Take time today to feel your emotions, to be your emotions. But most of all, today is the day to be joy. You will understand that joy will bring you through all times, good and bad. With joy, you will find a way to solve the problems that right now seem to have no solution. Joy is an attitude that says whatever comes my way, I can and will handle. I will not be defeated. I can because I am.
Tuesday, December 16: Sunlight Orange
Things are coming out of the shadow. You have a sense that there is a new light shining on what you are doing. You are seeing things in different ways, hearing things in different tones, feeling things with different emotions. There is some sense of unreality about the world today. You seem to be somewhat removed from everything that is going on around you, but you know that this is all right. It is time for a break.
Wednesday, December 17: Bright Blue
Light and shadow. The people you see, the things you do some how seem unrelated to how you are feeling. You are feeling misunderstood. People, things, and events do not seem to make a lot of sense to you today. You are moving into a sense of your own knowing on a new level and that makes you feel out of touch with things outside. You are feeling the need to center, but uncertain just how to do that. It is a time for balance, but you are still learning how to make that balance real.
Thursday, December 18: Indigo
Dark and light. Perhaps you are not sure what to do with yourself today. People you come into contact with confuse you. Things do not seem as important as once they were. You seem distracted. You walk down a street, and cannot seem to remember how you got from point A to point B. Do not worry. Your inner guidance will take care of that. And do not try to force anything. Non-resistance is the best response today as you continue to work towards balance.
Friday, December 19: Light Pink
Take some time out. Be a little frivolous. Take some time to put things into perspective. You have had a long week. Yes, there are things you can worry about, but try to turn worry into joy. Worry has a lot to do with the future. Joy has to do with the present. Think about what you enjoy. Wear something wonderful that you have not worn for a long time. Buy yourself a little gift. Do something you really want to do. Call someone you have not called for a while. Take the past and make it new.
Saturday, December 20: Light Opal
The diamond in the rough. Things are coming out to the light. You are feeling optimistic, that you can do all you have to. That you can do what you want to. that you can be WHO you are. You feel better about yourself, about where you are, about people. You are seeing that there is a light out there somewhere. You are seeing that you are more powerful than you thought. It is time to find a word, a phrase, a picture, or an idea that brings together everything that you are feeling, and put it somewhere where you will see it as a reminder of all that you are and all that you can do.
