So many forecasts for rain in the US West no longer develop. In recent years this scenario has become the rule, not the exception. The stated purpose for “solar radiation management” (SRM) is to block the sun with light scattering particles and thus to create as much atmospheric haze or cloud cover as possible (no matter how toxic that cloud cover is). Excessive atmospheric particulates cause profound disruptions to precipitation. All too often in recent years, rain that should have fallen in the US West has consistently been blocked by two primary means, atmospheric aerosol saturation and the “ridiculously resilient ridge” of constant high pressure that has been consistently maintained over the US West. This scenario has been used to keep the Eastern US cooled down at the cost of catastrophic drought and heat in the West.

When moisture is allowed to flow over the West, it is commonly scattered by the jet aircraft aerosol spraying assault. This spraying creates too many cloud condensation nuclei (CCN). When the quantities of CCN’s are too high, moisture droplets cannot combine and fall as rain, thus the moisture just continues to migrate.
The images shown are the same, only different filters are used. The public is generally not shown any photos with enhanced infrared imaging as the clearly visible spraying would likely create great concern with the population which the power structure is trying desperately to avoid.
Geoengineering is causing catastrophic drought and fire activity. How consistently and aggressively have the climate engineers suppressed desperately needed precipitation from the US West? How much of the moisture that should have fallen in the West was blocked by engineered high pressure domes and/or migrated over the West to the East by constant and extensive aerosol spraying? It has been called “The Blob,” a gigantic patch of abnormally warm water sitting in the Northeast Pacific Ocean for months. And now, The Blob may have helped midwife a record-breaking bloom of algae stretching from Southern California all the way north to Alaska.
More about that warm water in a minute. But first, that giant algae bloom: It consists of tiny marine plants known as phytoplankton, and it is “laced with some toxic species that have had far-reaching consequences for sea life and regional and local economies,” according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
Toxins from the algae are suspected to have contributed to the deaths of at least nine Fin whales near Kodiak Island, Alaska, in June, although a definitive cause has not yet been determined, NOAA says. There have also been reports of dead and dying whales, gulls, and forage fish in Alaska’s Aleutian Islands, possibly connected to the algae.
You can see evidence of part of the vast algae bloom in the animation above. It consists of satellite views of the waters surrounding Vancouver Island, and off the Olympic Peninsula in Washington State.
The colorful image consists of data from NASA’s Terra and Aqua satellites. The yellow, orange and red colors are indicative of relatively high levels of chlorophyll in the water. Like all plants, phytoplankton use chlorophyll for photosynthesis, the process by which they use sunlight for their energy needs.
The other image shows the same scene but in natural color. I have fiddled with the contrast a little to make the greenish and brownish swirls of algae stand out.

The map above charts average chlorophyll concentrations during July in the northeast Pacific, from Baja to Alaska. Have a look at Vancouver Island, which I’ve circled. Some of the deepest greens, and therefore highest concentrations of chlorophyll, are found there.
But California, Oregon and Washington aren’t far behind!
The Blob
The abnormally warm water suspected as a culprit in the algae bloom doesn’t quite look blobbish right now — more like two giant patches:
Okay, in the map above of sea surface temperature anomalies for today (Aug. 6, 2015), the warm patch off the west coast of British Columbia, Washington and Oregon, does look blobby. The other one, off California and the Baja Peninsula, is more irregular. (There’s also quite a bit of toastiness in between the two.)
The warm water has shifted around a bit over the weeks, but it has been a persistent feature for a long time now. In fact, it began forming about two years ago. It also appears to have played a significant role in California’s record-setting drought.
You’ll also note that massive spear of warm water extending along the equator from South America across a good portion of the Pacific. That’s, El Niño — and it’s continuing to get stronger. It has, in fact, been called a “Godzilla El Niño…
So there you have it — exploding, toxic algae blooms, a Godzilla El Niño, and The Blob. If I weren’t such a weather weenie, I’d be bloody scared…
I might add that El Niño and the Blob together like this constitute something that I don’t believe has been seen before. And so meteorologists and climatologists have been scratching their heads trying to figure out whether The Blob will interfere with a strong El Niño’s typical effects on weather. These include significantly boosted odds for copious winter precipitation in parts of California.
Will Godzilla eat the blob? What would that even mean? (And would Godzilla get sick from the toxic algae?!) We’ll have to wait another few months to learn the answers.
From Chemtrails to Directed Energy Weapons, the System is Set on Total Control.
There has been much speculation in the last few years as to the authenticity of the claims of “chemtrail” spraying of the ionosphere by secretive groups for unknown reasons, with such claims generally receiving the scorn of tinfoil hat insanity. Distinguished from “contrails”, the normal water and ice crystal formations that result from aircraft exhaust vapor, “chemtrails” is the popular name for aerosol spraying by planes in different layers of the atmosphere under the cover of numerous global geo-engineering programs.
Is this possible? Could there widespread global aerosol spraying programs?
Not only this possible, it’s already being done, and has been going on for decades. With origins in World War II cloud-seeding, the development of weather modification and mass geo-engineering programs is no longer even covert, with numerous papers, programs and examples now made public.
With this in mind, it is somewhat shocking the number of trolls and deniers that exist, telling us daily these are fictions of paranoid conspiracists, while any of the above notions can be easily verified with a few minutes of research. Of course, this is not likely to happen, as much of the public has never heard of the Royal Society much less “geo-engineering”, since Kim Kardashian’s butt seems a much more accurate weather vane of the tides of public interest.
Geo-Engineering the Climate: Science, Governance and Uncertainty
In this article, I will document several papers from officialdom, including scientific journals and white papers that demonstrate these programs are real. Not only will we see they are real, we will in fact see these programs integrate with one another and provide the establishment the potential for tremendously disastrous social engineering effects, as well as environmental dangers that result from such dark pragmatic scientistic ends.
Given that the United Nations was established by Royal Society backing, the “Agenda 21″ implementation we have heard much about in the last few decades is part of a much larger strategy foisted upon the global community by these very shadow players. I have detailed previously the connection between mass depopulation, economic overhauls and realignment and the so-called dangers of resource-based economies being directed into a staged crisis by the corporate elite.

In perfect establishment orthodoxy, the Royal Society paper promotes all the classic fear-based canards of melting ice caps, Malthusian disasters, etc., that have been the harpy screech for some 40 years, not the least of which has manifested. However, for our purposes here, we see the Royal Society is very much a proponent of atmospheric aerosol spraying:
“Mimicking the effects of volcanic eruptions by injecting sulphate aerosols into the lower stratosphere..” (pg. XII)
“Of the Solar Radiation Management methods considered, stratospheric aerosols are currently the most promising because their effects would be more uniformly distributed than for localised Solar Radiation Management methods, they could be much more readily implemented than space-based methods, and would take effect rapidly (within a year or two of deployment).” (pg. XIII)
This is an interesting claim, as Lord Rees, an important member and contributor to this report authored a book, Just Six Numbers, on the mathematical tuning of the universe, expounding how it demonstrates an amazing balance of symmetry creating the conditions for life. Yet here, we are threatened with humans tipping the perfect balance because humans exist as carbon-based beings, drive cars and fart – cows, too! Like an inside joke from the kleptocryptocracy, the double-talk of promoting a universe with telos and order, and at the same time requiring a mass genocide and reorganization by the scientific priest-class smacks more of a con job than a legitimate scientific endeavor. Rees would have us believe the universe perfectly balances itself to “create” life, and then the IPCC and U.N. will step in to save us from a conversely chaotic, meaningless universe. Which is it? The following quote is highly revealing:
“The greatest challenges to the successful deployment of geoengineering may be the social, ethical, legal and political issues associated with governance, rather than scientific and technical issues. For some methods, like ambient air capture, pre-existing national mechanisms are likely to be sufficient, for others, such as ocean iron fertilisation, existing international mechanisms may be relevant but require some modification. There will however be some methods, particularly those that require transboundary activity or which have transboundary effects, for example stratospheric aerosols or space-based mirrors, which may require new international mechanisms. Appropriate governance mechanisms for deployment should be established before Carbon Dioxide Removal or Solar Radiation Management methods are actually needed in practice.” (pg. 13)
Translation: The pesky humans (carbon) and their morals will get in the way of our program, so we will need to do it covertly under the guise of science and global crises. Space-based mirrors will be needed to aid in the reflecting process, we are told, yet if my analysis is correct, and the invention of the climate threat is a scam, the real reason for “space-based” technology of this sort would likely be weaponized. Modern science itself is not based on altruism – on the contrary, most modern technological advancements are based around militarization and global population management (and destruction).
Have we seen any examples of some space-based weapon with similar features? In fact we have, as I have written numerous times about the Skynet grid that will incorporate the Internet, global tracking, micro chipped humans and directed energy weapons. A “mirror” in space to reflect “radiation,” or a space based directed energy weapon named Skynet – which do you think is more likely? The 1996 fas.org paper from the Air Force has Skynet described as “Figure 4-1. Cyber Situation Vision: “Eye” See Everything.” I believe this “eye” is the real “mirror”, as the geo-engineering programs are intimately connected to weaponized weather control programs and psychological warfare (“psy ops”), as we will see.

The report continues:
“A wide range of types of particles could be released into the stratosphere with the objective of scattering sunlight back to space. Important factors that differentiate the effects of different types of particles include their size, and whether or not they conduct electricity (Teller et al. 1997, 2002). For non-conducting particles, the optimal size for scattering sunlight is a few tenths of a micron. Particles much larger than this become effective at scattering outgoing long wave (heat) radiation and thus have potential to cause a warming influence.” (pg. 29)
The Teller mentioned is Dr. Edward Teller, the maker of they Hydrogen bomb and physicist who is a big name in pioneering atmospheric spraying and weather modification. Teller is cited often in on these reports and papers, and his high pedigree as a bomb manufacturer should immediately raise eyebrows concerning his weather and climate modification designs. Is the bomb creator now suddenly a humanitarian who wants to save earth from the “climate” and “carbon”? Or are they part of the shadow military industrial subversion complex that seeks full spectrum dominance over all life? Let’s be realistic here. The manipulation and control envisioned here is the weaponization of the entirety of man’s environment, ultimately for the purpose of control and depopulation: The same establishment behind the NSA and its eye in the sky is behind the climate façade.
“Various other types of stratospheric aerosol particles have also been suggested (Teller et al. 1997; Blackstock et al. 2009; Keith in press (b); Submission: Katz). Engineered aerosols might enable scattering that did not produce so much diffuse illumination, potentially circumventing a significant side-effect of sulphate aerosols. Alternative materials might also avoid the coagulation and vaporisation problems that will be significant for sulphate aerosols. Finally, it is possible that advanced engineered particles could be designed that had longer lifetimes, or that were lofted out of the lower stratosphere, so reducing the impact of the aerosol on ozone chemistry, or enabling radiative forcing to be concentrated in special locations such as the polar regions.” (pg. 29)
Is this a hint at nanotech or RFID “dust” that might be sprayed for the purpose of creating the “Internet of Things,” a Google-associated project that aims to coat the surface of the globe with a form of nanotech? While there has been much speculation regarding this in alternative media, we do know plans for an Internet of Things are real, even to the extent of your dishwasher spying on you, as former CIA head David Petraeus stated, as well as further designs for nano “dust.” The report states, back in 2009, engineered particles would have a longer lifespan, and presumably this means nanotechnology. The report does cite two papers dealing with nanotechnology and food, so we can assume this notion is not far-fetched. In analyzing these documents, it is important to remember this establishment is operating under a worldview of eugenics and biotech that has long dropped the Hitlerian racial component for the pragmatic Fabian approach where the entire globe is a test lab.

NRL Scientists Produce Densest Artificial Ionospheric Plasma Clouds Using HAARP
Our next piece of evidence concerns the US Naval use of HAARP, the infamous Alaskan facility that pioneered weather modification and weaponization. Some have speculated that HAARP is now outdated and purely a research facility nowadays, yet recent papers such as the Navy’s work with plasma as well as the Stanford documents I will cite below speak otherwise. Newer models of manipulation do appear to be connected with Nexrad and Doppler towers, particularly in regard to harnessing lightning as DARPA’s budget shows (see here, page 55). However, HAARP is still an important part of that research, if we are to believe these reports. It is also important to keep in mind the Navy is a defense and wartime institution, not a humanitarian one. This supports my above thesis that weather and geoengineering strategies are for militaristic purposes, not the “common good.” 21stCenturyWire writer Shawn Helton explains of HAARP:
“Rain producing cloud seeding operations, drought linked chemtrail programs and directed energy technology have been working in tandem, altering the world for sometime under the umbrella of the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, better known as HAARP, a joint project funded by the U.S. Air Force, Navy and DARPA. At the core of the program’s development is said to be a “unique high frequency ionospheric heating capability.” In addition to that, there is the mention of ELF waves, Geophysical probing and other military applications.”
“U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) research physicists and engineers from the Plasma Physics Division, working at the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) transmitter facility, Gakona, Alaska, successfully produced a sustained high density plasma cloud in Earth’s upper atmosphere. “Previous artificial plasma density clouds have lifetimes of only ten minutes or less,” said Paul Bernhardt, Ph.D., NRL Space Use and Plasma Section. “This higher density plasma ‘ball’ was sustained over one hour by the HAARP transmissions and was extinguished only after termination of the HAARP radio beam.
These glow discharges in the upper atmosphere were generated as a part of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) sponsored Basic Research on Ionospheric Characteristics and Effects (BRIOCHE) campaign to explore ionospheric phenomena and its impact on communications and space weather. Using the 3.6-megawatt high-frequency (HF) HAARP transmitter, the plasma clouds, or balls of plasma, are being studied for use as artificial mirrors at altitudes 50 kilometers below the natural ionosphere and are to be used for reflection of HF radar and communications signals.”

DARPA and the Navy working together on plasma manipulation in the atmosphere – it sounds like a nightmare from Nikola Tesla following a bad case of indigestion. DARPA is the establishment’s crypto weaponized tech arm of the military industrial complex, giving us the Internet itself, and here we see they are very much interested in directed energy weapons and weather modification.
Given that the Anglo-American establishment has the same ruling elite, my connection between the Royal Society’s paper on geo-engineering and the US military’s testing of directed plasma energy logically converge. This doesn’t sound like your garden variety, mass consumption physics we are fed in establishment academia, but something akin to the energetic-based hidden metaphysics I have been speaking of, more along the lines of Tesla and Platonic aether. Did you learn about directed energy weapons and plasma balls in your college physics course? On the contrary, the cult of scientism purposefully feeds bunk science to the masses, as I have expounded here.
The Stanford VLF Group
Next in our series of documentation is the Stanford University’s database dedicated to very low and extremely low-frequency programs. The radio waves mentioned above are merely one piece of the massive programs based at universities and government institutions globally focused on environmental dominance. Stanford stands out as a major hub of such programs, and blasting the atmosphere with such frequencies reveals much deeper designs than mere “weather experiments.” HAARP has long utilized VLF/ELF waves to cause different effects in weather patterns, but what we see in the VLF group is the synthesis of all the above. A sampling of hundreds of papers dealing with the following are linked:
“Alvin Toeffler has written about this in terms of some scientists in their laboratories trying to devise certain types of pathogens that would be ethnic specific so that they could just eliminate certain ethnic groups and races; and others are designing some sort of engineering, some sort of insects that can destroy specific crops. Others are engaging even in an eco- type of terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes, volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.”

Skeptics and deniers are wont to make the integrated connections I am because they cannot grasp the concept of compartmentalization, wherein various scientific enclaves are working for some very specific ends. These ends, however, are ultimately for the goals of an establishment with a manifesto of global genocide, from the Georgia Guidestones, to Ted Turner to Al Gore to the Royal Society. Globalist technocrats from Brzezinski to Toeffler to Bill Gates have also long been vocal on Geoengineering and ELF/VLF manipulation and their military uses, which brings me to my concluding example.
Col. Michael Aquino, founder of the Temple of Set, and military psy-op commander co-authored a famous 2003 paper on psychological warfare titled: “From PSYOP to MindWar: The Psychology of Victory”, in which the footnotes at the end describe just the nefarious scenario Cohen warned of and are best cited in their entirety. Aquino and Valley write:
“19 Atmospheric electromagnetic (EM) activity: The Human body communicates internally by EM and electrochemical impulses. The EM field displayed in Kirlian photographs, the effectiveness of acupuncture, and the body’s physical responses to various types of EM radiation (X-rays, infrared radiation, visible light spectra, etc.) are all examples of human sensitivity to EM forces and fields. Atmospheric EM activity is regularly altered by such phenomena as sunspot eruptions and gravitational stresses which distort the Earth’s magnetic field. Under varying external EM conditions, humans are more or less disposed to the consideration of new ideas. MindWar should be timed accordingly. Per Dr. LJ. Ravitz:

There you go – a master of psychological warfare admits all the connections I made above. Humans are walking, energetic beings that vibrate at a cellular level at various frequencies. Through mass manipulation of ELF waves, the frequencies can be manipulated through the atmosphere (geoengineering), as well as through mediums such as television and media broadcasts. We know the monkey lab in Bastrop, Texas focuses on tuning flicker rates to specific speeds to cause hypnotic effects, so we can deduce similar programs are at work involving frequency manipulation with the entire environment, which is key.
It is not merely an attack on some single aspect of organisms, but a dominance of all aspects of organic life. The technocratic dream of transhumanist transcendence is the reason for all this, the assumption being that to go to the next level, the existing order must be utilized for mass experimentation to determine which genetic strands can best adapt and conversely which means are the best appropriation to attaining singularity in a Skynet-ruled, RFID dust-covered nanotech planet. In the wake of the destruction, the forced Darwinian evolution will cause a “leap” in those able to adapt, pure order out of designed chaos. “Chemtrails” and geoengineering are clearly a part of this mass engineering. When we step outside the compartmentalized framework, we can clearly see the pattern I have elucidated emerge.

Introduction
Over the past more than 15 years (depending upon where you live), there has been a secret – and criminal – global program of spraying toxic chemicals overhead. It began in the US, then NATO countries were added; but now this lethal aerosol spraying covers the entire globe. Military, private, and commercial planes are used to dramatically change – geo engineer – our global weather. Without any public discussion or news reports, the US military began a highly toxic and on-going assault on us.
The popular term for these aerosols is Chemtrails. It is even the term that the military has used. In an interview last month, Clifford Carnicom (one of the world’s leading researchers on the aerosols) notes in using the word “Chemtrails” versus “Geoengineering” or aerosols, this shows how our perceptions change with the word. “Language is not accidental… and is used to manipulate and control awareness, as well as perception. It serves as a basis of curtailing, basically, serious progress on very real issues.” See:
This aerosol spraying is not the first time Americans have been used as un-informed experimental laboratory animals. Basically, plans to harm us have never stopped. Here are just two examples of what has been done to us, and what continues without any informed consent. For 25 years (between 1945 and 1970), a covert Manhattan Project spin-off called the “Manhattan-Rochester Coalition” conducted aerosol tests and researched “the health [?] effects of radioactive materials…on vulnerable populations without consent in St. Louis.” These military-sponsored [radioactive] “studies targeted a segregated, high density urban area, where low-income persons of color predominantly resided.”(1)
More recently, just last month in New York City, unsuspecting subway riders were sprayed with a toxic chemical gas. Signs were posted saying: “The NYPD [New York Police Dept.] will release small amounts of harmless colorless gas in 5 boroughs and 21 subway lines. The airborne non-toxic [sic] test is part of NYPD’s precaution against terror attacks. The gas used, on probably millions of the unsuspecting riders, was not “harmless.” It was a man-made chemical called perfluorocarbon [PFCs] gas. It is linked “to early onset menopause,” birth defects, flu-like symptoms; endocrine disruption; and “excessive exposure may cause effects on the brain and heart.”(3) What is “excessive”? Geoengineering: Global Weather Modification
Humans have been manipulating the weather for a very long time. Rain makers have a history going back to the ancients. What has happened, however, is that, this time, there has been a deliberate and secret agenda of massive global harm directly connected to covertly changing our natural weather and subjecting all of us to continuous and grave harm. This heinous alteration was created by the elites [their other names include: the cabal, illuminati, NWO, or the wealthy government insiders, ptb [powers that be] to maintain secret control of: global finances; food growing and production (including harm through toxic food additives, poisonous chemicals, pesticides and GMOs); health [actually a lack of it, due to this multi-pronged assault on us]; and a controlled educational system closely tied to government and media dis-information. This is well documented. It affects everyone and all aspects of our lives.
Since 1996, the US Air Force is on record with their public document: “Owning the Weather in 2025.”(4) That any organization can think that they can “own” Mother Nature’s forces, about which very little is actually known, is staggering in its hubris and sheer malevolence.
When a country controls the weather, it then can be manipulated to cause extreme droughts [as are now going on these past few months throughout southern California], hurricanes, floods, tornadoes [HAARP-induced in Oklahoma], and other kinds of chaotic and extreme weather conditions that most people do not realize was not a natural event. Amy Worthington has also written an important research paper, “Chemtrails and Terror in the Age of Nuclear War.” It explains to those uninformed that Chemtrails are part of a larger agenda of harm that includes HAARP [High Active Auroral Research Program], a series of 26 arrays around the planet that can punch holes in our ionosphere.(6)

In addition, several meteorologists have been courageous and reported about Chemtrails. Kevin Martin was one of the first who had a website devoted exclusively to documenting the aerosols. It tracked Chemtrails aerosols all over the world and was updated daily. His website was taken down and his present whereabouts are not known.
Although not a meteorologist, “Dutch Since” is very knowledgeable and well informed. He has an extensive background, and has been tracking weather anomalies that no one else was. His exceptional reporting has been quite accurate. For a time, his website, too, was shut down. His new website is:
Meteorologist Scott Stevens had been reporting weather for ABC, but was fired because he had mentioned Chemtrails. Last year, he lectured at the first US Chemtrails Conference in Los Angeles. Finally, these clandestine weather warfare programs also now include new aerial aerosol explosions. This is a new system dispersal level of hidden but massive harm known as “Chembombs.” These were reported last year by Bruce Douglas at our Los Angeles Chemtrails Conference. With this enormous and constant exposure to aerosol chemicals, heavy metals, and various biological agents, it is not surprising that we also have dramatic global increases in illnesses. The synergistic effect of all these poisons on the immune system (both for humans and all other living animals –as well as the entire plant kingdom) is incalculable! What we do know is the we are under a constant and deliberate highly toxic seige.
How many people do you know who are ill in your own family? Your friends or co-workers? How many small children do you know who are critically ill or have died? How many of you have chronic problems, and cannot find a doctor who has any training in environmental medicine? How many of you have been told “there is nothing wrong” when you have serious symptoms, but they do not fit what doctors have been taught? How many of you know young people who often have multiple chronic illnesses? Pharmaceuticals and vaccines cannot fix Chemtrails and other weather modification poisonings.(8) This is corporate media and medical brainwashing. Dr. Ghislaine Lanctot’s book title says it best: “The Medical Mafia.”(9) These illnesses are now at epidemic rates, but neither covered by any mainstream media nor recognized by allopathic medicine. Barium and aluminum, both found in enormous quantities in our geoengineered air are part of the Chemtrails brew. Left undiagnosed, barium poisoning can and does cause enormous damage to the heart and nervous system. Aluminum is known to cause cognitive damage and brain death. Both are silent killers. Neither one of these should be found in air samples or in human hair. In a recent web interview, Dane Wigington (of geoengineeringwatch.org) noted that “there is a mountain of metal raining down on us…. In the last 10 years, we’ve seen rain tests escalate from 7 ppb [parts per billion] to… 3400 ppb. That’s nearly a 50,000 percent increase of aluminum in the rain. It’s a staggering level.”
Another ingredient in Chemtrails is Ethylene dibromide, a highly toxic desiccant (that causes drying out of mucosal tissues, dry and itchy eyes and parched skin, hastens ageing) is one of the causes of the deaths of millions of trees and plants.
There is also the unreported crisis of brain damage that is now a major global issue. The use of more than 6-billion cell phones around our planet and the attendant epidemic of what was once a rare form of brain cancer, known as glioma, is rarely addressed in any public forum. Corporate profits always take precedence over our well being and safety. Combine this with other brain damaging heavy metals and chemicals: Mercury (as thimerosol) in vaccines and in dental amalgam fillings; nano-coated fiber aluminum in Chemtrails, deodorants, cookware and food products (such as baking soda). The list is enormous; and thus chronic daily exposure to a myriad of brain poisons assures that our global population is already in early stages of cognitive damage. Morgellons
In the long list of covert activities that comprise these aerosol crimes, the dispersal of Morgellons may be the worst. Morgellons can rightly be called a human-induced condition. It is not a disease, nor an illness. Rather, from extensive investigation, it is likely that this weaponized condition was developed in some secret bio-weapons lab to be unleashed to create more planetary havoc. For more than a decade, the brilliant independent researcher Clifford Carnicom has been documenting the poisons in our air and the link with Morgellons found in human and animal blood samples. In typical governmental-military-medical Orwellian fashion, people who suffer from Morgellons are called “delusional.” This is the heinous way that real suffering is addressed publicly in a police state. There is a wide range of symptoms, and these disrupt the thyroid, liver, amino acids, and oxygen.(11)
Due to the dramatic alteration of our weather and air, Clifford Carnicom has stated in many of his public lectures that we are now breathing “plasma.” He has written that:
“The fundamental principles of the HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) have once again come to the forefront of this research. The role of aerosols, ionization, electromagnetic radiation and the creation of an artificial ‘plasma’ state in a now artificially modified atmosphere has already been discussed. These building blocks, along with present observations and the stated premise of the HAARP project bring us to a new threshold of understanding of the immediate and direct effects of the HAARP project upon this planet.
“Although it has been stated within the literature of HAARP, it can now be directly understood by this researcher that the magnetic field of the earth is a primary medium by which we, as subjects, are being affected. The artificial patterns of ELF energy, characterized by unusual pulsations of frequency, can now be most logically assumed to originate from the HAARP facility or technology. Such energy forms have a myriad of applications in the military arena. Our atmosphere has been dramatically changed; and “this supports the claim that the fundamental electrical nature of the atmosphere has been altered as a result of the aerosol operations that continue to be conducted without informed consent.”(13)

Planetary Destruction
As our health and air are being destroyed every day, this also includes planetary-wide degradation and destruction. This has been going on since the mid-nineteenth century. However, it has now accelerated with unregulated and dangerous nano-technology, micro-chipping, Chemtrails, HAARP, and other unregulated technologies.
The web of life on Gaia [the ancient Greek name for our Mother Earth] is not just under constant siege, it is being deliberately destroyed by these dark agendas. Weather modification has intensified droughts. This, in turn, has decimated millions of forests. From the Pacific northwest, to the Grand Canyon and South American tropical rain forests, the trees are dying at unprecedented numbers. Called the “Sixth Extinction” this is human caused. When whales or dolphins tragically beach themselves in unprecedented numbers, this has been linked to the heinous use of military sonar. When the bees die by the millions, this has been linked to the toxicity of pesticides. When thousands of birds “fall out of the sky” –this, too, is human caused. With more dis-information, the media claims scientists are puzzled by these mass deaths. When the public is poorly educated and is then mis-informed, the elite can control people through fear. This has been going on for centuries. How much more do you want to be deceived?
Retired USDA biologist and organic gardener Francis Mangels has been testing the soil and has found high levels of aluminum, barium, and strontium. None of these should be in our soil. On the West Coast, earlier this Spring, there were some very unusual fogs. They came in rapidly and remained in heavy concentrations (but did not move much until early morning the next day). In my own organic garden, within less that 12 hours, this dense and toxic fog destroyed almost all my blooming lilacs. The large green leaves on my hydrangeas turned white overnight! Even the snow in Winter (but now found in Summer, too) has been dramatically altered over the past six or seven years. Mother Nature is askew –done at the hands of individuals working on stealth programs. Our beautiful one-of-a-kind snow flakes have disappeared. In their place is what I spell “sno” –tiny white pellets that don’t melt rapidly. When they come down, the air smells full of chemicals. Everything is geoengineered for maximum harm and maximum profits. Nature is just an inconvenience for corporate greed and malevolent tactics.
Whistleblowers
Despite the real dumbing-down of Western societies, and the massive fear-mongering that permeates our lives, in what are now police-states throughout Western countries, there still are brave individuals who have come forth publicly to inform us of the extent of these covert environmental geoengineering aerosol crimes. This is an incomplete list, but gives the reader a clearer understanding of some of the scope of these operations, from those who worked for the military, and what they are doing without our knowledge.

The most important issue relating to geoengineering is for the public to become informed. As a society, we are dumbed down and treated to trivia – we get baby pablum for news. As consumers, we are expendable. We are treated as consumers – NOT as citizens. It is now imperative that we become well-educated about this vast issue. We cannot make any informed decisions, that are absolutely critical to our lives, if we do not know what is really happening.
1. Get tested for heavy metals poisoning! This is something I have been urging for the past 4 years. How many of you have ever had a hair analysis done for heavy metals toxicity? This is an accepted way to determine what the human (or animal) body has accumulated in toxins. [Blood tests show short-term results done on the day of the test. A hair analysis shows a more overall, long-term impact of toxic exposure in the body.] It is a simple and non-invasive procedure; and it can be a practical way to test your body’s mineral balance. It can detect accumulations of poisons from external sources and how they can impact and damage all your biological functions. It is an easy test to do: cut a small amount of your hair from the base of your neck (about a small teaspoonful, 1 1/2 inches of new growth), fill out a form (provided by a licensed lab), enclose a check (unless you pay your health care provider directly), and mail this to a reputable lab. Results are usually sent back to your health care provider within two weeks.
Everyone I know who has had it done, finds these metals levels to be very high. This does not show up in regular CBC [Complete Blood Count] tests. For the body (human or animal), there are no safe levels of arsenic, barium, strontium, nano-coated fiber aluminum, or mercury. It takes decades for high levels of these metals to wreck one’s immune system. I urge everyone: GET TESTED! It is in your own best interest to do so. It may save your life, as heavy metals poisoning does kill. I write from personal experience, as my mother died from mercury poisoning.
2. Learn my 3 P’s. Put them into daily use:
(1) PRECAUTION– If you are not sure about anything, don’t do it.(14)
a) When we have reasonable suspicion of harm; or
b) When there is scientific uncertainty; then
c) We have a duty to take action to prevent harm. This is what REAL precaution is all about.
(2) PREVENTION– Before we engage in any task, or plan anything: if it involves any kind of harm, then STOP! Don’t do it.
(3) POWER OF THE PURSE– The buck really DOES stops at the cash register! Don’t support any company that profits by harming us. We would save millions; and their profits would go down the drain.
Both individually and collectively, we have the internal capabilities to NO LONGER be experimental lab rats. The cabal is now in its death throes. NO LONGER can they instill global fear as their way of controling us. Control means no freedom, and no creativity. CONTROL equals HARM. The stealth chaos they have created for centuries, with financial deception and enormous historical deceit, is almost over – and there will be accountability. So, we can, and we must! take back our own power from this dark agenda. We are creative and loving humans – if we choose to remember to stay centered in our hearts. This then is the highest conscious life focus we can have. It just was deliberately hidden from us.
