the world is more dangerous than ever before. Even in the face of evidence that negates this misperception, there is no relief. We lock our doors, say our prayers, marvel at our own pessimism and then wonder why we still can’t get to sleep. We are immersed in a culture of fear.

Neurolinguistic programming, emulating psychosis, television, advertising, the illusion of terrorism and several other remarkable concepts affect every facet of our lives and our world at the expense of our health, safety and security.

If there is a disease, we must develop a vaccine or drug. If there is a terrorist, we must develop anti-terrorist measures. If there are criminals, we must create laws. If there are bullies, we must create anti-bullying policies. It is our nature. It is human nature. Well at least when it comes to modern humans.

Try and access any social media platform on the internet without getting bombarded by a fearful audience. It’s impossible. People are scared of everything. So they criticize, argue, belittle, antagonize and resort to ad hominem attacks that focus on the character of others because they cannot fathom a truth which is not their own. It’s a protective measure to guard against the unknown.

What Does Fear Do To Us?

Fear keeps us focused on the past and constantly worried about the future. It creates desperation and indecision that paralyzes our logic, thinking and actions. We can’t live freely because we can’t stop living in fear.

People who are fearful are very hesitant to explore new concepts or embrace other possibilities. You can always estimate the level of a person’s fear by how they explore new surroundings and inspect objects around them. This ultimately affects our personality and how other behavioral traits affect our physiology including what kind of impacts these traits have on our overall health and life span.

There is an international consortium of scientists who are working aggressively to find ways to control fear in both the public and military. Is this the answer to our fearful ways? Certainly not as the initiatives themselves stem from fear.

Fear is tearing our society apart. In the past, fear has engendered solidarity, but today it throws wedges between all of humanity. This isolation, in turn, renders the public ever more fearful. What’s more, media outlets, politicians, modern medicine and businesses all have learned to capitalize on this distinctly modern sense of dread, and thus profit from finding ways to cultivate it. Until we find a way to resist fear, we’ll live at the mercy of these emotional entrepreneurs–and in doing so, be party to the personal, cultural, and political consequences.

Much of our concept of ourselves and our attitudes as individuals in control of our destinies underpins much of our reality or what we think about our existence.

A Negative Attitude Is The Basis of Cyclical Fears

When people retain negative attitudes about anything that disagrees with their own version of reality, they are more likely to experience a continued sense of fear than people whose attitudes are less negative. Physiological markers such as heart rate and anticipatory anxiety always increase when measurements are taken in people whose attitudes remain negative.

Some of these attitudes are often based on a powerful association between a fear and a negative feeling that is so strong, that many people can’t see or even think about the fear without experiencing that automatic negative reaction. For example, many people around the world devoted to their religion absolutely fear atheists. They refuse to relate to their position. They will not even conceive the right of atheists to their own opinions and feel extremely threatened by any content promoting the principles of atheism. The same can be true if we reverse the two roles. Neither position will ever advance the other if each can only think negatively about the other. This creates self-righteousness, divisions of superiority and of course ignorance.

Negative reactions to the unknown instills a sense of weakness in our character, specifically a lack of strength in our own convictions. When people have the need to strongly chastise others for their opinions and information they present, it shows a genuine deficit of attributes related to confidence about our own belief systems, morals and values.

Those who have confidence in their doctrines do not have to identify all those things they dislike so much in others or attempt to magnify those flaws to please their own conscience. In essence, they feel they must right-fight to support their own belief system since in their minds, a competing system must be incorrect.

Modern Fear Is Viral

What’s unique about 21st-century fear is how people experience fear. Since the 1980s, society at large has bolted frantically from one panic to the next. Fear of crime reduced us to wrecks, but before long we were also howling about deadly diseases, drug abusers, online pedophiles, avian flu, ebola, teens gone wild, mad cows, anthrax, immigrants, environmental collapse, and–let us not forget–terrorists.

“There isn’t a single fear that defines our era,” says sociologist Frank Furedi, author of Culture of Fear: Risk-Taking and the Morality of Low Expectation and Politics of Fear: Beyond Left and Right. “What we have is a more promiscuous, pluralistic form of fearing. The very important implication to this is that while my parents feared together, you and I have a more isolated, private experience. We fear on our own.”

Our brains are poorly equipped to weigh risks that don’t result in immediate negative consequences. Marketers, politicians, and entertainers grasp with precision how brains misfire, and they apply this knowledge to great gain. Few can doubt how well fearmongering has worked for pharmaceutical companies who use the fear of disease to sell drugs and vaccines by the billions.

As networks battle for ratings and newspapers grasp at disappearing readers, the urge to lead with sensational stories grows. The gap between the reported and the commonplace skews our subconscious stockpile of reference points, while hunger for the next big story inevitably broadens our catalog of things that go bump in the night.

It’s Time To Abandon Fear To Change This World

People need not abandon fear altogether. Our ability to judge risk is sophisticated, and instinctual decisions often serve us well. But when something doesn’t quite seem to sync up, gut to head, then it’s time to pause and at least question what’s causing the discrepancy.

The new Earth will see people working to reduce or eliminate fear like never before. If you have a fear, first understand the nature of the object that arouses it. Let us say you are afraid of your future. What you really fear is the uncertainty that surrounds events yet to happen. By living totally in the present and by planning ahead you can reduce the uncertainty and fear. You cannot plan for all uncertainties but being prepared to an extent reduces your fear of uncertainties. Learn the art of enjoying it, too.

The psychological programming inside you, your subconscious mind, should change before any real change can happen. Your subconscious mind comprises engrams — mental traces that have been created over life experiences. These consist of both positive and negative associations and act like computer programmes. So long as the programming remains the same, the computer will function only in the manner dictated by that programme.

Similarly, we have to change the programming of our mind. Wise thinking leads to discrimination of the good and the bad. When you have changed your programming, you start perceiving and acting positively. So it is wise thinking that holds the key to a positive frame of mind.

Once people start thinking this way, it’s impossible to stop: Every television program, every advertisement, every stump speech that hangs its hat on scare tactics will be thrown into acute relief. That is where we are headed. We are all eventually going to give up allowing fears to define us, and focus instead on which ones are worth tackling together. When we do that, we won’t just free politicians from fear-inducing rhetoric or stymie fearmongering marketers; but we’ll also give ourselves some much-needed relief.
